Die uns zugeteilten Zimmer waren bereits besetzt,das uns dann zugeteilte Zimmer war verraucht die Steckdosen hingen aus den Wänden die Zimmertür lies sich nicht abschließen von außen ein verlassen des Zimmers war somit nicht mehr möglich nach Ankunft

- Ulf (4/5): - Parkplatz am Haus. Wasserkocher im Zimmer. Erst bekam ich eine Whatsapp-Nachricht, in der ich am falschen Tag erwartet wurde. Das konnte zum Glück geklärt werden. Dann wurde mir eine falsche Zimmer-Nummer mitgeteilt. Eines der beiden Betten des Doppelbetts war komplett unbrauchbar, weil die Aufhängung des Lattenrostes so verbogen war, dass der Lattenrost bei geringstem Druck auf die Matratze krachend durchrutschte. Zum Glück war ich allein und konnte das andere Bett nutzen. Im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten war es deutlich teurer.
- Behrendt (2/5): - Es war alles sehr veraltet, kaputte angeklebte Steckdosen, kaputte Beleuchtung(von 5 deckenspots, funktionierten erst nur noch 2 und nach 3 min Licht anlassen, nur noch einer.), kein Wasserkocher und auch kein Föhn vorhanden obwohl es in der Beschreibung mit drin stand. Anstelle eines Doppelbettes plus ein Einzelbett, gab es nur 3 Einzelbetten. Waschbecken und Toilette hatten ordentliche Risse.

- Thur (3/5): bed - Dear, I arrived at your hotel yesterday at around 10:00 PM and did not have the access code for my room. I called the phone number displayed in the hotel lobby and someone tried to help me by sending me the code for room 25. However, I had difficulty finding room 25 as it is not accessible through the corridors connected to the main entrance. I called again and was informed that the entrance to the room was on the side of the hotel. After going to the side entrance, I entered the code, but the door still did not open. I walked around the hotel several times trying to find the correct entrance and room 25, but to no avail. I contacted support again and was then informed that the code needed to be entered very quickly. After quickly entering the code, I was finally able to enter the building. Unfortunately, I still did not have the correct code for the room itself. I had to call again, after which I finally got a new code and was able to enter the room — after wasting almost an hour unnecessarily. The next morning I wanted to take a shower, but there was no hot water in the bathroom. Why? Later that afternoon, the hot water was back. Main issues: 1. There are no clear instructions or signs explaining where room 25 is, which caused unnecessary confusion and time loss. 2. There was no hot water in the room the next morning. 3. Why didn't anyone tell me that the code had to be entered quickly? I kindly ask for clarification regarding these issues and suggest clearer instructions for future guests to avoid similar situations. Kind regards,

Unterkunft war Katastrophal.Zimmer im Keller,Ratten auf dem Hof davor und sowohl Zimmertürschloss als auch vom Balkon waren defekt,man konnte das Zimmer also nicht abschließen oder überhaupt die Tür normal schließen.Persönlich war schwer jemand zu erreichen und wenn dann war die Verständigung mangels Deutschkenntnissen sehr schwer.Faszit:Hamburg sehr gern wieder,dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall.

Im Bett meines Mannes war der Lattenrost kaputt. Wir hatten kein Dusch Gel dafür aber mindestens seit Samstag Abend keine Heizung und kein warmes Wasser. Die Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt und es gab keine neuen Handtücher Es war kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir haben telefonisch und per Mail reklamiert keine Reaktion.
- Anja (4/5): renovierungsbedürftiges Hotel - die Lage des Hotels ist gut Bis auf die Lage, ist alles andere enttäuschend. Es gibt keinen Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Wir hatten kein Warmwasser zum Duschen. Das Zimmer ist mehr als renovierungsbedürftig . Die Ausstattung des Zimmers erinnert eher an eine frühere Jugendherberge ( sind dort heute moderner als das Zimmer). Ausserdem ist alles sehr hellhörig.

