- Wafaa (8/5): - Quite nice hotels although people need to be aware that facilities are payable. This should be included in the stay as the purpose for the stay is to relax and use the spa which was not.
- Abdel (10/5): Séjour agréable - On a été accueilli chaleureusement par le personnel, toujours souriant et prêt à aider. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était varié et délicieux. L'option buffet le soir n'était pas disponible.

- Raymond (2/5): Disappointing Overall - Visit the local thermal pools and 3 star hotels for better service and value. You’ll get the same service and support the community. Lesson learned. I gave the following concerns to the Vichy manager 24 hours prior to our checkout. Confirmed he received the feedback at checkout. He decided not to address the concerns. 1. Broken toilet, 2. Broken trash can, 3, Shower temperature fluctuations are frequent and extremely hot to cold, 4. In room refrigerator doesn’t work. 5. Arguing employees in the spa delayed gaining access to the facilities. After thoughts, the view from the balcony of a small river littered with trash and plastic bottles was almost poetic in showing how little the Vichy brand is concerned about their future reputation and relationships with both their loyal customers and environmental commitments. Not impressed.

Pour un hotel 4 etoiles proposant un soi disant buffet pour le diner. Il n’y a pas de choix. Franchement experience que je ne renouvellerai pas. Decu de ce dernier week-end de la fin d’année 2024.

- Myriem (6/5): Dommage de faire des erreurs commercials. - C'est un hôtel dans une station thermal, mais l'accès au Spa de l'hôtel n'est pas compris dans le prix et il faut payer 200 dh par personne à chaque fois que vous voulez rentrer en plus des soins. Nous sommes client du Vichy de Bouznika et l'accès à l Piscine est Inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Il faut au moins bien le dire aux clients. Sinon c'est une arnaque. Je conseil d'éviter cet hôtel et prendre un hotel à Fès (20 min) et payer l'entrée a la piscine du Spa.

No taxi, no nearby resturants, they want to then chrage you for everything..you can imagine as you are now held hostage. People book the thermal spa resort for thermal spa yet they charge you same amount of money for using the thermal spa they charge people for outside public. Plus they have limited hours 2pm to 6pm. Thats it whats the use of such spa? Then on top of it they have very strict rules you cant do this ..you cant do that... staff is rude and not accomodating. I would really think tiwce booking here.

- Marylene (10/5): - Amazing services on site, good food, prices are right, staff very polite and caring- very quiet and relaxing atmosphere and area- rooms are so relaxing - I loved my stay there- swimming pool so clean- just make sure you schedule a few days before if you plan on services on weekends because you have lots of people stopping on the weekends that wil schedule and the staff ends up so busy - if you get your hotel on the weekends you may end up not getting treatments of your choice if you don’t plan ahead :)

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great but plan ahead - Great hotel in the middle of nowhere. The spa is adjacent to the hotel. We drove out for the services but because it was open to the public we didn't get appointments as there was limited availability. Call ahead. Breakfast was great, highly recommended, dinner on the other hand was a huge over priced disappointment. Overall a good experience with a little more planning would have been great.

- Elena (2/5): SCAM, falce description and advertising - This was by far the worst experience in my 20 years travel experience. We were very looking forward to stay in this luxury hotel, but I wish we were never there. First it is far away from Fez, you need to rent a car, or to take very special big taxi which can go outside the city. To do this you need to walk very far for the taxi station. Small taxi refused to take us there. So we were walking for an hour. Then a lot of negotiations to avoid the rip off. Upon arriving at the hotel just before 5 pm we were informed that the spa is closed for the day. Nothing was open except a very expensive restaurant. All the guests checking in at the same moment were very frustrated and upset. We went to check out the outside swimming pool, but it was empty. Then we headed to a spa to check it out. What a surprise it was to find out that to enter any hotel facilities we need to pay additional 30 Euro per person. We wasn’t sure about the quality of those, since everything by that time feels like another Moroccan scam, but they refused to even show the facilities unless we pay. This information was never available when we were booking this hotels, while many pools and spas were advertised. The entire evening was wasted. We didn’t want to stay there and needed to find a taxi back in a dark unsafe area to return back to the town, and it cost us a fortune! SCAM.
