- Florencia (9/5): Equipada y cómoda - Bien ubicada y muy cerca de la playa, tenía el equipamiento necesario para poder hacer día de playa sin pensar en comprar algo. También contaba con buen equipamiento para cocinar. Las camas resultaron un poco incómodas, se hundían en el medio, lo que resultaba molesto al momento de dormir. Sería bueno que puedan mejorar este aspecto.

Overall it was a good place the configuration was strange. Beds we comfy Shower was hot Didn't like that the light was flickering all night in the kitchen and back room windows.. Not sure why there are two kitchens. The configuration is strange. I know it's due to the area, but the parking is trash.

- Bill (10/5): Nice place to stay while on vacation - The pricing was very good compared to surrounding buildings. It provided us a place to sleep because after all who stays in the room during the daytime will definitely stay again if we go this far south again. I mean for the price can’t really complain. Saved me a lot of money.

- Vrbasova (9/5): - The location is perfect, very close to the beach and only 30 minutes to the center. We really appreciated the equipped kitchen. The self-checkin was really easy and comfortable. We also appreciated the free use of wasching machine and a dryier. The parking space was limited, which means first come first serve. We luckily always had a spot, but someone else apparently received two parking tickets for parking on the street - although in the checkin instruction email, this is mentioned. Furthermore, we were woken up at midnight due to someone trying to get into our appartment. After opening a door, we found other visitor who apparently got the instructions to the same appartment - address, number etc.. Luckily, he had a different code into the room which made him unable to enter. After a discussion with also other guests, apparently it happened more frequently that there was double booking on the room - but it turned out, that there is another appartment house two blocks away, with the same name and similar address, so the other guests were accommodated there. But it was not very clear from their reservation - they only learned that after a discussion with the owners. This was luckily solved within 30 minutes, but we still were quite in shock.

Y amenazando con dañar los autos con las ramas . Nadie del hotel respondio para ayudarnos. Tuvimos que dejar la habitacion ANTES de la hora del check out. El wifi no es muy bueno.

Communication via the booking app was responsive, and the staff made an effort to address our requests. The listing shows a 4-star rating, but the actual experience did not match that standard. - Room #9 was not clean; the floor was dirty and sticky - No soap provided, we had to request and wait it. It was delivered only on the following day - The room felt very outdated - Persistent unpleasant odor in the room (similar to urine) - Bed sheets were not clean and had visible stains - Noise was an issue — neighbors were loud, sometimes playing music until midnight - Early morning noise from staff (around 7:30 am) made it difficult to rest, she spoke loudly in Spanish - Very limited nearby infrastructure — no cafes or grocery stores within a 15-minute walk

We would not recommend anyone to experience what we have experienced. - Location -Termite excrements in the kitchen cupboards -Found Cockroaches -We scheduled inspections for two consecutive days, but no one showed up despite us waiting in the room for several hours each time. We have screenshots with timestamps of when we agreed to have the inspections, they falsely claim they showed up each time -The management falsely claimed we had a third guest in the room, despite us being a couple traveling alone -Bed was old, horrible and made creaking sounds when you just moved a little bit -You could hear everything from the neighbors -Really bad communication, didn't try to fix the problem and took several hours for them to answer

The street where the property was located was very quiet and the off street parking was a huge convenience as well.

- shmulik (1/5): Scam , don't book this place! - nothing Unsafe and Negligent – Avoid At 2:00 AM, we were locked out of Room #9 because the access code was invalid. Our passports and luggage were trapped inside, and my child had an early-morning flight. We called the property repeatedly, sent messages via Booking.com, and contacted support. No response for over an hour. We were left outside in extreme distress. At 3:30 AM, with zero help, I had to hire a locksmith at my own expense (~$150) to break into the room. The room itself was unacceptable, with visible mold on the ceiling that posed serious health risks. This was a humiliating and completely negligent experience. Do not stay here.
- Merrill Ann (8/5): Nice for a short stay. - It was quiet and close to the beach. The bed was comfortable. Self check in/out was easy. There were beach chairs and beach towels and I appreciated having use of the laundry facilities for no extra cost. A too short shower curtain allows water to flood the bathroom floor which is unsafe. There was absolutely no place to hang clothes or any towel bars. The smoke detector had been removed. We slept great but there was a lot of light coming in from outside. No sofa. There is a table and 2 chairs inside and outdoor seating. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle so bring your coffee and tea bags because it’s long walk to El Aleph Coffee or Haggen Daz. The nearby convenience stores are expensive.

