Très bien situés pour découvrir l’île de Ko Samui. Le personnel est très gentil. Tout était parfait. Seul tout petit bémol, on entendait un peu le bruit de la rue. Mais c’est la contrepartie de l’hyperproximité de la plage.

• Laura (6/5): Beautiful view, but beware of pitfalls..... - The beach view was amazing. Free wifi, plus reusable glass bottles of filtered water, close to amenities and shops. The aircon was extremely effective and a nice big fridge. The staff at Bangrak Pier were lovely, and we were offered to stay in the bungalow a few extra nights which was very nice of them. Unfortunately they only mentioned this as we were just about the leave the property at 11am on checkout having packed everything up, but the upgrade was appreciated none the less! This property is cleverly advertised. You should be aware when booking it that this property sits behind two others and to access the property you need to effectively walk down an alley way filled with motorbikes and the family's belongings strewn down it. The family were lovely, but for us it felt like we were invading their privacy. If you don't mind walking past them having dinner, the underpants drying on the washing etc you're good! Underneath the balcony of the property is quite a lot of rubbish (old broken chairs, bags of rubbish, broken umbrellas and other items) which needs a good tidy up. There were also teenagers hanging out underneath the balcony at night. There were two beach loungers, but one was broken. The stairs from the balcony to the beach are extremely steep and tiled so extreme care was needed when using them and these would not at all be suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. The bathroom also needed a renovation. You also need to be aware that to receive housekeeping, you need to ask for it which we didn't realise until day 3 of 6. There is a fairly confusingly labelled QR code on the table saying 'taxi, laundry' etc but this wasn't explained to us on arrival. Even when we did request it on day 3, the housekeeper didn't show, finally appearing on day 4 following another request. There was also significant communication breakdowns over our stay - on arrival we were told we could use the pool at Erawan hotel (about three doors up from the apartment) which was beautiful and which we used on our second day, but when we used it on our third day, we were then unceremoniously booted out as Erawan had been privately booked for the weekend. Finally, the beach. Whilst this isn't a reflection on the property, you should be aware that due to the volume of boats that use Bangrak Pier, the water is extremely polluted and not 'crystal clear'. It actually put us off swimming in the sea.

They let us stay a bit longer after check out time :) It was the most comfortable bed we stayed in our whole trip . It is right next to the main road so unfortunately we could hear the traffic at night .

• Joanne (9/5): Amazing - Amazing location right on the beech, dinner on the balcony at sunset was lovely. At the end of February we found this part of the beach very quiet. We swam at least 3 times a day and enjoyed the privacy of the balcony to relax on. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. The kitchen are was very basic and we struggled to cook a meal, which is what we enjoy doing while we are away.

• Paul_from_Australia (6/5): Close to the beach but don't believe the photos - It's a great location, the gardens are cute, its relatively cheap & the initial staff member we met was lovely (even giving us a choice of bungalow in order to make us happy) and you can wander onto the sand within moments. Although that is where this review ends. We got to stay in an 'ocean view' bungalow that is in front of the small pool that is on the property - it does NOT look like any of the rooms shown in the photographs. They have tried to refresh the rooms but ours didn't seem to have been done the main sliding door to enter was hard to open/close, the flimsy lock was an insult to security, the gap between the doors just waiting for someone to pry it open or insects to fly in. Worst was to come as you walk into the bathroom - forget about the modern looking ones you see on accomodation listings. The one we stayed in had mouldy grout in the tiles, a sliding window that wouldn't lock with the mechanism moving up and down in the window frame, a tap that moved on the basin and the lovely site of flexible piping in and out of the exposed instant hot water system. Having a shower was fun though, it was a game of waiting for the bursts of hot water as the system tried to keep up. We then found out the room doesn't have an iron, but even more surprising is the whole property didn't have one to even borrow according to another staff member we asked who hardly spoke English. Then there is the WiFi, it existed, but barely worked on a mobile phone unless you stood outside in a certain part of the outdoor area. Luckily our laptops worked but it kept dropping out so was not very reliable. It can be a little noisy as you are in the heart of the bustle of town but everything is in walking distance.

Something fundamentally wrong with the sewage system. Very overpriced for the condition.

• Marijn (10/5): Cute little bungalow right next to the beach - Our host Thaan made us feel welcome right away. The cute path between the bungalows ends up right on the beach and pool has a nice view of the beach and sea. In our bungalow it was very quiet, nothing could be heard from the busy street. Slept like a baby. An outside doormat would have been nice to avoid walking beach sand into the bungalow.