Уютный пригород Гамбурга, бывший остров, на который можно добраться как наземным транспортом, так и на пароме. Приятно было прогуляться по местным улочкам. В ресторанчике неподалеку поели вкусный ужин с рыбой. Цена за ночь была очень приятной, по сравнению с другими гостинницами. Сначала не могли попасть в номер, но дозвонились по указанному номеру телефона, и сотрудник оперативно прислал нам смс с номером комнаты и номером для входа. Оказалось, что первоначально нам прислали номер комнаты неправильно. Ковролин в комнате был пыльным, на стенах потеки от каких-то напитков, на двери в ванную вмятина от чьего-то кулака. От раковины шел не очень приятный запах после первого же мытья рук.

- Aga (4/5): Acceptable for two nights - not longer - NO BREAKFAST AT ALL - so never ever again - this place is easy to find - there is a parking - what is important - we stayed only two nights there - for longer time I DO NOT recommend it, because ....... ....... the rooms were just acceptable - this one on the first floor was better, but I stayed in the basement and this room was dirty and gloomy with a very bad smell and full dust bins, the rooms shown in the pictures DO NOT reflect reality, there is no staff at all, just one cleaning lady who was difficult to find and not much interested with us, there was no information how to get to the room nr S, after long time we managed to get there with help of this cleaning lady, there was information on WhatsApp, but after a few minutes I came to the conclusion that I was texting with a chatbot which replied that it would relay info to the staff, but there was no answer - I ordered breakfast what I confirmed twice, but on spot in appeared - there is no breakfast available at all, what made our stay little complicated....... there was one towel only - and washed machines were working all the time in the hall - so we were leaving the rooms very early and were coming back late at night - so we managed to survive - I DO NOT recommend this place :( - thanks God there are a few shops nad places to eat nearby.

- Akhilesh (8/5): Perfect for night stay in Hamburg with free parking and 30 min ferry ride away from city center. - Perfect hotel to stay for night. We stayed here just for one night on our drive back from Copenhagen to Dusseldorf. Needed to break the journey. There was no one at the reception or should I say- Desk. but the instruction to get in the room already came through email, so were real smooth. There are enough options to eat around. The main city is 30 min away by ferry, which sometimes becomes too much because people use this ferry for sight seeing. :) Nothing that we noticed or felt ourselves, but I saw some guests struggling with check-in, as it's completely online; no one is there in person to help you.

- Tomasz (3/5): - Obiekt oferuje pokoje 3 osobowe z możliwością wyboru 2 łóżka lub 3 łóżka. Po rezerwacji okazuje się, że nie ma szans na 3 łóżka - są tylko pokoje z 1 podwójnym i 1 pojedynczym. Taka sytuacja byłą dwukrotnie. Może dla rodzin ok, ale dla pracowników to kiepskie rozwiązanie.
- Maria (4/5): Mit genug Mut und Hang zum Abenteuer kann man eine Nacht dort wagen - - Parken hinterm Haus - Balkon - Check out um 11... - Bei Ankunft, kaum aus dem Auto gestiegen, hat Reinigungsdame schon nach Pfandflaschen gebettelt; - Ratten auf dem Parkplatz; - sehr hellhörig, also konnte man gut bis 22:30 Möbel rücken der Nachbarn lauschen; - Check out ist bis 11, um 8 klopft schon die Reinigungsdame energisch und will dich aus dem Zimmer, wenn du nicht gehst, fängt sie demonstrativ um 9 an den Flur zu saugen!!! - bei Ankunft Zimmer Tür schon aufgebrochen, so dass man sie nicht mal schließen konnte!!! Die Reinigungsdame bestätigte, dass es schon lange so ist, ihr aber auch egal... dem Gast, dem bei selbstcheckin (ohne Personal vor Ort) und auch über Nacht nicht abgeschlossener Eingangstür, der Humor ausgeht, braucht nur starke Nerven und ein Klappmesser unter dem Kopfkissen, dann ist alles gut...

