- Simone (8/5): - Die Unterkunft ist traditionell gestalltet und mit dem kleinen garten vor dem Erdgeschoss zimmer angenehm hell. Die lage ist ca 1km von der U-bahn entfernt in einer ruhigen traditionellen ecke von kyoto. Man sollte sich bewusst sein, das das zimmer nicht jeden Tag gereinigt wird und der Tee vorrat nicht immer aufgefüllt wird. Handtücher werden jeden tag ausgewechselt.

- Sokratis (7/5): Clean and quiet, but a bit inconvenient - It’s a nice, tidy small hotel in a quiet neighborhood. The room was very clean, and the service was great. The owners seemed very friendly and professional, which made the stay more comfortable. Even though it’s considered central, it felt quite far from the main areas of Kyoto. It takes around 25 to 30 minutes to walk there or similar by transport, which isn’t ideal. That said, I enjoy walking and exploring, so it didn’t bother me too much. The room also didn’t include some basic amenities like a toothbrush, hairbrush, or bottled water, which you usually expect. The TV wasn’t very useful either if you don’t speak Japanese, as it’s not a smart TV and you can’t connect your phone or use Netflix. Also, there isn’t always someone at reception, which can make things a bit difficult if you need help with check in, check out, or any questions.

When we checked out and needed a taxi, but it was rainning and no taxi came. The staff has run to the main street in the rain to catch a taxi for us. He was very supportive and we were so grateful for that. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s valued for money and also quite close to the main attractions and Kyoto station/buses

Lit confortable, petite cuisine à disposition Correctement placé dans Kyoto Plusieurs restaurants à proximité dont un typique de sushi Quartier un peu excentré à 20 min à pied des premiers lieux animés. A 10 min à pied du métro et bus Peu de place pour les valise Luminosité un peu faible mais mineur si on y est surtout pour dormir.

- Chao (10/5): - 此次旅行辗转多地，这里是比较令人暖心的一站。老板很好！我们深夜到达，老板还在前台等候。详细地给我们讲去哪里还能看到樱花，很贴心！酒店在京都漂亮的街道上，位置很好。酒店内部房间干净整洁，无异味。床品舒适。空间不大但够用了。行李箱能打开放在地台上。我们还能围坐在小桌边喝茶聊天。整体感觉很好！

- Mahala (8/5): A nice stay overall! - Such a cute place and we even had a little garden. Room was neat and tidy. The room was quite small, especially with our suitcases, but still manageable. Location was a little more removed from central Kyoto than we expected, but it was still quite easy to get around on public transport!

I was disappointed that the owner did not allow us to leave our luggage after check-out, especially since we saw two other guests being allowed to do so right before us.

- Raúl (7/5): - El colchón era cómodo, y poco más Las almohadas muy duras, y por las noches había algo de las instalaciones que hacia mucho ruido/vibración y estuve las dos primeras noches sin pegar ojo. No había nunca nadie en la recepción. No volvería.
- Abby (9/5): Lovely stay! - The room was incredibly spacious with a balcony, which I enjoyed. It was located in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes and restaraunts nearby to visit. It was only a short walk to a bus stop or a train station, which was incredibly convenient for going places. The staff was also incredibly nice and accommodating, they even let us check in early! Nothing :)
- Giulia (3/5): Not a great option except for location. - The location is great, 20 minutes walking from the station, 15 minutes to the market and 20 to Ginza in a safe quiet area. The room is wat too small for 2 people, no storage for the dresses, no space to be standing or moving in the room. Matress unconfortable too. Staff not too helpful, they charge extra for having the towels changed or living your luggages on check out day. No ambience. The small basic room could be compensated with something else but that was not the case unfortunately.
- Ros (10/5): Quiet attractive space spotlessly clean with kind cheerful staff - Lovely quiet street with an easy walk to market etc. staff kind and helpful. The room was spacious, our little garden lovely to look out on. Well supplied snd laid out. We hired bikes - cheap and a great way to explore along easy bike paths and back streets. We loved everything.
- Michelle (10/5): Beautiful, spacious and comfortable rooms. - The room was so spacious and accommodating, which was such a huge difference from our tiny Tokyo hotel room. It looked exactly like the photos and was a great mix between traditional and modern. The owner was also very friendly and helpful. The location was also great and the nearest train station was only about a 10 minute walk away, with some buses even closer by. We 100% recommend this place, it was a pleasure to stay here! Thank you to the owner for welcoming us to his hotel.
- Jean (10/5): Great hotel - This hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to public transport. The room size is pretty standard and we loved having a little table to sit at. The beds were very comfortable and the heating system worked perfectly. The balcony was also useful for us to hang laundry. The staff kindly allowed us to check in earlier. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and would return to this again. Nothing

- Kelly (9/5): Propre et fonctionnel - C'était très propre (serviettes changées tous les jours) et il y avait quand même de l'espace pour des petites valises. C'était convivial, avec du thé, une petite cuisine collective, et un petit espace pour s'asseoir dans la chambre. Il aurait été sympa de pouvoir emprunter des parapluies compte tenu des grosses pluies qu'on a eues pendant notre séjour ! Le personnel était assez souvent à la réception et aidant. On pouvait mettre la climatisation comme le chauffage. C'était calme et silencieux. Bon rapport qualité prix. 10 minutes du métro à pied et 10 minutes de la station de bus à pied, pas beaucoup de choses touristiques à moins de 20 minutes à pied. Pas de petite lampe de chevet ou de lumière tamisée.

- Monique (7/5): Beautiful room, tranquil room, but too far from the action and transit system and too thin of walls. - Cute and spacious room with a private garden and comfy bed. They let me check in several out early! Too easy to hear your neighbors. If you’re on the first floor you can hear people walking upstairs, using the elevator, and walking through the lobby. Limited amenities and an early check out (10 am). Not close to any train/subway stations. I wouldn’t stay here again for what I’m looking for.

- Marina (9/5): Great Location and Lovely Traditional Room - The location was great, with easy access to both buses and trains, and within walking distance of restaurants and bars, yet still in a quiet area. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with traditional tatami flooring and a beautiful tea set that made the stay feel special. Overall, it was very comfortable, and they provided all the necessary toiletries and slippers. The only downside was that during our stay there was construction happening right in front of the property, so weekday mornings could be a bit noisy. Fortunately, it didn’t affect us too much since we usually started our days early.

Kamer was fijn, met een plek om te zitten. De buurt was mooi met de traditionele huisjes en niet touristisch. Het is iets kleiner, maar niet gek voor Japanse standaard.

- Asia (8/5): ottimo soggiorno a kyoto - struttura pulita e comoda, lo staff disponibile per ogni richiesta, vi sono diversi kit di cortesia presenti nella struttura per ogni ospite e inoltre ci hanno dato la possibilità di spedire i nostri bagagli da una struttura ad un’altra. un po’ scomoda da raggiungere a piedi ma fattibile.
