- SACHIYO (5/5): ダナン万歳 - 無料で部屋のアップグレードをしてくれた 多々あり 日本で言う、タワーマンションの民泊！ブッキングドットコムの説明不足。 到着日にここのフロントに行ってブッキングドットコムの予約確認書みたいのを見せると、「こんな予約は無い、オーナーに自分で連絡しろ」とベトナム語で言われてびっくり！まったく聞いていない話し、予約時に少しでもその流れが書いてあれば対応出来た。 あくまでも私の感覚ですが、ベトナム人は日本人より英語の知識はありませんので気をつけてください（笑） 今回はとても親切なホテルマンがあらわれて、ブッキングドットコムの予約確認書みたいのを見てオーナーに連絡を入れてくれ、色々とやりとりをしてくれてオーナーのメールボックスからルームキーを取り出して部屋まで案内してくれ、すったもんだあったがチェックインは出来た。 まだまだ色々書きたいが面倒くさいからやめておく。 簡単に3点 給湯器？？もどきのスイッチは壁にある、すぐにお湯は出なくなる。 部屋の清掃は無し、タオルの交換ゴミの回収は毎日、ベットメイクはシーツを伸ばすだけ交換無し。 チェックアウトはオーナーのメールボックスにカギを入れて完了。 最後に支払い方法は現金のみ！オーナーが部屋に回収にくる、その時に領収書等はくれない。 これを読んでから行けばだいぶ心構えは出来るのでいいと思う！

Quick check in and check out. Thank John. Dragon 7 Club Casino is next door, if you like gambling. The apartment is privately own which is a part of Alantra Suites. 30 floors. Only have 3 lifts. Many guests, long wait to get into the lift.
- Veronique (7/5): Bien sans plus. - L’emplacement près de la plage de my khe était super. Les ascenseurs de l’édifice n’ont pas été conçus pour le nombre d’unités de l’immeuble. Le temps d’attente peut être assez long et les ascenseurs bondées. L’entretient ménager était fait de façon très moyenne. Beaucoup de poussière accumulée sur les cadrages au sol, le hot de plaque de cuisson. De plus, on ou a demandé de payé notre semaine en argent comptant, ce que nous avons moins apprécié. Je ne suis pas certaine que Booking devrait accepté ce type de paiement.

- Elza (3/5): The photos are much better than reality - The host was excellent — responsive and helpful. And the layout of the 2-bedroom apartment is actually very good. Named “luxury,” in fact this building has quite outdated facilities and extremely slow lifts. Our apartment was not clean — the cleaning staff would come but barely do anything, just a quick touch here and there. Additionally, the apartment’s finishes and furniture were heavily worn and not well maintained. For example, in one of the rooms, the door handle was completely torn off. Overall, it may have been impressive many years ago when it was first built, but now it feels quite neglected and disappointing.

We were not the only family to find ourselves looking for accommodation that night. I suspect there is a lack of understanding on the upfront payment required between the owner and booking .com. The beds were 1 XL bed and 2 SMALL doubles did not really accommodate our party as stated. Had to share with 11 year old not ideal. The lifts were ridiculously slow. Apt on 30th floor so stopped at so many floors on ways up and down. The view was mostly of unfinished building site next door with small view of beach. The bed was very soft not comfortable for me. The cleaning staff were amazing thought and came in every day to make beds and did washing up. Not a great location. Too far to walk to good eateries. Good for beach and walk to dragon bridge though. Pics are view from bed and water stains on ceiling. We had to book this apt last minute as our previous accom cancelled on us without notice the night before. So may have been cheaper and more worth it if not last minute. I wouldn’t stay again though.

J’essaie toujours de négocier avec booking pour ne pas payer les frais d’annulation.
- Emma (8/5): Best view and sizeable apt space. - The view is amazing if you book the end apartment (full ocean view). The rooftop pool is great, but was an extra 100,000 per person. Amenities inside the building included a convenience store on level 3A. The apartment was very spacious and not too far to walk to local food places, located at the end of the beach strip under the same "roof" as 4 points by Sheraton. The master had a very prominent mould smell, a common problem here with lack of waterproofing. Fine for short term, Would reconsider for longer term.

Nice pool area, although there is a small fee but the views are great and it’s worth paying. Laundry facilities in the apartment which is a bonus and mini mart on site. Большие панорамные окна, большие кровати с свежим бельем, есть машинки для стирки, все что было заявлено в целом работает. Разрешили заселиться на 2 часа раньше, большое спасибо! - Стойкий запах грибницы. То есть где то есть плесень. К концу второго дня у всех стабильно болела голова. - Лифт можно ждать 3-5 минут легко и столько же ехать вниз/вверх - Кодовый замок совсем не безопасен. - Бассейн на крыше не входит в стоимость и оплачивается отдельно. Фото из бассейна на крыше не соответствуют реальности. Теперь вместо вида на море там вид на заброшенную башню.

