Ursula (10/5): - Alles hat super gepasst. Die Lage ist abseits des Trubels und mit tollem Ausblick aufs Meer außergewöhnlich. Alles war geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin ausgesprochen bemüht und kompetent in allen Belangen. Absolut zum Wohlfühlen. Gute Lage für Erkundungstouren. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Ein bisschen frisches Obst wäre fein gewesen (aber das ist jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau!).

Ottima Country House - Ho soggiornato a gennaio in periodo di festa e dopo aver letto diverse recensioni ho voluto condividere anche la mia esperienza, sperando sia utile a chi pensa di prenotare qui. La posizione è tranquilla e panoramica, vicinissima a tutto nonostante possa sembrare fuori mano. La casa è calda, silenziosa e curata, con camere pulitissime e letti comodissimi. La colazione è ben organizzata, con menù per la scelta e cornetti freschi da pasticceria: niente buffet impersonale, ma un servizio semplice e pensato con criterio. Per fare un po’ i Barbero di turno, le rare recensioni negative derivano più da aspettative sbagliate che da problemi reali: chi cerca servizi da “grandi hotel” , che ormai neanche esistono più, probabilmente non ha colto la filosofia della country house, dove qualità e cura dei dettagli vengono prima della quantità. La posizione della strutta è perfetta per chi cerca relax, meno adatta a chi vuole locali e movimento sotto casa; la mappa mostra chiaramente la posizione e le attrazioni nei dintorni, difficile sbagliarsi in fase di prenotazione. Carmen rappresenta il vero punto di forza della struttura: gentile, disponibile e autentica, con una dedizione e attenzione che si percepiscono in ogni dettaglio. Stefano (10/5): “Non scrivo quasi mai recensioni, ma questa volta è giusto farlo.” - Viaggio molto, per lavoro e per piacere, e proprio per questo raramente lascio recensioni. Chi viaggia spesso impara a riconoscere subito quando un posto funziona davvero e quando invece è solo “standard”. ho voluto fare un’eccezione, anche per dare una mano a Carmen, la proprietaria, a far conoscere la sua struttura, perché so bene quanto contino le recensioni per chi lavora con passione, e qui si vede tutta! Ho dormito in hotel anche di categoria superiore, ma spesso non offrono lo stesso comfort: qui il letto è davvero comodo, la stanza è silenziosa e funzionale, e si respira un senso di tranquillità che non è affatto scontato. Si vede chiaramente la cura nei dettagli e l’amore con cui ogni cosa è pensata, dalla pulizia agli spazi. La colazione è curata, organizzata con attenzione e senza sprechi inutili, cosa che ho apprezzato molto, perché dimostra rispetto sia per gli ospiti sia per il lavoro che c’è dietro. Carmen è un’host autentica: presente, gentile e preparata. Sa cosa vuol dire accogliere le persone, non solo ospitarle. Scrivo questa recensione perché, viaggiando tanto, capisco come funziona questo mondo e quando incontro un posto così sento che è giusto segnalarlo. Non è solo un alloggio, è un luogo in cui si sta bene. E questo, oggi, vale più di tante stelle.
Simone (3/5): DA NON RIPETERE PIÙ - La vista mare della finestra Dopo aver pagato 260 € per una notte (prezzo troppo esagerato per la tipologia di camera e per i servizi offerti) non abbiamo potuto fare neanche la doccia perché c’era un guasto alla caldaia Per accendere alla struttura è necessario una macchina perché la struttura è fuori mano. La strada per accedere alla struttura e dissestata e senza illuminazione La colazione è inaccettabile!!!! Io credo che se si vuole far pagare questi prezzi per una camera c’è ancora molto da migliorare!!!!

Doctor (10/5): Beautiful views, great location, comfortable room, steep stairs. - The property grounds are beautiful with stunning views. The room was clean, spacious and well decorated. The communal kitchen is also a plus. I was surprised by the amount of stairs to get to the entrance with luggage and no staff to help. For those with limited mobility this is important information. Also, the walls are quite thin so hearing others in the hallways and kitchen was a bit irritating.

