- Andrés (9/5): La calma necesaria después del intenso turismo en Tokio. - El hotel está ubicado en un barrio muy tranquilo, con restaurantes y tiendas cerca, y el metro a 10 minutos andando como mucho. La limpieza y orden del hotel eran excepcionales. Pero, sin duda, si tengo que destacar algo, es el personal del hotel. Todos eran fantásticas personas, nos recibían siempre de forma muy agradable y nos ofrecieron ayuda para todo. Sin duda, hicieron que la experiencia fuera de 10. Recomiendo encarecidamente este hotel, en especial a los turistas que quieran explorar toda la zona este de Tokio. No hay nada que me disgustase. Creo que, por el precio que obtuve, no se puede pedir mucho más al hotel. La zona no está tan cerca de todos los puntos más turísticos de esta parte de la ciudad, pero su conexión en transporte es muy buena y a cambio se obtiene una tranquilidad que se agradece a la hora de descansar después de un día duro.
- LAWADEE (10/5): - 객실이 정말 깨끗하고 편해요! 파자마가 제공되어서 좋아요 직원들도 모두 친절쓰하고 주변이 조용해요. 슈퍼나 편의점, 드럭은 있지만 드럭스토어 조금 비싼 편. 주택가다 보니 관광객은 뭔가 놀 만한 게 없어서 (식당 카페 돈키호테 등) 우에노까지 나가야 하고 숙소 위치 자체가 우에노역에서 걸어가기 어려운(도보30분) 곳에 있어서 전철을 갈아타야 하는 점이 좀 번거로움

- Joanne (10/5): Lovely apartment for a family - Lovely little hotel, clean and comfortable. Great to have an apartment with a balcony for fresh air. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Taka showed us how to use all of the appliances when we checked in so we could do laundry. Free coffee at reception with a 7 Eleven, little restaurants and train station (Hibiya line) within walking distance. There was a great little breakfast cafe and a fruit & veg shop close by. If you’re looking for a traditional neighbourhood rather than a tourist hotspot, this is a great place. We liked everything. It is a quieter neighbourhood than other places so depends what you are looking for.

He even directed us the way to Yokohoma in terms of when & what types of train to catch. The Hotel is generally cozy & nice to stay with supermarket, 7-Eleven, Lawson nearby. To me, the hotel is a little bit far from the MINOWA station. as you need to walk about 5-7min .... Overall, it is excellent

The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage since we arrived early, which we really appreciated. The room was clean and very spacious, making our stay comfortable. What I loved most is that the hotel has an elevator and is very close to Minowa Station, making it super convenient, especially when traveling with luggage. There are also many convenience stores nearby, which is a big plus. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. We will definitely stay at this hotel again when we go back to Japan. There was nothing to complain about. Everything met our expectations and we had a great stay.

The washing machine and clothes dryer are also a huge plus for us since we’ve been travelling for weeks. Limited food options in the area. You’ll need to walk about 20–25 minutes to Asakusa for more choices

- HanSol (10/5): 만족스러웠습니다. - 기대 이상으로 좋았습니다. 재방문 의사도 있고요. 우선 사장님이 영어도 잘하시고 굉장히 친절하셨어요. 방도 청결하게 관리되어 있었고, 무료로 하우스키핑도 운영중이었어요. 엘리베이터도 있어서 편하게 이동했어요. 그리고 호텔에서 제공하는 것도 굉장히 많았습니다. 기본적으로 샴푸, 린스, 바디워시, 드라이기는 기본이고 어댑터도 빌려주었습니다. 웰컴 무료 과자도 주시더라구요. 냉장고도 기본 호텔의 작은 사이즈보다 커서 편의점 음식 보관하기도 좋았어요. 냉동실도 꽤 큽니다. 특징으로는 카운터에 앉아계시는 사장님이 매일 달라지던데 그렇다면 사장님마다 친절도가 달라질 순 있겠으나 제가 3박 4일동안 머물렀던 기간의 사장님들은 다 친절했습니다. 호텔 위치도 만족스러웠어요. 미노와 역이 근처였고 주변에 세븐일레븐, 패밀리마트, 현지식당 등이 있어서 편했습니다. 바로 큰 길로 나가면 스카이트리인지 전망대가 보입니다. 방마다 전경이 다 다릅니다. 안쪽 방은 반대쪽 호텔 건물 정도만 보이는데, 바깥쪽 방은 전망대가 보여서 뷰가 꽤 좋아요. 그리고 음식물 처리는 딱히 방도가 없는 것 같아서 저희는 따로 두고 말씀드렸는데, 바로 음식물을 넣을 쓰레기통이 따로 없다는게 단점이네요.

