Tuaiva (10/5): Homey, beautiful, clean and lots to do. - Was in town for a boxing tournament and this motel was the best place to rest and recover after a 8hr drive. Everything was clean, well thought out and the owners are very friendly, kind and considerate. Everything had instructions and notes in case you were unsure. The spa was delightful with an amazing view. The shower pressure was great and heats up well. The bunk beds in the top rooms were the most comfortable I’ve ever been in a long time, completely knocked out. There is a small gym, pool table, dart board and ping pong table that my children enjoyed. The free breakfast was the cherry on top, good variety of foods, sometimes toast or cereals, always tea coffee sugar and milk left out, scones and accompaniments are delish and not something seen at other motels. The shared bathroom/shower area had a hair dryer and straightener. The place was clean and tidy but very homey and easy to relax in. Communal eating area, many living room spaces and tables to enjoy, lots of games and always warm. Very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back :) Nothing it was perfection.
Eva (10/5): Meilleure auberge de Nouvelle Zélande - Cet établissement est exceptionnel! Je n'ai pas fait d'autres auberges de ce niveau en NZ. Les hôtes sont très gentils et le petit déjeuner est fabuleux (je me souviendrai longtemps des scones). Des vélos et un jacuzzi sont en libre service pour les invités. La cuisine est grande et équipée. Une buanderie est disponible à petit prix. Un grand salon avec des films et des canapés super confortable vous attendent pour les mauvais jours. Les chambres sont agréables et confortables. Je suis restée 3 nuits car mon ferry avait été annulé et ça a été avec plaisir. Les hôtes m'ont conseillé de très jolies randonnées et proposent des offres intéressantes en collaboration avec des compagnies de bateaux pour découvrir les fjords. La localisation est idéale si vous partez avec Bluebridge. Je recommande fortement et j'espère y repasser un jour.

Marie (8/5): - La localisation près de la navette de Bluebridge ferry. Le calme, la propreté, la gentillesse de l'équipe, le petit-déjeuner offert. Tous les petits salons pour se retrouver loin de l'espace sommeil. La douche et le tapis de bain pour s'habiller au sec. Cet établissement est très bien sur plusieurs plans malheureusement j'ai du enlever 2 points, il manque un peu d'intimité aux lits d'autant que le dortoir où j'étais était mixte. Il aurait fallu un petit rideau pour ne pas avoir la lumière dans les yeux. Mais d'autres personnes l'ont déjà dit et la direction n'en tient pas compte, c'est dommage! Je pense qu'on peut augmenter le prix de 1 ou 2 Euros par lit pour couvrir le prix du tissu et ce sera alors LA meilleure auberge de Picton.

Valérie (8/5): Auberge de jeunesse standard - Auberge de jeunesse bien équipée et propre. Chambres individuelles avec SDB disponibles. 15 minutes du centre et du ferry. Vélos disponibles gratuitement. Délicieux petits pains le matin. L’emplacement n’est pas des plus sympas, entre un cimetière, le parking d’un ferry et une station service. Mais cela reste proche du centre-ville. Matériel un peu vieillot, même si le nécessaire est là. Petit-déjeuner assez sommaire (pain, beurre, confiture).

Andrea (5/5): Okay für eine Nacht mit Ohrstopfen - Eigentlich nichts so richtig. Das Personal war freundlich. Leider liegt das Hotel direkt oberhalb einer Kreuzung, an der auch nachts viele große Trucks verkehren. Die hörte man die ganze Zeit. Aus Versehen hatten wir den Caravan gemietet. Der wenig komfortabel war. Die Anlage für die Duschen und Toiletten war wie in einem Backpacker zu erwarten nicht so sauber. Das viel gelobte Frühstück bestand aus Kaffee/Tee und Toast und Marmelade. Hatte ich mir besser vorgestellt.

Also our room was right by the spa which was awesome. Because this room is on the front it's a bit noisier. Not anything crazy but because we had stayed in the family room as well we noticed this. Found the beds comfier in the family room with bathroom (both are comfy enough just fyi)

Charles (4/5): The room was small but a relaxing environment downstairs. - Warm welcome from Nicci, and delicious cheese scones at breakfast. Room was clean, but there was nowhere for our large suitcase because the bed occupied most of the room. We were also surprised that the shower and toilet were right inside the door, especially considering the lack of security (as described below). Generous lounge, kitchen and breakfast room provided, all clean. Security lacking for room. There was no way to lock the room from inside, and at one point another guest unlocked and opened our door with her key (for another room) and asked me what I was doing there. This is the reason why we gave the experience an overall "fair". Otherwise a good experience.

Frank (8/5): „Jugendherberge“ mit guter Lage zur Fähre - Die Unterkunft liegt fußläufig zur Fähre in Picton. Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Gemeinschaftsräume und die -küche sind weitläufig und die Sauberkeit entsprechend den anwesenden Backpackers. Es gibt nen „heißen Pool“ zu relaxen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und die eigene Toilette war zwischen äußerer und innerer Zimmertür „platziert“.

Johanna (8/5): Eenvoudig hotel voor 1 nacht. Prijs/kwaliteit goed. - Het was heerlijk om na de boot al op de kamer te zijn, terwijl er nog auto's van onze overtocht van de boot reden. Het hotel is bijna óp het haventerrein. De kamer was aan de krappe kant, 1 nachtkastje om iets op te zetten. Een plankje aan de wand zou al helpen. Fijn dat alle eten in de gezamenlijke koelkast/vriezer kan. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig. Warme scones met margarine en jam. En toast. En koffie/thee natuurlijk. Niets. Ik had me hier een beetje op ingesteld. Voor deze prijs mag je eigenlijk niks zeggen. In de gezamenlijke keuken zou een échte theedoek wel fijn zijn ( je moet je eigen afwas doen). Afdrogen moest nu met een badstof handdoek. Dat werkt niet, is ook niet fris. Een keukenrol zou ook fijn zijn in de keuken en een koffiezetapparaat of oploskoffie ipv een cafetiere.
