Ernesto (10/5): Amazing hotel for the price would definitely book again - Staff members where very nice and helpful. The location is perfect because its next to the highway for going to sonic temple (about 15-20mins.) drive there. Its also next to restaurants and general stores if you need something. The room is really clean and doesn’t smell and no damage. Great breakfast as well and the price was also amazing. I’ve been to other hotels for same price and they weren’t the same feeling. Wish the tv had more channels to choose from but that’s ok.

Close to stores for last minute needs or regular shopping and close enough to the commercial zone in Obetz. The staff is very friendly and helpful - always at the desk for any needs! I wish they had more lactose free options at breakfast but this is super specific! The options they had daily always looked very yummy.

The hotel is in a great/safe neighborhood, with lots of shopping and dining near by. The hotel is super clean, and recently updated. The pool is very nice and clean. We were sent to another hotel that we knew nothing about but thankfully it was 10 times better.

The staff were all friendly. The rooms were clean and it was perfect for what our family was looking for. It sometimes can be nerve wracking looking for a clean and safe place to stay with children, but this hotel was great. The location had plenty of restaurants and entertainment was not far. We truly enjoyed our stay and would return when coming back to the area.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complimentary toiletries. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to Walmart, Target & plenty of food restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore the area. I also took advantage of the pool which was well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Overall, Fairfield Inn & Suites offers excellent value for money, with outstanding service and top-notch facilities. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Columbus/Grove City area.

Heather (4/5): - People above me were constantly stomping around all night. People were slamming doors at 2 am. Except for the staff member that checked me in, the rest of the staff was short and rude. Maybe it’s just me but, I think people in Hospitality industry should be hospitable.
Warancharee (10/5): Excellent - Super clean and the front desk lady was super sweet and kind. It would be my second time staying here. Really good for a quick trip and there's a whole bunch of restaurants, stores to go shopping at. Nothing

THOMAS (8/5): - facility and room were fine. desk receptionist was not friendly (didn't even say hello) and extremely unconcerned. volunteered zero information. had to ask location of elevator , breakfast location and time and info re: wifi. all the while messing with her cell phone. very poor service and attitude.
Tony (10/5): - Staff was very helpful during an issue with our room . Was able to switch us in minutes at 2 am to another room.
Ruth (7/5): Adequate - Convenient to where my conference was. Pleasant staff. Clean. There was no chair in my room other than a stiff terrible desk chair. Slamming doors, thin walls, hallway noise.
Catherine (9/5): very nice and right next to a mall for well-lit safe walking - excellent breakfast, friendly staff, thick towels, grab bars and a seat in the shower (not a disabled room, seemed standard). Easy access suburban hotel
