Estaba muy limpio y para llegada de viaje lo recomiendo El sándwich club lo recomendamos. - Nos abrieron la puerta de la habitación sin llamar ni preguntar (la que echaba sprey anti mosquitos) -El desayuno muy muy básico, no valía nada la pena -Si no te gusta que te acosen los vendedores callejeros no te quedes ahí ya que está en medio de una calle muy concurrida,nos persiguieron varias veces por la calle y aunque insistimos en qué nos dejen en paz no se iban

• Serguei (8/5): Ich würde das Hotel immer wieder buchen. - Das Hotel befindet sich in Zentrum der Stadt, mitten in der Sovenirläden-Straße. Die Austattung der Zimmer ist sehr gut, Personal ist sehr freundlich. Ausflüge kann man direkt im Hotel vereinbaren. Mit den Zimmer-Eintritskarten war etwas lästig, da man nach jedem Spaziergang oder, wenn das technische Personal ihre Schlüsselkarten benutzt haben, musste man immer wieder die eigene Schlüssel an der Rezeption reaktivieren, um ins Zimmer zu kommen.

• Thomas (5/5): For the price I paid it was good enough. - The location was good right in the centre. It was very easy to get everywhere within the immediate vicinity of Stonetown. I thought the food could’ve been better the dinner that I paid for were okay not amazing but good enough. But the breakfast I thought was not very tasty at all. It seems like they use bulk over quality.

As a black woman receiving such unwelcoming treatment when I see - The room was clean The Masai receptionist was very rude and didn't care to offer a solution to my request upon arrival. I accidentally booked a room without breakfast and when I got to the reception, I requested to be upgraded to the option with breakfast as per the amount and discount given on my genius level. He refused and told me I can go talk to the kitchen staff. He insisted I need to pay an extra $10 per person or eat from an outside restaurant. I don't understand the logic and reasoning behind all that. The worst reception I have ever received. I will not be visiting again and do not recommend.

Bull shitted. Weren’t given 2 keys and without it the fridge would turn off when exiting. Then saying we had to pay for the key if lost. Pretty hopeless. Why would you want a fridge only working when you’re in the room.

Hotell ise oli väga armsa koha peal, kogu linna melu oli jalutuskäigu kaugustel.Hotell pakkus ning organiseeris meile ka meid huvitavad ekskursioonid Sansibaril. Istu ainult autosse ja sõida vaatamisväärsuste juurde.

• Daniel (2/5): - Zentrale Lage in Stonetown, kleiner Pool aber vollkommen in Ordnung zum abkühlen, Duschen waren für afrikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Frühstück (Buffet) war okay, wird aber nur sehr sparsam nachgefüllt. Das Personal war bestenfalls desinteressiert bis unhöflich, ich hatte zwei Nächte dort und musste das Zimmer zwischendurch wechseln, obwohl mir vorher zugesagt wurde, dass man sich darum bemühen würde, dass ich beide Nächte im selben Zimmer verbringen kann. Das Gepäck trägt einem natürlich niemand dabei. Das erste Zimmer war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, das zweite im Erdgeschoss stank extrem nach Schimmel und ließ sich auch mit der Klimaanlage auf maximum nicht auf angenehme Temperaturen herab kühlen. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse wird bei der kleinsten Unachtsamkeit von den herumlungernden Krähen gefressen, das Personal schaut dabei gelangweilt zu.

• nikoo (5/5): The only good thing is the location and breakfast - The reception staff are not helpful at all. They made me pay $5 for every night that I booked the hotel but they didn’t make my friends pay this tourist fee. My room was ready earlier than the check-in time but they made me pay extra $25 for early check in. Overall, the hospitality of the staff did not impress me at all. The bar never had change to give back and few times we bought a bottle of water for $1 but we gave them $5 and they kept the change. I asked them once to bring extra towel and sheets and they never brought it.

Kleiner, gemütlicher Pool zum verweilen. Super Abkühlung bei so warmem Wetter. Alles soweit gut, sind zufrieden. Wir würden nicht mehr 6 Tage nach Stone Town, ist etwas zu lang. Liegt aber nicht an der Unterkunft.

• Usko (3/5): Bad experience with a money I paid - I did not like the fact that I could not change the dates even they promised it. They did not answer properly or then finally when I could change the dates, the price was double. It was double whatever were the dates. So practically it was made impossible.
