Közvetlen mellette "bár" étkezés és trafik jelleg. Közös de jól felszerelt konyha, terasz. Nagy képernyős smart tv. szobában hűtő és kávéfőző, vízforraló. Nagy fürdőszoba nagy szoba. Minden patent tiszta. Átutazó szállásnak kitűnő. Soave és Monteforte d' Alpone között a szőlős dombokon keresztül egy 10 km gyalogtúra útvonal szép kilátással. Három éjszakát töltöttünk itt. Verona vonattal 25-38 perc. Oda vissza 8 € ért.

• Katrine (10/5): A really lovely place with everything we needed and the nicest host. - We stayed at this place for four nights and had a wonderful time. Alex, the owner, is incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely interested in getting to know his guests. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We especially appreciated the pool, the well-equipped kitchen where we could cook, and the balcony where we enjoyed our meals. The location is also great — close to the train station, which made it easy to visit cities like Verona in a short time. We’re very happy we chose to stay here for our holiday.

V pripade potreby komunikoval s nami cez WhatsApp. Kuchynka bola dostatocne zabezpecena. Kavovar na izbe. Ciste uteraky. Upratovanie izby kazdy den nas prijemne prekvapilo. K dospozicii bol aj bazen. Ten sme vsak ani nestihli vyuzit. V blizskosti je zeleznicna stanica len 5 min chodze. Moznost vyrazit vlakom do Benatok. Parkovisko je vo vnutri nadvoria, ktore sa na noc uzamykalo. Tancujuce stoliky v kuchynke :-) Premavka v okoli posobi, ako keby bola vonku burka a silny vietor.

Det var tydeligt at han gik op i, at man ikke blot havde et godt ophold, men en god ferie. Værelset havde en god størrelse, men vigtigst af alt: Der var rent og pænt. Der manglede ikke noget og der blev hver dag redt seng og givet nye håndklæder hvis nødvendigt. Poolen var ren og behagelig. Det er et lille sted, men super dejligt. Det fungerede især godt som base og så tog vi bilen på nogle dagture til Verona, Venedig osv. På trods af, at det ligger ud til en større vej kunne man nærmest ikke høre den med lukkede vinduer

Er was ook koffie en thee en een koelkast met flesjes water op de kamer. Top verblijf! Daarnaast is het ook nog eens vlakbij het station, wat ideaal is om een dag trip te maken.

Travelled with family members and booked 3 rooms over the Christmas period. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with wifi and all the essentials including kettle,coffee machine and mini bar. Very clean and well kept. Central heating present. Bathrooms with very good facilities and attention to detail. The common area was a bonus with the all the basic necessities including a microwave and hotplate. Comfortable seating area and an area with a couple of tables to have breakfast. The common area led onto a large terrace which would be lovely to use in warmer weather. One of our rooms also had a terrace. Accomodation is only a few minutes away from the train station and the town centre is also accessible via a 10-15minute walk. There is also an out door area with a pool which is excellent for a summer stay. Parking area is secure and locked at night Last but not least Alex is an excellent host. He made sure our stay was comfortable and was always ready to help us. A lovely and very courteous person attentive to his guests' needs. Would definitely stay again. Nothing

The room was perfect bed was that comfortable that I didn't want to get out. Highly recommended. San bonifacio has absolutely zero transport links apart from the train if it wasn't for Alex I would've been stranded a few times. Once again thank you Alex for taking care of me I really appreciate it!

There is a kitchen where you can use dishes and a microwave, and there is a cooking zone. There is also a large terrace where you can drink coffee. Very close to the train station, approximately 7 minutes.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great, room was big enough, comfy, very clean and quiet, good wifi, swimming pool was a fantastic treat after hot days full of walking, one day we stayed in, we had good few toys for my daughter to swimm/ play in the pool, and lovely relax area around pool, we could use washing machine, kitchen is small, and we stayed week, but we managed to prepare meals, which we were only one for so long there, most people was stayed for few nights. IT's really close to train station, to Verona or Garda lake train took us in 30/40 min, to Venezia 1h15min, we didn't have a car, but is plenty space for cars and parking is free; Alex was great helper with everything we need in the moment, very nice and positive person with manners and patient to children, my daughter is 6, and she is very outgoing and inquisitive child. Also my husband had birthday and Alex brought for him bottle of sparking wine with wishes, that was so nice surprise. If we back to this region someday, we definitly back here. We were stayed for a week with small child, only one tiny thing for us, a little too small fridge and no good knifes in the kitchen, but ... still we 100% recommended as we had wonderful time
• Marcin (10/5): Great vacations in Italy - Very nice place - clean and spacious rooms. Large and clean bathroom - you can see that it was recently renovated and the owners take care of order. Clean and efficient air conditioning. In the room there is a capsule coffee machine and a kettle for tea. In the common area there is a spacious kitchen and dining room. The pool is large and cleaned so the water is clean. By the pool there is a corner for making coffee and tea. There is also a fridge for common use. A big plus is that the rooms are locked with a code so you don't have to think about whether you have taken the key. The owner is very nice and helpful. Internal parking lot closed at night. About 10 minutes on foot to a good restaurant. Close to the exit road so you can quickly reach Verona, Padua or Venice. I highly recommend it. I thought long and hard about what the disadvantages were and I came up with this - the kitchen lacked a bread knife and the pool area could do with a fridge with a larger freezer to store more ice. And these are the weak points. Everything was great and I would gladly come back here again.

• Louise (10/5): Beautiful small hotel with amazing pool and host. - Exceptional little hotel. I wanted to pick it up and take it with me! From the moment we arrived Alex welcomed us like family. He showed us all the facilities. He gave us a room with a balcony for no additional cost. Free coffee ☕️ in the little room near the pool and in the rooms. Coffee from a machine so it’s excellent. Rooms are superb and bathroom all equipped. Shower was excellent. Beds so comfortable we had to wake the teens at 9.30am after they’d slept 10 hours! Pool area is wonderful and the pool was the right temperature and so clean. There are pool loungers and different inflatables to laze on in the pool. We didn’t venture into the town as we were staying only one night. But plenty of restaurants close by. We went to the big supermarket which was brilliant and the wine was super cheap! We got a take out from a Turkish Grill takeaway opposite the supermarket and it was very good. I’d have stayed much longer if we could. I’ll be back for definite. Nothing

It was easy to find and the communication with the host was excellent. The swimming pool is great, even if small. Well equipped room. The location is not ideal. But it's reflective of the price.

• Charlie (9/5): Great place! - The host was very welcoming via whats app and helpful, Room was very nice and comfortable with Air Con as it was a very evening, the property has everything you need including a very nice pool area. it's an ideal place if you are traveling between Venice and Verona. The area is in is rather small place however is easy accessible via the train and the city is within walking distance.

The swimming pool looked great but unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy it :/ The bed slopes down to the middle but I think it can be fixed easily.

Ma la cosa più apprezzata la macchina del caffè disponibile in camera. La posizione permette di raggiungere a piedi la stazione ferroviaria con treni frequenti per Venezia e Verona.

The room was cleaned every day along with refilling coffee capsules and cookies. The bathroom is spacious and has a small shelf in the shower , ideal for bath cosmetics. In the room there is also a small fridge and blankets. Railroad station in very close proximity. A few minutes walk to a wonderful pastry shop with delicious coffee and croissants

My favourite part was the swimming pool, which was super clean and contains salt water, which does not damage skin. The room was super clean, spacious, with a terrace. For coffee lovers like myself, each room has its own coffee machine. the property is also close to a railway station, which is great if you wish to go to Venice, for instance. city center is about 10 minutes walk.
