- Elisabeth (8/5): gut - Lage ist toll, Personal sehr freundlich. Empfang sehr professionell. Betten waren auch gut. Das Hotel ist schön renoviert worden. Es gab für das Zimmer in der 3. Etage eine Klimanlage. Angeschaltet brummte Sie sehr laut. Leider gab es keine Kurzanleitung (gibt es in fast jedem Hotel) dazu, war nämlich nicht selbsterklärend. Wir haben zu Hause zwei Klimaanlagen und im Ferienhaus ebenfalls zwei, daher habe ich Erfahrung mit der Einstellung. Klappte trotz Erfahrung nicht. Und das Hotelpersonal abends wusste auch nicht Bescheid. Haben sie dann ausgekriegt, war ja noch kein Sommer. Hinweis ans Management: Das lässt sich ja ganz leicht mit einer Anleitung lösen.

- Werner (4/5): Enttäuschend - Das Seehotel ist mit vier Sternen ausgezeichnet, was jedoch primär durch die schlichte und kühle Ausstattung der Zimmer begründet ist. Das Haus präsentiert sich sauber, ruhig und gepflegt, es fehlt jedoch an einer individuellen und einladenden Atmosphäre. Es werden keine kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie Obst, Betthupferl, Blumen, Schreibutensilien oder Papier bereitgestellt, wodurch das Ambiente sehr steril wirkt. Das Wohlfühlgefühl entspricht in diesem Preissegment nicht den Erwartungen. Das Verhältnis zwischen Preis und Leistung erscheint deutlich unausgewogen. Ohne die attraktiven Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung wäre das Fortbestehen des Hauses fraglich. Das Frühstück wäre grundsätzlich zufriedenstellend, sofern rechtzeitig nachgelegt würde. Häufig waren bestimmte Speisen, wie zum Beispiel das Rühr- oder Spiegelei und der Obstsalat, nur auf Nachfrage oder nicht ausreichend verfügbar. Gebucht wurde eine Junior Suite, zugewiesen wurde zunächst ein Doppelzimmer. Erst nach ausdrücklicher Nachfrage wurde die tatsächlich gebuchte Zimmerkategorie bereitgestellt. Das Zimmer wurde uns nicht persönlich übergeben, sondern lediglich die Zutrittskarte ausgehändigt. Informationen über den Zeitpunkt und Ort des Frühstücks mussten wir erfragen, ebenso wie den Standort des gebuchten Parkplatzes und dem Zugang zur Garage.

- steevgray (4/5): The first visit was very good but we wouldn't stay again because the second stay was disappointing. - The location was very convenient for our onward journey. The view from the room was very good. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was very clean and well equipped. The room was too hot, even on the lowest setting and this disrupted our sleep. The evening meal was very poor. The fillet steak was very small, thin and tough and our wait person ordered the wrong side order. He did compensate us with a free desert.

- Gerhard (8/5): Ein sehr gutes Hotel mit besonders ausgezeichneter Lage, fast im Kloster - Tolles Angebot an Ostern am Frühstücksbuffet. Verschiedene Fische und Beerenkompott Jeden Tag Lachs. Es gibt auch andere Fischsorten für Frühstücksbuffet. Lüftung im Zimmer lief/brummte die ganze 1. Nacht. Licht im Bad über Bewegungsmelder ging an, obwohl es hell genug war.

Lekker ontbijt, Temperatuur was lastig te regelen in de kamer. Vloerverwarming is traag. Daarom best warm. Los van het hotel, irritant dat in de nacht de kerkklokken luiden en s’morgens om 07:00. En daarnaast een afzuiging oid die aansloeg rond half 8 Wellicht navraag doen bij hotel.

- Karol (10/5): Historic location near a lake with modern reconstruction - The whole compound was stunning. Old monastery, church, green house where you can buy local produce, fruit trees, but also plates, lake, ... We also visited the restaurant, that was nice also. Not many options, but what we ordered was delicious. Hotel looks new from inside, modern style is in contrast with the old outside. parking, cost only 12 Euro per night. There was only 1 thing - the shower in my room didn't have the seal at the bottom of glass door properly working. After the shower, a lot of water was inside the bathroom as it is without any steps.

- Kristel (8/5): Zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad!! Volgens ons één van de mooiere Duitse hotels. - Zeer mooi gelegen en statig hotel naast een mooie Romaanse abdij en tegenover het meer Maria Laach. Aangename ruime en propere kamer met airco voorziening! Kleine maar praktisch ingedeelde badkamer waardoor dit geen issue was. Het ontbijt bood voor ons het nodige en een eitje kon je naar wens laten klaarmaken. s' Avonds lekker gegeten en lekkere wijnen gedronken! Alleen hadden wij de bedenking dat bij een langer verblijf de kaart te beperkt is! Zeer rustig s' nachts al moeten wij erbij vertellen dat het hotel niet vol zat en we er half december logeerden. Minder belangrijk maar wij hadden iets meer Kerstsfeer verwacht omdat het gebouw zich daar perfect toe leent. Mooie lobby maar een beetje ongemakkelijk ingedeeld doordat men vooral naast elkaar ipv tegenover elkaar moet of kan zitten.
- Andreas (10/5): Eigentlich entspannt, wären da nicht Geschäftsleute, die lauthals Ihr Jahresbudget planen. - Die Zimmer sind sehr gross und behindertengerecht. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hohwertig und die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich. Die Lage ist idyllisch und geprägt vom Kloster-Ambiente. Professionelles Personal in allen Bereichen. Es gibt Arbeitsseminare und damit Gruppen, die auf unangenehm laut das Restaurant und den Frühstücksbereich besetzen. Das wirkt störend und ungemütlich.

- Paul (10/5): Komfortables Hotel bei Abtei am Laacher See - Das Hotel war für unsere Zwecke sehr günstig gelegen, auf dem Gelände der Benediktinerabtei. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben die geräumige Garage gerne in Anspruch genommen. Das großzügig eingerichtete Zimmer war ruhig, sauber und bequem mit weitläufigem Bad und angenehmen Betten. Das Frühstück mit Blick auf dem Laacher See war außerordentlich reichhaltig und ließ keine Wünsche offen.