PATRIZIA (10/5): Ritorneremo anche con amici - Direi tutto. Carmen una padrona di casa impeccabile. Posizione meravigliosa vicino alla spiaggia ma leggermente in collina. Silenzioso. Camera grande, letto comodissimo, aria condizionata ok. Bagno con tutti i comfort. Colazione ottima. Parcheggio dentro alla struttura. Vicino Conad, Ipercoop cinema e negozi. A pochi chilometri Catanzaro lido. Direi andato tutto meravigliosamente Come detto tutto perfetto.

Accetturo (9/5): A serene, charming property with stunning sea views, a lovely terrace, comfortable beds, and delicious local breakfast p - We loved the peaceful location with its serene atmosphere, beautiful sea views, and charming terrace where we enjoyed breakfast. The décor was creative and full of character, the beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast, with pastries from a local shop, was delicious. We also appreciated the short drive to Catanzaro Lido with all the restaurants, shops, and beach fronts. A minor drawback was the absence of a smart TV for streaming, which would have been the perfect finishing touch for our stay

Nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire qui nous a spontanément surclassé ! Elle s’est montrée très attentionnée et nous a donné de supers adresses locales pour manger. Tout était parfait jusqu’au petit déjeuner sur la belle terrasse avec vue ! Un grand merci !
Cody Summers (3/5): Beautiful place but an uncomfortable environment. - Good views and away from the hustle and bustle. Cameras watching our every move. Wasn't able to relax and felt uncomfortable throughout our 5 night stay. Owner rationed our coffee to less than one per adult. (3 a day left out. We had 4 adults and booked 3 of their 4 rooms. Our 2 a day that they saw on the camera in the kitchen from our first day must have been too many). No breakfast included at the "bed and breakfast". Lady hung around from early morning til nearly noon daily making it more uncomfortable and awkward. She shushed us in the morning on days when it was just us (again, my family in 3 of the 4 rooms and no other guests at that time). Charged a euro a person more per day for the tourist tax and even charged for my 2 year old (no other place we stayed charged for him and from my understanding he is exempt). This almost doubled the agreed upon tax. Tried to claim 100 euros after our stay for a "broken toilet seat" with pictures sent several days after our stay had ended. We have checkout pictures proving this is false.
Dino (9/5): Views and location amazing.100% reccomend - The views were amazing. Lovely grounds as well. Location was absolutely perfect, a few minutes to beach, a few minutes to the sea and right next to the highway. Couldn’t have got much better location. On site parking which was great. Gated drive way up to the property as well. Can’t recommend enough. The only thing it needs is a swimming pool. Other than that nothing was wrong.
Mary (8/5): - Very charming property! The host, Carmen, was lovely and she was very organized and very helpful. You will need a vehicle if you choose to stay here. We chose to stay here because we thought it would be quiet. Unfortunately, at around 6:30am some guests were walking around and speaking loudly as if they were in their own home. There was also construction going on directly outside our window at 7am. We would give it another try if we were in Catanzaro again.
Hans (10/5): Exceptional - Carmen. The location. The warm house full of lovely details that make you feel right at home. The view is simply stunning. The room was well equipped, tucked with details, and a very very good bed. Carmen, the hostess, has made this an amazing experience all round. From a welcoming reception, advice on restaurants, breakfast and a lovely smile. This is an exceptional place which breathes the best italy has to offer. Be amazed. Having to leave;)
Lioba (3/5): Overpriced. View is shopping center. Construction site. - Nicely renovated rooms. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast okay. View is essentially a huge shopping centre. Only a little bit sea view. This is not shown in the pictures at booking.com. Directly next to the house is an active construction site. I would not book there again.

The Bed & Breakfast is sparkling clean and extremely comfortable! We stayed here after visiting Rome for 5 days, and it was a great change of pace. It's the perfect home base if you're looking to travel around Calabria; very easy to get to Soverato, Pizzo, Crotone, the airport, etc. I don't have any complaints!!
