- Dwinarto (7/5): Close to station and decent room. - Very close to the station and plenty of shops around. The electric blanket provided was a nice surprise. The area in front of my room smelled. Air con also did not provide warmth (may be the reason they provided the electric blanket instead).

- Jong Hwan (10/5): 이 위치에 이 가격이면 적당한 듯 - 강릉역이랑 너무 가까움 도보로도 가능 네이버 지도 말고 지름길로 질러가면 10분도 안걸려서 좋음 방에는 있을 거 다 있고 방에 창문있고 숙소에 간단하게 먹을 수 있는 쿠키와 차종류 로비에 비치되서 굉장히 좋았음. 여름이라 얼음물 준비해주신 센스 굉장히 좋았음!! 호텔이 아니고 모텔임 층간 방음 잘 되지 않고 바디워시 샴푸 있기는 하나 좋은 샴푸는 아님 개인적으로 구비 하실 분들은 구비해가셨으면 함! 하지만 이 가격 이위치 체크아웃 시간 11시가 아닌 12시는 너무 좋았음.

Free water bottles were provided and staff frequently asked if we needes anything. Beds were comfortable and room was quiet. Robe had a funky smell so did not use it.

Has all that one needs, including fridge, kettle, toiletries, tea, coffee etc. Rooms are not huge but there is sufficient space for you to open up your luggage to pack and unpack your stuff. Staff is very friendly and check-in was very quick and smooth. Free laundry service. Good wifi. Power points right next to the beds.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Total scam!!! 😡😡😡 On Hotels.com it is advertised as an hotel while it was an old motel, there was no bathroom door and the sink was outside the bathroom and in the middle of the room. The room was small and hot and the hotel itself is old, very far from the pictures on the website. It looked nothing like the pictures. They gave us amenities at the check in like in a motel, including condoms.. very disappointed. The room was very small, no space no walk or where to put the luggage. There is supposed to be free parking in front of the hotel but when we arrived there was no free space and they made us park in a parking lot near by, it was the first time to stay in a hotel without a parking lot for its customers. Also the area nearby is not good, full of old bars and drunk people at night. With the money we paid for this motel (120,000 won circa) we could have gone to a decent hotel in Gangneun.

- Verified traveler (8/5): 루이스호텔 좋아요~ - 높은층, 룸청소를 요청사항에 넣었는데 5층에, 청소상태도 말끔하고 공기청정기와 가습기까지 있어서 아주 쾌적하게 숙박했어요. 가까이에 편의점이 두군데 있어 간단하게 간식거리 사먹기 좋았고 층마다 전자렌지 있어서 편리했습니다. 직원분도 친절하시고 생수 더 필요하면 언제든 요청하라고 이야기하셨어요. 가격대비 좋아서 다음번 여행때도 들르고 싶어요~

- sabina (10/5): - 새벽 2시가 넘어 체크인을 했는데도 웃으며 맞아주신 직원분이 체크아웃 연장을 먼저 얘기해주셔서 호텔의 첫인상이 참 좋았어요~다음날 일정때문에 체크아웃을 일찍 했지만 물 필요하면 챙겨가라는 직원분도 참 친절하셨어요~~룸은 호텗보다 모텔에 가깝다고 느낄 수도 있지만 침구 컨디션도 좋고 쾌적한 룸 컨디션은 모텔과 분명 달랐어요~강릉가면 또 숙박할게요~
- Sihyun (10/5): - 급하게 예약을 해야 해서 후기를 보고 무작정 예약했습니다. 후기 작성하신 분들 덕을 본듯요. 호텔 외관을 보고는 처음에 실망을 했어요 ^^; 흔히 생각하는 높은 건물의 삐가 번적이는 외향은 아니었거든요. 여러분들의 말씀처럼 주차장은 기대를 하지 않으시는게 좋을듯 합니다. 근처 아무곳이나 주차가능하더라구요 ^^; 그래도 어쩌겠냐 하면서 호텔 로비로 들어가서 예약확인을 하고 방에 들어가니 방은 깔끔하고 사진과 같이 괜찮았습니다. 아이들도 무척 마음에 들어 하구요. 무엇보다 직원분들 괭장히 세심하게 배려해주시고 엄청 친절 하셨어요^^ 다음에 가게 되면 다시 이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다. 깔끔하고 편안한 숙박이었습니다. 직원분들 덕분에 더욱더 좋은 여행 이 되었던거 같습니다.

Air conditioning and tv. 5 minute walk to/from Gangyeon Station and to surrounding shopping/eating/bar areas. Lots of water bottles available. Enjoyed this clean, personable, non-corporate/non-stiff hotel.

- Klaus (10/5): Sehr zu empfehlen! - Hotel liegt nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof in einer Seitenstraße. Check In war, wie überhaupt in Korea, einfach u schnell. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, Bett mit angenehmer Matratze u. blütenweißer Bettwäsche. Auch im Bad alles in Ordnung. TV sogar mit Deutsche-Welle-TV in Englisch. Wenn es ein Frühstück geben würde, gäbe ich das Prädikat "fantastisch"

- Anthea (8/5): - Very clean, new hotel. Comfortable stay. Close to KTX station. So surprise there are two hair dryers inside room, one of which can let hair get dry quickly. There is also a fan that enables my clothing to get dry if turn on the fan overnight. Power charger line also provided. However, need to travel around 40-50 mins to go to the beach.
