- John (10/5): - Good location but rooms can be a bit dark. Also, they only had 1 power outlet. Other than that, the staff was very kind and helpful during my stay. One thing that also surprised me was that the rooms had a styler to refresh your clothes after eating BBQ.

- Korea (4/5): - 객실은 전체적으로는 깨끗한 편이나, 침대 쉬트가 낡은 것었고, 락스냄세가 너무 강해 불쾌함을 느낄정도. 특히, 프런트에 고객대응 태도는 서비스 의식 매우 낮음. 발리파킹이 힘들면, 자율주차하도록 정확히 안내되어야함. 고객차를 공사현장옆에 임시주차? 해 둔 상태에서 시멘트 파편으로 피해를 입히는 상황이나, 아침 교대직원에게 차량 위치도 인수인계되지 않아 차량을 찾으려 지하로 타워로 다시 프론트로 그 바쁜 아침시간에 한 명뿐인 직원분과 함께 헤메이게 만드는 상황은 다시는 발생하지 않도록 해 주시기 바랍니다.