- Anna (10/5): Best choice for Tokyo stay. - SAILS completely met and jumped over our expectations. The rooms are spacious, you literally have two separate rooms — a kitchen and bedroom, along with a restroom and bathroom. The room had a washing machine (a saviour in Japan's hot & humid September) and all the necessary supplies, along with welcome snacks that we enjoyed a lot. The staff are the kindest and sweetest people that were always helping us with answers & recommendations. The area is quiet and extremely chill, it is perfect to unwind from busy day, whilst still being close to the subway (8min walk) and some very nice local spots. Oh, and most likely you will see Tokyo Skytree from your balcony ;)

- Boon Khiang (10/5): Super clean, great service - Super clean, biggest plus is the reception support from 5am to 1am. We flew in late and got there close to midnight, it's so assuring to know there's someone waiting for us, checked us in and showed us how to use gadgets in apartment. Did not find many spacious apartment style accommodation with on site support in this price range. Reception very helpful and can speak English, my son wanted to play basketball in a local gym, reception rang the courts for us to fid out what we need to do. Also called a taxi for us when we had a 7am tour pick, spoke to taxi driver in Japanese to make sure he got us to the rigt pickup location. Walking distance to Minowa station, Hibuya line, straight to Akhibahara and Imperial palace, direct short bus ride to Sensoji. Disneyland and Shinjuku is one train change, very manageable. Quiet nice neighborhood, lots of convenient stores around, local supermarket next to station with bigger variety of cooked food, cheaper than convenient stores. One night, we bought really good cuts of sliced beef from there, instant rice and a bottle of sauce with some radish pickles, such a good quick dinner. Washing machine and bathroom dryer works great, enabled us to travel light. Just so much easier to move around train staions with small suitcase. Pajamas, snacks and free coffee at reception from 6am to 5pm a nice touch, wasn't expecting it for this price range! None
- Wan Yan (4/5): - The staff were friendly Hotel Sails appeared in my hotel search results, which created the impression that this is a proper hotel. However, based on my stay, I feel this accommodation is misleadingly named and does not meet basic hotel standards. Major issues encountered during the stay: The window was damaged, allowing cold winter wind to flow directly into the room. The safe was not functioning, and more concerningly, it was portable and not secured in place. The ventilation fan was not working. The air conditioner heater function did not work, making the room freezing cold at night. The blanket provided was not warm enough for winter conditions. The TV was not functioning and unusable. The property is located within a local residential neighbourhood. While this allows guests to experience local living, it does not align with expectations of a hotel stay. This accommodation feels more like a basic lodging rather than a hotel. The staff were friendly, which I appreciate, but the lobby area is extremely tight, and overall cleanliness and maintenance were disappointing. The room itself was slightly better than the lobby, but the number of non-functioning facilities was shocking. In summary, guests should manage expectations carefully. If listed as a hotel, the basic functionality, cleanliness, and comfort should meet hotel standards — which, unfortunately, was not the case during my stay

- Ley Na (10/5): Lovely hotel, friendly staff, great location! - The staff were very friendly and supportive, the location was around 7 minutes walk to Minowa station. There was a laundry machine in the room and a dryer in the bathroom. Quiet location. The room did not have a wardrobe for clothes storage, and it was a challenge to find enough space to put our clothes without having to get them out of our suitcases each time.

- Eleazar (10/5): Iwe want to go there again! - It was very centralized. We walked to the Skytree, Dennys, McDonalds, Hibiya Line train station, 7/11 & Family Mart. It was nearby an Izakaya that we didnt get to try. The entry was open 24hrs and they greeted us with a smile (and they spoke English!). She told us how to use the facilities, and the toilet was easy to use 😊. The washing machine was awesome! And there was enuf room for all three peoples stuff! The amenities was spectacular, and everything was clean! The staff, especially the manager Taka was very friendly, and everyone greeted us either a smile each time we went in or out of the building. Nothing. The place was awesome!

- Marta (10/5): Amazing - The best place to stay in Tokyo and in Japan in general. Very clean, spacious room and with all the supplies needed, there is a washing machine and a drying machine. The employees are very friendly and they make sure you are good in all the stay. I would love to come back to Tokyo but specially to Hotel Sails. You have a lot of convenience stores around. I would like to thanks specially to Kendo who told me the best places to go around. I would recommend 100%. All good!!
