Imagine vc chegar a noite, cansada e ter está frustração. Ter que procurar outro lugar para ficar sem o mínimo de consideração. Extremamente decepcionada.

JOSE CARLOS SILVA (2/5): Falta de comprometimento por interesses financeiro - Simplesmente cancelaram minha reserva, afinal de contas eu tinha reservado somente um dia (13 de outubro) e como era feriadão... Tive minha reserva cancelada. E mantive contato com o Hoteis.com e com a pousada, mas nada resolveram. A Pousada e a rede Hoteis.com me decepcionaram.
