Perfetto sia per grandi gruppi di amici o famiglie, sia per chi desidera una fuga romantica e rilassante in due. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend all’insegna del relax tra barbecue, Jacuzzi, silenzio, pace e tantissimo spazio anche per il nostro cane. La casa è bellissima, ampia, pulita e servita completamente. Sandra è stata fantastica! Ci ha accolti con il sorriso, dandoci tanti consigli utili sulla zona e sui locali dove mangiare. Inoltre, ci ha gentilmente anticipato il check-in e posticipato il check-out con grande disponibilità. Esperienza consigliata, torneremo sicuramente!

Gli ambienti sono curati e funzionali, perfetti sia per famiglie che per chi viaggia con animali. La proprietaria Sandra è una persona disponibile e gentile Il giardino è stupendo, ampio e completamente a prova di cane: la nostra Mia si è divertita tantissimo e in totale sicurezza. Torneremo volentieri
• anna rita (7/5): Trekking al Circeo - Comoda per il nostro tipo di vacanza (trekking), non so' valutare per la vicinanza al mare, ma sicuramente ci si deve spostare in auto. Premessa: noi abbiamo prenotato la casetta (non villa), da 1 nucleo centrale composto di camera matrimoniale, bagno e soggiorno con angolo cottura, più un nucleo esterno composto da camera matrimoniale piccola e bagno. I bagni hanno entrambi la doccia. La cucina è dotata di tutto, ma molto piccola per essere utilizzata per 4 persone se si pensa di mangiare in casa nel periodo in cui non si può stare all'aperto (portico). In generale sono rimasta delusa dal fatto che pensavo di aver prenotato la villa invece (per mia negligenza) ho prenotato la casetta.

• Ionela (9/5): lovely house for hanging out with friends - The house & garden are beautiful. The area is quiet and is conveniently located within a short driving distance of beaches and restaurants. We received a very warm welcome from Sandra, the property owner, who was very helpful with information about local restaurants and nearby beaches. We had a lovely time at the house!

• Jeffrey (10/5): Great location outside a beautiful, historic beachside village. - Sandra was very quick to communicate and made the entry/departure process very smooth. The place has everything you need for a family or friends and for all seasons. (We were there in summer but will return in winter) Nothing came up during our trip that we didn't like.

• Vlada (10/5): The GEM of Italy - That was by far the best experience we've ever had with Booking and one of the loveliest stays we've had anywhere. Sandra wasn’t just a host, she felt like a friend we hadn’t met yet. You could feel how much love she puts into the home. It was spotless, peaceful, and beautifully designed – the kind of place where you instantly relax. The house itself was a dream, full of light, beautifully styled and designed, and so thoughtfully equipped that it felt like everything was exactly where it should be. Already dreaming about coming back. The city was very beautiful, we followed the recommendations that were kindly given to us by Sandra, and it was absolutely best undiscovered gem in Italy. I didn't know there was a place like that on the map!!! Thank you, Sandra – you made our trip unforgettable.

• Anonymous (9/5): I would recommend this property for four people as we enjoyed their hospitality and property and felt very safe. - I would like to start by saying this is the review for the two bedroom Cassetta as there is a second listing for a larger villa combined on the same listing that you have to be careful to choose and scroll to the bottom when booking. Meanwhile, Sandra and Giuseppe were fantastic hosts from the beginning till the end. They offered us access to any of their fresh veggies in the garden, and also offered fresh eggs from their chickens each morning.  They also provided a nice complementary bottle of wine that we enjoyed.  The location is perfect and the beach is reachable by car within 15 minutes. 🤠 The property is efficient although the Living Room is a bit small. It is a bit complicated to divide all the trash but that seems to be the rule in Italy in general.
