• Martin (7/5): - Die Lage ist schön, toller Blick vom Balkon auf das Meer. Schon in einigen anderen Bewertungen aus den letzten Jahren wurde das Bett bemängelt. Obwohl das Schlafzimmer groß genug wäre gibt es nur ein 140cm breites Bett mit einer superharten Matratze. Die Jalousie hilft nur gegen Sonne, aber das Zimmer lässt sich nicht verdunkeln. Während des Duschens wurde das Wasser immer kurzzeitig kalt. Schon um 5.30 morgens gab es an mehreren Tagen Krach wie von einer schleudernden Waschmaschine für über 2 Stunden. Nach dem ich das beanstandet habe war es ruhig. Die Tür vom Schiebetürenschrank im Vorraum fiel raus bei einmaliger Benutzung. Ich war bereits 2018 schon einmal in der Wohnung und es wurde seitdem nichts erneuert, so dass sie schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.

• Evert (8/5): Goed verblijf met verbeterpunten - Locatie zeer goed Goed parkeren in een afgesloten binnen plein Uitzicht goed Hardere en iets te kleine bedden Geluidsoverlast van soms laden en lossen en dan weer van een centrifugerende was machine Geen airco op de tweede slaap kamer
• Hans-Ulrich (7/5): Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön groß und hell. Vom großen Balkon sieht man über einen Park direkt das Meer. Vor der FeWo kann der Mietwagen geparkt werden. Fußläufig ist in 3 Minuten ein sehr schönes Einkaufszentrum erreichbar, welches täglich bis 23.00 Uhr geöffnet hat. Ebenfals nicht weit entfernt sind zwei Naturbeckenschwimmbäder. In der Küche waren Lampen defekt. Der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hat diverse Flecken, das Sofa hat ein kleines Loch. Im kleinen Badezimmer roch es unangenehm. Zudem wurde in der Appartementanlage ab 08.00 Uhr eine Wohnung renoviert mit entsprechendem Lärm.

• Alan (10/5): A spectacular experience in a beautiful setting. - Everything was a 10! We were given clear directions on how to get to the property and retrieve the key, the view was outstanding, and the location couldn’t have been better. In one direction was the ocean and in the other direction was a shopping mall, complete with buses and taxis. Property was large and well maintained. The kitchen was well appointed, and there was a washing machine. Three restaurants are on the lower floor and across the street was the lovely promenade plus restaurants, tea, houses and absolutely amazing views!! I could go on and on. There was some construction noise and workmen who prevented our using the balcony for the first two days. We arrived late and struggled to figure out how to turn the power on.
• Наташа (10/5): Exceptional - The place is incredibly comfortable and spacious with a stunning view. The location is great, with lots of restaurants, shopping mall right behind the corner. There're three equaly awesome beaches nearby. The team was very helpful and responsive. It's a dream place. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
• Tibor (6/5): An accommodation that has seen better days, which with a bit of investment could be excellent - The accommodation’s location is excellent; the restaurants and the shopping mall are very close. Parking is right in front of the apartment entrance, which makes loading and unloading very easy. The beds are very small—140 cm wide—which is quite insufficient for two people. There is air conditioning only in one of the bedrooms. In the living room, the chairs are worn, the sofa set is torn, and it has an unpleasant odor. In the bathroom, there is no towel warmer—just a hook on the back of the door. There are too few plates and glasses: for four people, there is only one of each, or even fewer glasses. In the living room by the door, there are signs of water damage, and the parquet floor is worn. The carpet in the living room was terribly dirty. With a little investment and maintenance, this could be a really great accommodation, but in its current condition I would call it at best average. The building is currently under renovation, so during weekday mornings around 8 AM it was occasionally quite noisy.
• Anne (5/5): It was like staying in the middle of a building site as my husband summed it up at one point - The flat itself was spacious and clean with a lovely view to the ocean.It has good location near to the coast,bus stop and supermarket.Staff at the rental company were very friendly and helpful We really needed a rest and unfortunately were woken every morning at 8 am or earlier by heavy drilling and banging because of building work being carried out.There was also a lot of dust and building debris on the balcony and at the entrance.We contacted the managing agents more than once about this and since our return have sent videos and photos requesting some financial compensation from the owner as our quiet enjoyment of the property was greatly disturbed.We have had no response not even an acknowledgement from the owner

• Yasin (9/5): Overally we really liked the apartment quite much and would book again. - Great location with lots of restaurants, shops and car rentals as well as places to take a walk and swim close by. Quite large apartment, good view, parking place in front of the apartment door, easy to check in and out. There is only one air conditioner in the apartment and it is in the larger bedroom so it gets quite hot in the smaller room during night and the bed was not comfortable. Also good to be prepared to the fact that the second bedroom is significantly worse than the main one in terms of size, view and furnitures and does not have a private bathroom.
• Sofia (8/5): Great location and apartment, not happy about the agency that was managing the rental. - The location was great and the apartment was very good too. During our stay there were construction in front of the driveway for 2 days, which meant we couldn't use the car. We were traveling with a baby and needed a car seat, so it wasnt possible to visit other parts of the island for 2 days. We werent informed of this (otherwise we could have parked outside) and the agency wasnt understanding of our complaint.

• Bogdan (10/5): Exceptional - We loved the view, the location, the space, the facilities dishwasher, clothes washer, dryer etc). We were happy there was a late checkin service. The parking spot was in the inside court, dedicated and protected. Ideally the location should ensure cleaning services during the stay. We had to do our own cleaning and we had to buy our own cleaning products (only some available). A better coffee machine.
