Important Information

Please inform Apartamentos Ares 3000 in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Alberto (8/5): Buona scelta - Appartamento spazioso e accogliente, accessoriato e in buona posizione rispetto alla splendida costa circostante. Nessun problema di parcheggio. Spiaggia molto vicina. Unico neo: manca il Wi-Fi
Verified traveler (6/5): - La comunicación para entrega de llaves fue complicada. El apartamento podía estar más limpio. Habia un olor desagradable como de las tuberías que hacía incómoda la estancia. En cuanto al apartamento como tal las habitaciones eran muy amplias y cómodas.
Rosa (6/5): Lo siento, pero no lo recomiendo - El piso da una primera impresión buena, pero tiene muchos peros, tiene lavadora, pero no tiene tendedero, si llueve las terrazas se inundan, a nosotros nos toco un atico abuhardillado y hacía muchísimo calor. La casa olía muy mal, probablemente porque se había pintado hacía poco y el baño olía a tuberías. Si abriamos las ventanas, nos veían los vecinos de enfrente. El menaje es muy básico, no tiene ni horno, ni lavavajillas y el microondas y el frigorifico, estan metidos dentro de un armario con dos puertas, asi que es un poco incomodo su uso. Se agradece la ropa de cama y de baño. Por favor deberían de indicar en los precios de la reserva que hay un suplemento por estancia de mascota. Nos pidieron 150 euros de fianza.
