• adriana (9/5): Se vc está disposto a subir escadas ingremes, esse quarto é uma pérola no centro - Localização perfeita, do lado da estação principal de trem, muito fácil chegar. Bem no centro mas não fica nas ruas barulhentas. Quarto excelente, muito limpo e organizado, tudo deve ter sido pensado com cuidado nos detalhes. Tamanho de quarto bem ok e funcional, cama bem confortavel, luzes de cabeceira, toalhas e lençóis de boa qualidade, várias tomadas pra carregadores. Como cortesia, foi oferecido alguns biscoitos, chocolates, café, chá, e bebidas, o que é bem legal. Atendimento rápido e eficiente. Recomendo. Quando avisaram que as escadas pra acessar o quarto eram íngremes, eu não fazia idéia do desafio. Então se for com malas, prepare-se, porque é dificil subir com peso, mas possivel claro. As janelas poderiam ter uma forma de ficarem um pouco abertas, já que eu gosto de sentir o ar da rua e arejar o quarto.
• Louis (9/5): A perfect, comfoirtable stayt for solos or couples alike, peace and comfort exploring a new city - great sized room , close enough to walk into the action , far enough to enjoy some quiet, and close to the centraal station! facilities were lekker! and the complimentary snacks and drinks was a really lovely touch to add, good and powerful shower, and slept like a baby. When ( not if !) i come back to Amsterdam , i will be seriously considering getting this rom again from Henry and made my stay soo comfortable for my first solo traveler experience :) honestly nothing bad at all really, be warend the steps are steep ( but henry does give a heads up on that) and maybe some wear and tear to consider , but thats picking at straws honestly.

• Maja (9/5): Beautiful centrally located room on the canal - Location is perfect- you are in the middle of everything- on the canal, steps from restaurants and sightseeings, central station is 3mins walk, bed was comfy, room very clean. Small room because canal houses are like that- but you have everything inside. Whole check in, check out and daily cleaning is seamless- owner added a little extra touch like coffee machine and some snacks, water, a few beverages in the fridge! Everything as described on Booking. Really beautiful stay and I would recommend this apartment Literally nothing

Multi adapters for different plugs/USB were on the bedside tables plus the desk, brilliant for all gadgets etc. Appreciated the hairdryer in the bathroom plus there were umbrellas outside the room for guests to use. There were waters, Cokes and beer in the fridge, this was restocked the following day, so very grateful for this! The host was so lovely, we were able to store our bags before our room was ready, also after we vacated our room. Really recommend this apartment, would definitely stay here again! Nothing, everything was lovely.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with snacks and drinks included which was a nice touch. Henry was a very kind and helpful host. The stairs are quite steep, but this is typical of historic buildings in Amsterdam.

• Aylin (9/5): - Firstly, we met our great host, Henry, by chance and we asked some questions about where to go or eat. He answered all the questions patiently. The room was superbly clean, and it was cleaned each day by the staff. The snacks and drinks are included in the price, so you can enjoy your complimentary snacks. Furthermore, the location is above great. We walked through the city mostly. If you need to get to any transportation, the Central Station is just a 5-minute walk away. Plus, the view from our room was amazing. Every morning I woke up, brewed my espresso and watched the view for a while. There are just two subjects we don't like: 1) The room was cold, and we didn't have any idea whether we could increase the heating temperature or not. We wanted it warmer. 2) Early in the morning, there was a noise coming from upstairs. Unfortunately, we had to wake up -unwillingly- because of the noise. Bonus: The stairs are funny :D If you plan to bring heavy luggage, we sincerely advise you not to.

• Carla (10/5): Perfectly designed compact base in central Amsterdam - Location is perfect, right in a canal next to central station, soundproofing is excellent, heating is strong as is the water pressure. Also the amenities and lovely details are more than you’d expect for such a compact room. The stairs are very steep, even for Amsterdam, so if you’re not prepared it could be an issue, but it was no issue for us and merely added to the charm.

