• Marion (7/5): - Unser Aufenthalt im Riad Dar Cordoba war insgesamt in Ordnung, auch wenn unsere Erwartungen anhand der Fotos im Vorfeld etwas höher waren. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist die interessante Geschichte des Hauses – das Gebäude stammt ursprünglich aus dem Jahr 1387 und wurde in den 90er Jahren aufwendig renoviert. Dadurch besitzt das Riad einen besonderen, historischen Charakter. Einige der älteren Möbelstücke haben durchaus Charme und passen gut zum traditionellen Stil des Hauses, wirkten auf uns jedoch teilweise etwas verstaubt. Das Frühstück sowie die bereitgestellten Pflegeprodukte entsprachen eher einfachem Standard und hätten aus unserer Sicht hochwertiger sein können. Da das Riad direkt an einer öffentlichen Straße liegt, kann es bei geöffneten Fenstern recht laut werden. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dennoch angenehm, allerdings würden wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch wahrscheinlich eine andere Unterkunft ausprobieren.

• Lahcen (1/5): Please be careful if you plan to book this riad - Dear travelers visiting Riad Dar Cordoba, Please be careful if you plan to book this riad. Our group booked our stay about 5 months in advance, but because of the war situation in the Middle East, we needed to change our travel dates. We contacted the riad several times over the last 3 months asking to move the reservation, and every time they told us they were “fully booked” no matter which dates we suggested. We tried everything: Calling the phone numbers listed online and on Booking — no answer. Sending emails to the official riad email — no reply. Messaging them multiple times — ignored. Then, at 00:00 on 6 May, they suddenly sent us a message saying they could not accept our request because it was a “last minute change,” which is simply not true since we had been trying to change the dates for months. As a result, they kept around 760 euros from our reservation. We even sent someone directly to the riad to check availability, and they were told the riad was fully booked with other guests. This means they refused to help us, kept our money, and sold the rooms again to someone else. What disappointed us most was the complete lack of communication and customer support. If you need help, have an emergency, or need to make changes, don’t expect replies by phone or email. I have screenshots showing that dates were available for new bookings while our group’s change requests were repeatedly refused. Very disappointing experience with the management and customer service. If it were possible, I would give less than 1 star. I hope Booking.com can help refund us. Until then, I strongly recommend travelers look for other riads nearby with better customer service and communication. También nos acompañó a un hamman que nos reservó y nos ayudó con todo, nos hizo una guía y nos recomendó lugares. Siempre nos recibía con calma y con un té. El desayuno completo y espectacular. Sin duda, lo recomendamos 100%. La ubicación buenísima, en la Medina pero casi a las afueras, así ha sido más fácil de encontrar. Todo genial
• diaz monroy (10/5): Como en casa - La ubicación era genial porque estaba a las afueras del centro de la medina y cerca de todo. La casa es preciosa. La habitación cómoda y limpia. Fui con mi madre y pasamos dos noches y nos encantó. El chico que nos atendió fue una persona increiblemente amable. Quedan muy pocas personas que te traten tan bien y te hagan sentir tan cómoda. Lo recomendamos si van tranquilos y sin niños.
• MAR (10/5): Great Riad which great location and EXCELLENT staff!!! - The property was stunning and very well situated with easy access to taxis so you don’t have to walk around the medina with the suitcases. Breakfast was good but what i have to mention specially was the staff. Mohammed was GREAT , he explained everything about the city when we got there, he gave us a map and guided us on where to eat, where to buy spices and so on. The day we left we walked us at 4:45 am to the taxi and gave us a bag os prepared breakfast so we could eat it on our way to the airport. Also it was my birthday the day we left and he gifted me a key chain typical from Morocco ! So nice of him ! The last day he told us we needed to pat the city tax but we didnt have enough cash as it was our last day and we were literally heading to the airport and he offered to pay it HIMSELF for us. He was SO NICE. Again, i want to find the way to refund him the money!!! Thank you for everything Mohammed we will definitely be back to this riad ❤️❤️❤️ I liked everything.

• Cees (9/5): Mooie riad met heerlijk ontbijt - Het ontbijt was heel goed. Hier was veel aandacht aan besteed met veel zelfgemaakte spullen. De kamers waren heel ruim. En toen mijn dochter ziek was hebben ze er alles aan gedaan om haar te helpen Enig minpunt was de bedbank. Deze was keihard en was zeker niet bedoeld voor volwassenen om op te slapen.
• Jinghao (9/5): Worth it - Gorgeous place with magnificent interior design. It’s near the exit of old Medina so won’t be bothered by noises. The staff is very hospitable and the welcome tea is very good, not to mention its breakfast! Room space is large enough. A superior experience in fes. Due to the original design, the window inside cannot be easily opened so the light is a little bit doom during daytime.

