Oleg (10/5): Gorgeous boutique hotel with amazing service! - European-style beautifully decorated hillside villa with impeccable service and amazing views. Cleanliness is up to Swiss best standards. Our suite had an extra high ceilings and was luxurious throughout (Bathroom had the most spacious shower cabin I have ever encountered in hotels). Linens and towels were on par with Mandarin/Four Seasons experience. Everything worked down to the last switch. Staff hospitality is incredible, as they will go above and beyond your every request. Shani in particular was a truly wonderful host, genuinely caring about each and every of our needs. Hands-down the best quality hotel I have stayed at in Israel. The mattress is on the firmer side.