• Ayçe (9/5): very convenient location for a few nights best for alone travellers - The room I stayed in was in an excellent location. I found it easily after getting off the train. Since I was traveling to explore, I could leave the things I bought in the room and go out to explore again. Everything was available in the room; I didn’t feel any missing items. Because of the location, I felt safe since I was travelling alone. Oh, last but not least, I slept like a baby—the bed was very comfortable. On my first day, the bathroom trash hadn’t been emptied; it might have been overlooked, so I didn’t make a big deal of it. There was a dead fly by the window and black hair by the sink. On the last day, the Wi-Fi malfunctioned. I spoke with the host; they guided me, but no matter what I did, I couldn’t get it working again. I didn’t want to bother the host again. I had to rely on my own internet access. I had trouble carrying my luggage by myself on the narrow stairs, but that’s typical of European old houses, so I knew what to expect.

They even clean the rooms daily and provide fre - The location was very near all the attractions in Amsterdam, which was a very big deal for travelers. You can just walk to see all the tourist spots. Odamız hep temiz kokuyordu, içi gayet modern, geniş ve kullanışlıydı. Oteldeki merdiveni görünce şoka uğradık, oldukça dik ve dar bir merdiven olduğu için valizimizi çıkarmakta zorluk yaşadık. Belki asansör olsa çok daha güzel olabilirdi.

Bagages plus gros qu'un Carry-On...n'y pensez même pas... Je trouve que le prix demandé est un peu élevé pour ce type d'hébergement. L'utilisation d'un code pour accéder à l'hébergement peut être dérangeante.

PH93 n'a pas d'ascenseur, il n'y avais personne qui puisse aider non plus. Les escaliers d'accéss á la chambre sont raides et trés étrois. Imposible de monter et descendre ses bagages sans se faire mal au dos. Je considère ces informations importantes pour les personnes âgées et celles qui voyagent avec des bagages .

• Zahraa (10/5): Excellent! - I liked everything! The hosts were really nice and accommodating. The place was well equipped with everything we needed. The location is near everything we wanted and very close to centeral train station. Just two notes for other people but it didn’t affect me that the area is very active and the noise from outside the room can affect. Also the stairs are very vertical and might be difficult with big luggage.

• Suzanne (4/5): Loud Building Renovations - Wouldn’t book anytime soon. - Pros- Room itself was great- clean, modern, free minibar and coffee with milk provided, plenty of charging options, shower was roomy and good pressure. Location is great. Cons- There is no staff on site, the stairs are very steep so dragging luggage up and down was a challenge (for women), but the BIGGEST issue was the man literally outside our window who woke us up at 07:30. He was scrapping and sanding. I actually opened our blind and he was at eye level. He shrugged his shoulders and said “Sorry, when else am I supposed to work?” Don’t book this location before the building renovations are completed.we contacted the hosts who basically said “Sorry, they shouldn’t start that early.”

• Julian (4/5): Disappointing accommodation and we found Amsterdam more dirty and unfriendly than in the past. - The room was OK, though not generous in size and it was clean. The location, so close to the main train station in Amsterdam, was good if you needed to travel by train and also close to some main streets and attractions. There was heating, but no airconditioning, so likely to be uncomfortably hot in warmer weather (we were there in winter). Access was a nightmare! There was a single door up a short flight of steps. On several occasions this was blocked by a homeless person who complained about us trying to enter or leave and defecated on the steps. Once through the door there was an incredibly steep, narrow flight of stairs up to a landing where entry to the room was possible. If you had minimal luggage, the stairs might be OK, providing you are agile and very careful. If you had even moderate sized suitcases of moderate weight, taking them up and down the stairs would be very difficult and hazardous. I think this accommodation is best suited to fit young people with minimal luggage.

• Chris (9/5): GREAT LOCATION WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED - The location couldn't have been better. A 5-minute walk from central train station and many cafes and restaurants around to choose from. We liked the fact that the B&B had only two available rooms. This meant there was less chance of being woken or disturbed by other guests. The code system worked well for both the front door and room door. This allowed us to come and go as we pleased. We had the room overlooking the front of the property, which was nice watching people go about their day as we had a cup of coffee/tea. The facilities were good. We appreciated the access we had to a guest Netflix account and tv to watch as we wound down after a long day. The owner(s) seemed fair and accommodating. Communication was great, and we appreciated the ability to leave our bags at the property long after we checked out. The only criticism we had of the property was that it took us a little while to adapt to the sound of traffic at night. It's to be expected as it's situated on a busy road, but if it were a little quieter, I think we would have found it easier to fall asleep. This was the only thing stopping us from giving it a 10. The only other thing we thought might be worth mentioning is the stairs to the room. Although we found climbing the steep dutch stairs to be entertaining, those with poor mobility may find them challenging.