• nicle85 (10/5): Schönes Hotel an einem tollen Strand . - Sehr schöne Bungalows und eine wunderschöne Anlage mit viel grün. Die Anlage liegt an einem sehr schönem Strand. Das Pier, der Flughafen , Nachmarkt und viele Restaurants/Bars sind schnell zu erreichen. Direkt gegenüber ist ein 7/11. Man konnte sich im Hotel kostenlos ein Kayak oder Sup leihen. Das war toll ! Leider gab es keine Ablagefläche für Kleidung. Ein Regal oder Schrank wäre schön gewesen. Die Bungalows sind leidet sehr hellhörig.

• Severine (9/5): Lovely bungalows by the beach - Nice bungalows with direct access to a fine sandy beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The swimming pool was great as the sea water can be muddy Bring earplugs as the road traffic can be loud

Right by a 7-eleven too, and cafes for breakfast and drinks. We booked this for two nights the day before we stayed as we had a last minute change of plans, and the staff could not have been more accommodating

Le bruit le matin des speedboats, 3 de chaque côté de la terrasse de 7:30 à 9:00 et le soir de 17:00 à 18:30. L’écoulement de l’eau de pluie de la ville devant la terrasse et directement dans la mer.

• mbk123 (9/5): Great rooms in a great location. - Third time staying here. Our group had one of the larger beachfront bungalows and one of the other bungalows for a ten day stay. The location is perfect for us as Bangrak is quieter than the larger beach towns. The bungalows sit right on the front with easy, close access to a lovely quiet stretch of beach with loungers and tables provided. the rooms are great, cleaned regularly and the staff are lovely. We will be back! N/A
• Sabine (9/5): Dort würde ich noch mal hinfahren 😀 - Super schöne Lage, toller Strand, einmalige Terrasse und schönes Schlafzimmer. Apinya und ihr Familie waren perfekte Gastgeber und haben sich um jeden unserer Wünsche gekümmert. Die Küche und das Badezimmer könnten mal überholt werden.
• Krisq2 (9/5): Cudowne miejsce - Definitywnie bliskość do morza, w miarę spokój, oraz to że działała klimatyzacja. Było w miarę cicho, a obsługa była naprawdę bardzo miła i uczynna. Generalnie, domek powinien przejść lekki remoncik, prysznic nie trzymał się dobrze ściany, a brodzik powinien być od czasu do czasu zlany domestosem albo innym grzybobujczym preparatem. Przy basenie, są dwa dzbany do wody, naprawdę nie wymaga to dużo pracy aby od czasu do czasu wymieniać tą wodę. Przydałoby się wymienić też deski przy basenie, oraz pozabijać gwoździe.

• Megan (9/5): Beautiful cabin right on the ocean - Great little spot right on Bangrak beach. The bungalows are so cute and well-stocked. You absolutely cannot get any closer to the ocean! Mr. Chai keeps his garden looking beautiful, we were just off the main road but felt like we were tucked away in paradise.

Justo al frente hay un 7 Eleven y está la calle que da a la otra parte de la isla. Lo recomiendo 1000%. El personal es muy amable. Las ventanas son 360°, por lo tanto, cualquier cortina que abriera se veía todo hacia afuera. Pero nada terrible. El aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba bien y el enchufe de la pared tampoco.

• O tour du monde (8/5): Belle expérience qui mériterait un mieux - Bungalows très cosy et bien aménagés qui donnent directement sur la plage. Le bruit venant de la rue, principale très passante

• Tobias (8/5): Okay für eine Zwischenübernachtung vor frühem Abflug am nächsten Morgen - Lage am Strand Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür eigentlich zu teuer
• Shana (9/5): - La mini villa est top, l’emplacement aussi, le personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute ! C’est dommage la mer n’était pas nettoyé

• Georgia (10/5): Such nice staff in a gorgeous location - The staff were so so friendly and let us stay an extra night when my partner took ill unexpectedly
• Eduardo (9/5): - Solo son un par de bungalows frente al mar en menos de 2 minutos estás frente al mar , está lleno de naturaleza y está bien ubicado fuera de el ruido pero en 10’minutos con moto estás en el centro de la fiesta No limpian a diario , pero solo hay que pedirlo y lo hacen … el papel higiénico es de malísima calidad 😂