Home Away From Home: The apartment offered a wonderful homely feeling, making it the perfect place for our family gathering. We truly enjoyed our stay! Would have been better if all the facilities made available were listed in booking.com in detail as everything I need at home (even slippers) were provided. So, I wouldn't need to carry my slippers. 😊

- Jia (1/5): 예약하지마세요. - 지도로 볼때 위치가 좋고, 사진으로 볼때 시설도 괜찮았어요. 현장결제 밖에 선택지가 없었고, 현장에서 결제하기로 하고 예약을 해뒀었어요. 당일에 되서 국제전화가왔어요. 부킹닷컴 메시지를 확인해달라고 했어요. 부킹닷컴 메시지를 보니, 카카오톡 아이디를 보내고 톡을 달라고 했어요. 톡의 내용에는 시설에 문제가 있어서 이용할 수 없다며, 사진을 보냈고, 무료 취소가 가능하니 취소신청하라고 했어요. 부킹닷컴에 전화하니, 제가 취소하면 당일취소로 수수료가 들고, 업체에서 취소해줘야되는데, 업체에서는 문제가 없다며 방문하면 된다고 했다고 해요. 업체에서 부킹닷컴과 저에게 각각 다르게 말을 하는 상황이었습니다. 업체의 전화번호와 제가 걸려온 국제전화 번호도 동일했고, 카카오톡의 이름과 업체대표의 이름도 일치하는 상황이었는데, 본인은 그런말을 한적이 없다고 합니다. 그래서 제가 카톡으로 여기서 이렇게 말하지마시고 부킹닷컴 메시지로 보내라하니 그때부터 답이 없습니다. 부모님과 아기와 함께 밤12시에 도착하는데, 제가 그 새벽에 숙소를 이용못하게 되면 정말 아찔한 상황이었습니다. 신뢰가 깨진 상황에서 현장결제였는데, 이제 돈도 받고 안받았다하면 제가 뭘 믿고 방문하나요. 그래서 방문하지않았습니다. 이 리뷰가 모두에게 도움이 되길바랍니다. 증빙 카톡보냅니다.
- William (6/5): This place is nothing like the photos and is not well maintained. It is not a bold oceanfront view, but a side view. - The bed was comfortable in the large room. It was dirty, like sunflower seed shells between all of the couch cushions. The dishes all needed washing before they could be used. There was absolutely no attention to detail with matters of cleaning and maintenance. The freezer and refrigerator did not work. A repair person came and spent a few hours and got the freezer working. The refrigerator never did work properly. Three of the door handles were falling off or broken. Both balconies were dirty with cigarette butts and just layers of dirt. It was too dirty to use. The furniture had stains, a lot of stains.

- Louise (1/5): Poor service - We booked this place weeks ago. No prepayment needed according to the information on booking.com. 4 days before we were due to stay. The hotel sent an email saying they had cancelled the booking as we hadn't prepaid. Personally, i would have requested payment, not just sent that email. When i politly replied, it wasn't a prepay, but I would have been happy to do so. I didn't get a reply. It was still showing as a booking, so i asked them to cancel it on booking.com or i would be charged for a no-show. The reply was, "No, you cancel in on booking. If i had i would have been charged. Booking.com sorted it. I was right. Just check that this has now been changed in the terms. However, if this is the level of service, i wouldn't stay. Customer service is rubbish

Poor conditions, broken walls, lights, floors, shelves… not enough elevators, 3 for 320 units and no service nor cargo elevator, so we had to wait 7 minutes once to get an elevator. Staff ignored my message for half day after we checked in.

Perfect stay - The Apartment was quite exquisite - we loved the Apartment and the facilities it provided - so tastefully done and rather spacious - we had arrivrd late - but had messaged John in advance - next day, he himself came and provided a few more amenities promptly - I highly recommend this accommodation to families - if I ever came back to Da Nang, definitely would stay here. Cheers to John and family for being such good hosts. Nothing to complain about

The only downside was the view. Big construction next door blocked what would have been a fantastic view. What a shame!! Another annoying thing was that buffet breakfast wasn’t included. Pool was nice and beach across the road. Overall, great stay. Thank you The view, but not their fault. Construction site next door.

- Jimmy (10/5): Great stay - Great host - amazing Apartment - will be back - We stayed here for 2 days in 2026 and totally loved this place! The beach is right across the street, a short walk away. Very nice ocean views. Some good restaurants close by. Also it was nice to have the washer/dryer for laundry. Another thing we like is we could use the information for car transport to communicate with driver and use them for local drives, their rates and service were excellent.

Было очень чисто, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания с детьми. Отдельно хочу отметить великолепную поддержку хостеса — всегда на связи, быстро помогала по всем вопросам, очень заботливое и профессиональное отношение. Мы уже жили в этом же здании у других хостов, поэтому есть с чем сравнить. Могу уверенно сказать, что эти апартаменты заметно лучше: чище, ухоженнее и комфортнее, а уровень сервиса значительно выше. Если выбирать жильё в этом доме, лучше снимать именно у этих хозяев.

- Kerry (10/5): Very good and would recommend - Very spacious, comfortable and clean and the team couldn’t do more for us, exceptional service. Amazing views and the gym was good although at an extra charge. The roof top pool was included and very relaxing. Eve had a mini mart in the apartment complex. Short taxi ride to main centre of Da Nang. Nothing to complain about

Double beds are not double beds they are a king single, we were 5 ladies and could not fit 2 people in the "double bed" a piece of foam of what we would refer to as a yoga matt was provided for our 5th lady to sleep on the ground, Afrer beging for something more sufficient for our 5 night stay a extra matress was provided for the lounge floor for our remaining 4 nights. I wouldn't call this apartment luxury, it is in desperate need of some maintenance, the floor is coming apart, the showers need a very good scrub and the hair dryer in the bathroom doesnt work it has wires sticking out of it. It needs a good clean, we found a cigarette on the couch, theres dust built up along the skirting boards along with cobwebs in the ceiling. Its clean at eye level.

- Paraskovia (10/5): - Пляж через дорогу. Мини магазин на 3 этаже. Удобные кровати, все нужное для готовки и стирки в наличии. Уборку проводят ежедневно. Бассейн на крыше. Рядом массажные салоны, кафешки. Нам очень понравилось здесь, что мы вернулись сюда после проживания в Хой Ане. Нет такого