- Ihustle (1/5): - Just moved here from South Carolina no family or friends found this place on booking been here numerous times no complaints NOTHING booked a room like I usually do but I didn’t end up staying just put my belongings in! But I couldn’t get a ride back like I usually do they could of easily throw the things out but since they know me for staying there basically forcing me to pay for another room because my stuff was there I told them to just put the things outside and I’ll come and get it they cleaning people proceeded to take my belongings 4 pairs of Jordan’s , 10 hats, clothing and etc and they blocked my account so i couldn’t book with them but I didn’t know ! I continued to book again no problem or anything I lost my phone and I ask one of the neighbors to use their phone one to find mine the wife called them and told her I was harassing them and got me kicked out for good with no hesitation now she has me blocked off booking.com website entirely and I need rooms!
- Ash (5/5): Disappointed ☹️ - Location was great Bathroom had broken toilet seat, no toilet paper (and no front desk to report issues to ). Broken window blinds so privacy was an issue . Stove looked like a hazard (burners half off) . Extremely loud neighbors .
- Carl Dourambeis (8/5): Great budget beach location. Ckean, fully equipped. - proximity to the beach is awesome. Price per night is amazing for location. Bed is new, clean. Great stay appliances were older but functional. Stove fridge, coffee maker, microwave all clean. Showed some aging, but everything was satisfactory. Air conditioning worked.

- Yuri (7/5): Can rest your head here but hard to enjoy - The price was great. The location is awesome (very close to the beach). The staff (cleaners and the management online) are very friendly and responsive. The communication was consistently good and informative. Early check in was available which I appreciated. There's free parking although it's not always guaranteed. (My review is based on my experience staying in my room #3 only) This is probably the most minimal motel / inn you can imagine. There's nothing fancy about it. My room had a smell. I am not sure what it was. Either a long lasting residual smell of chemicals used for cleaning, or some sort of mold or something else. The smell remained during my entire 2 day stay, it reduced a bit when I kept a few windows open for a long time. The Wi-Fi didn't really work but it wasn't a problem for me as I could tether. The room seemed quite run down, although everything is overall functioning.

Good WiFi and TV Noise from people lighting fireworks (stay included Christmas Day). Shower curtain too short. Cute, but older property

- patrick (9/5): - Location, location, location. This is not a sit inside all day place. It's a rest spot after beaching all day. You can see the ocean from the window. 100 yards to the beach and the broadwalk. Decent bed. Easy parking for regular size vehicle. Fridge. TV. Low toilet. Needs a little maintenance.

- Dramin (10/5): I would come back and stay there again. - Owners is very good with sending messages and checking with us to make sure we are ok. The property is in right location, very close to Broadwalk and beach. Property has everything and very roomy to walk around. I’m impressed what they have done with property. There is none.

Der elektronische Schlüsselsystem ist Hammer und gibt uns viele Freiheit und Sicherheit! Die Wasserkraft im Waschbecken ist niedrig und die Dusche ist nicht so optimal bzw. etwas hässlich.

- Jimara (3/5): Apartment #5 - I enjoyed t he location. Great area, right by the beach. The bathrooms were not clean. It had a musty small in the bathtubs, and the towels smelled like feet. The king size bed was very uncomfortable. Overall the price and location were great. However, I disliked everything else in the apartment. We stayed in apartment #5.