- Alberto Cucini (5/5): Al little bit less then bare minimum - It was convenient with free parking and nice supermarket just in front. Plenty of options to it around. Main problem is no staff at all present. Toilet necessities were not restocked before my arrival. Tissues were missing (just an empty box) and there was just 1 sheet of toilet paper left. Tried to contact the staff via WhatsApp (where they communicated check-in info) and only a chatbot replied saying that it would relay info to the staff. No one came back to me and I had to buy myself toilet paper. When I sat on the bed it collapsed on the ground. I didn't even try to contact the property and fixed it myself. The net keeping the mattress was not secured to the (not sturdy) frame and it slipped down. Sheets and pillows were yellowish. Room smelled a bit of chemicals or Cannabis during the whole stay.

- kaedinger (4/5): Never again - Location, though not in the center, but with nice coffee and breakfast around the corner, bus stop and supermarket right out the door, and line 62 ferries 5 minutes away. No one there and not clean. The bag of trash that was in the corridor when we arrived was still there two days later. The room was not vacuumed. Though we had hot water, the shower was falling apart and mouldy in the corners. Sound was terrible. Soundproof? LOL. And lots of people seems to have nothing better to do than talk loudly in the corridor at 4 in the morning. But the worst was the mattress. I'm guessing 30 years old. I could feel every spring. It was broken open at the end, the innards crumbled, the springs were rusty. No number of blankets (would there have been some...) could help that.

- Birgit (4/5): Für 2 Tage gerade erträglich. - Die Lage der Unterkunft war das einzige Highlight. Die Fähre zu den Landungsbrücken war in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft war abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig.

- Fam Albrecht (1/5): Ein Alptraum, Kein Geld wert, da müsste man noch Geld bekommen das man es dort überlebt hat!!!! - ABSOLUT GAR NICHTS!!!! Absolute Katastrophe, das ist kein Hotel, sondern eine heruntergekommene Absteige. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern dort und es ist völlig unverständlich, wie man Familien in so einem Zustand unterbringen kann. Das Zimmer war dreckig, die Wände voller Flecken und das Bett komplett kaputt (Lattenrost gebrochen, Teile lose). Die Matratzen waren sichtbar verschmutzt und einfach nur eklig. Freunde von uns hatten ein zweites Zimmer, genau derselbe Zustand. Also kein Einzelfall, sondern offenbar Standard. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Hygiene gleich null. Für Geld so etwas anzubieten ist eine Frechheit. Nie wieder und absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

- Daniel (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Auch die Lage ist wirklich toll. Man hat seine Ruhe zum schlafen und ist in wenigen Minuten mit der Fähre in der Stadt. Leider gibt es kein Personal vor Ort. Der Checkin hat länger gedauert, da alle online Checkin Daten nicht funktioniert haben.

- Andreas (4/5): Zimmer mangelhaft (defekte Tür, kaputtes Bett, verschmutzte Matratze), keine Lösung vor Ort – Preis-Leistung nicht angem - Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Lage bzw. der grundlegende Ablauf beim Check-in. Insgesamt entspricht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aus meiner Sicht jedoch nicht den Erwartungen. Der Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Das Zimmer wies mehrere Mängel auf, die den Komfort deutlich eingeschränkt haben. Unter anderem ließ sich die Tür aufgrund eines beschädigten Schlosses nicht richtig schließen, was ich als problematisch empfunden habe. Zudem war das Bett (Lattenrost) beschädigt und die Matratze nicht in einem sauberen Zustand. Ich habe die Situation vor Ort gemeldet, jedoch wurde mir keine zufriedenstellende Lösung angeboten. Da ich keine Alternative hatte, musste ich die Nacht dennoch dort verbringen. Ich hoffe, dass die genannten Punkte zukünftig verbessert werden.

