Bel hôtel, chambres spacieuses, salle de bain très bien et super connexion. Petit déjeuner très bien. Bien mieux que le Centara. Je reviendrai car je suis souvent à Udonthani. Les pommes de terres du petit déjeuner ne sont pas assez cuites.

The beds were great, the room was equipped with a coffee machine and essential oils diffuser. The staff are incredibly friendly and the breakfast is varied and delicious! The breakfast is delicious but some of the dishes were empty for some time. The staff wanted us to fill out a survey upon checkout, but it was a bit confusing as we thought they were requesting us to fill out a form to tip the various staff members.

• Ursula (7/5): Erwartung nicht erfüllt - Das Personal an der Rezeption ist unglaublich nett, fröhlich und hilfsbereit. Fussläufig ist die Stadt gut erreichbar. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut. Sauberkeit im Zimmer könnte besser sein. Schwarze Haare lagen am Boden und unter dem Pult hatte es noch Abfall liegen. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher, für ein vier Sterne Hotel nicht ganz so toll. Von Schallisolation ( welche so vorgegeben wird) der Türe sowie aus den benachbarten Zimmern, keine Spur. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von Gästen im Flur geweckt! Die Sauberkeit am Boden und unter den Tischen und zwischen den Tischbeinen im Frühstücksraum lässt ziemlich zu wünschen übrig. Punkt zehn Uhr wurden alle noch anwesenden Gäste aufgefordert den Raum zu verlassen, sie wollten pünktlich alles abräumen. Das ist sehr speziell. Die Bar, die eigentlich gar keine richtige Bar ist, riecht nach dem hässlichen Plastikvorhang beim Ausgang. Das Hotel hat noch etwas Luft nach oben um eine bessere Bewertung zu bekommen.

• Andre1820 (8/5): Hôtel récent avec lits confortables situé au centre de la ville dans un parc au calme - 3ème visite à cet hôtel. Tout y est conforme à ce qu’on attend, sauf une chose. Situation au cœur de la ville au calme, chambres très spacieuses et hôtel très récent. Petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, dinner magnifique: la Tom Yam Kung est une des 3 meilleures goûtées en 27 ans de voyages en Thaïlande! De plus le coin bar-happy our est situé magnifiquement bien, dehors et à l’abri en cas de pluie. L’étage 5 est à éviter et proscrire: on y entend les moteurs des lifts qui fonctionnent sans arrêt jusqu’à 3 heures du matin. Les corridors de tous les étages devraient être équipés d’isolations phoniques: on y entend les gens parler comme s’ils étaient à 2 mètres de nous lorsqu’on dort. Dommage!

• Robert (8/5): Excellent morning breakfast with a chef to prepare custom egg or omelet orders. - I have rented suites in the past and the living area, not the bedroom, had cheaper furnishings. A big round worn wooden table comes to mind. Gone. Now a nice built in area that supports the coffee machine and then becomes a nice “L” shaped table/workspace. New cabinets with decorative items to add interest. A much better feel to the suite. Nicely improved. They offer a “free nighttime drink” of soy milk and added flavorings. Just call front staff and it will be delivered to you between 8:30 and 9:00 PM. I called the front desk and let them know we were interested. Never came.

• Daniel (9/5): Great place to stay during a visit to Udon Thani. - The stay was great. Although there’s a lack of amenities like a pool or gym, the overall quality is excellent for the price. I really liked the variety of meals available during breakfast, and the staff were very helpful and kind. I think this might be the best place to stay while visiting Udon Thani. The TV could have access to YouTube, and although there’s no swimming pool, it’s nothing major — it would just be great to have one on hot and sunny days.

The shower head gave a lot of good pressure and was hot. The room provided a mini refrigeration and hot water kettle. The breakfast was fine, but it was disappointing that even if you came at 9:30, 30 minutes before the end time, the food was not refilled, not the hot food, bread, jam, etc. So there were not many choices left, except an omelet with nothing else.