- Elisabeth (4/5): Et sted at sove - Rent. Hyggelig by. Egen beskyttet parkeringsplads. Billigt ophold. Ingen personale tilstede. Fik ej rumnummer og pinkode ved bookning så måtte ringe nødnummer for at kunne komme ind. Rotter i gården. Billederne på booking.com tilsvarer ikke virkeligheden.
- Rota Rosa (8/5): - Wir war schon zwei Jahre früher, aber hotel dann hatte andere Name und Besitzer. Parkplatz ist kostenlos. Wir sind jetzt Zimmer direkt neben Straße bekommen. Fenster dicht gar nicht und war ziemlich laut dass man konnte nicht schlafen! Dazu Der Fernseher hatte überhaupt kein Signal und der Bildschirm steht Fuck you. Es ist wirklich schrecklich.
- Mathias (7/5): Passt. - Ruhig im Vorort von Hamburg - mit Linie 62 in 22 Minuten an landungsbrücken - perfekt für uns und Hafenrundfahrt quasi auch gemacht… Bad sauber/ neu und Bett bequem. Passt. Technische Probleme bei Ankunft, kein pin für Zimmertüre. Treppe / Altbau knatscht bei jedem rein/raus.
- Annika (3/5): - Finkenwerder ist echt schön und der Checkin war problemlos. Das Hotel ist sehr lieblos und für den Preis einfach nicht gut. Es riecht nach Rauch im Zimmer und es ist lieblos gestaltet. Unsere Zimmertüre war kaputt, wir konnten dann aber problemlos das Zimmer tauschen.

- Bernd (1/5): - Ruhige Lage. Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre, was uns nicht gestört hat. Aber es ist vieles defekt und unbrauchbar. Lampenschschirme abgerissen und versucht mit Heißkleber zu reparieren. Teilweise elektrische Leitungen von Kabeln unprofessionell mit Tesafilm repariert! Grob fahrlässig und gefahr für Leib und Leben! In meinen Duschhandtuch war ein Büschel lange schwarze Haare beim abtrocknen. Im anderen Handtuch Lippenstift. Die Duschtür hängt schief und ware fast abgefallen, es läuft überall wasser ins Bad. Das Waschbecken, die Ablage und Toilette so wie der Schreibtisch war echt schmierierig gereinigt... EIN Schmutz-Lappen für alles? Das Analogsignal vom Fernseher stellt kaum noch brauchbare Programme zur Verfügung. Gardinen seit Monaten nicht mehr gewaschen und fleckig. Haare auf dem Bettbezügen... Ich weiß nicht wieso solche Unterkünfte auf Booking.com noch angeboten werden!

- Sabrina (4/5): Tolle Lage, kein Personal, Reperatur bedürftig - Sie war sehr gut gelegen. Der Bus ist direkt vor der Tür auch Rewe ist genau gegenüber und der Bäcker ist um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber, der Duschkopf war geklebt und die Duschtür ging nicht richtig zu, weswegen das Bad nach dem duschen direkt unter Wasser war. Das Toilettenwasser lief durchgehend, wenn man nicht gegen gekloppt hat. Was mich aber gestört hat, war, das kein Personal vor Ort war. Wie oben beschrieben

- Natalia (4/5): - Nur die Lage. Im Zimmer war es sehr schmutzig, wirklich sehr. Die Vorhänge waren aus Plastik und staubig. Das Bett war unbequem. Es sollte ein Doppelbett sein, tatsächlich war es aber nur ein ausgeklapptes Kinderbett. Zwischen den zwei Matratzen war eine große Lücke – für ein Paar war es völlig unbequem zu schlafen. Die gesamte Einrichtung war alt, und die Toilette war voller gelber Flecken 😶😶. Das war das erste und letzte Mal in diesem Hotel.
- Masanori (6/5): 快適に過ごすには隣人次第 - 設備は少し古いですが故障などはなくきちんと機能していました。 シャワーも問題なく、清潔でした。 壁が薄く隣の部屋の会話などがほぼ筒抜けでした。快適に過ごすには隣人次第になると思います。 ベッドのスプリングが弱くなってました。寝心地には影響は無いですが、音が気になります。