Petit déjeuner copieux :jus d’orange pressé,du salé ,du sucré,des fruits… Situation parfaite,à côté de la porte bleue menant aux ruelles de la médina.Coup de cœur pour le restaurant Encanto,se trouvant à à peine 10 minutes du Riad ! Rien à reprocher.

Номера на втором этаже с настолько низким потолком, что человек Ростом в 2м просто будет цеплять их головой. Душ старый и течет. Утюг, который выдали , испортил одежду. Завтраки скудные и с микропорциями, а управляющий не предлагает дополнительно даже за деньги. Стучаться по возвращению в отель приходиться по 10 минут. Очень не рекомендую

• Michele (10/5): - Riad bellissimo, posizione ottima in quanto è situato internamente alla medina, ma con due minuti a piedi puoi accedere a una via principale dove trovare bus, taxi, ecc. Colazione super, camera pulitissima e spaziosa, oltre che dotata di riscaldamento tramite aria condizionata cosa molto importante a gennaio, segnalo anche il bagno con doccia e bidet, i letti erano leggermente duri ma ci abbiamo dormito benissimo. Una nota di merito va a tutto lo staff e soprattutto a Ibrahim, persona squisita, con un’ospitalità rara, disponibile e sempre col sorriso.

• ralphedwardj2025 (10/5): Wonderful Stay at Riad Dar Cordoba - I had a great stay at Riad Dar Cordoba with my friends. The location is incredible—just a short walk to restaurants, shops, a money changer, and the beautiful entrance through the Blue Gate. It made exploring the city so easy and convenient. A huge highlight of our stay was the staff, especially Ali Mohammad. He was amazing—kind, attentive, and always willing to help. He gave us excellent tips about the city that truly enhanced our experience and made us feel safe and welcomed. His hospitality made a big difference in our trip. The riad itself is beautiful, traditional, and full of history. The details throughout the property are stunning, and it has an authentic charm that makes the stay feel special. It’s also very comfortable—I had a great night’s sleep every night. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

• Luxi (10/5): An unforgettable stay - Everything was perfect, Ali was welcoming and friendly, helped us with everything from check in to check out including arrange tour guide. The riad had hundreds of years history and was really beautiful. The terrace was also lovely. Our room was on the ground floor and we can see the riad when we open the door and window, it felt like the riad belonged to us:) Nothing

Location is close to shopping area *the manager is very attentive and helpful, try his best to ensure a comfortable stay for the guest. *room is quite. • Mercè (10/5): Un riad que es un palacio - El riad es precioso y a cinco minutos andando de la Puerta Azul y los zocos. Inmejorable la atención de Alí, el desayuno muy completo con fruta fresca abundante, varios tipos de pan, queso, aceitunas, mermeladas etc...volvería sin dudarlo! La única cosa un poco molesta es que se oyen mucho los ruídos de la calle, ya de buena mañana hay griterío, al ir en época de mucho calor dejamos por la noche las ventanas abiertas ya que no me gusta el aire acondicionado para dormir, pero compramos tapones para los oídos y se solucionó bastante.

La ubicación es inmejorable, ya que te permite explorar la ciudad con facilidad y, además, el riad es absolutamente precioso, con una decoración y un ambiente exóticos. Sin embargo, lo que realmente hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera tan especial fue la hospitalidad de Ali. Desde el primer momento estuvo atento a todas nuestras necesidades. • Mercè (10/5): Totalmente recomendable - Absolutamente todo, el riad es precioso, es increíble que en una callejuela de la medina se esconda una joya así. El trato de Alí excelente, un chico muy cercano y servicial. En general todo muy recomendable. La habitación daba a la calle y si se abren las ventanas se oye mucho el bullicio.

• Christiane (10/5): Prachtige authentieke locatie - Het interieur is prachtig, je kijkt je ogen uit naar alle details. De gastheer is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden ontvangen met thee en koekjes. In de ochtend was het ontbijt ook mooi verzorgd. De riad is op loopafstand van de kleine winkelstraatjes en de straat ernaar toe is goed verlicht. De kamer en badkamer waren netjes. Het dakterras is ook fijn om gebruik van te maken.

Ci hanno suggerito una guida per visitare Fez che si è dimostrata competente e disponibile, ci ha permesso di immergerci senza paure nell’intricata Medina di fez. L’unica cosa che mi sento di consigliare è di chiedere le camere con affaccio all’interno del Riad perche quelle con le finestre sulla strada purtroppo sono rumorose

Clean and refined rooms that make you jump back in time with all the comforts of today. We also had a delicious and well prepared dinner! Definitely worth the stay and we hope to go back.

Manager Ali provided five-star service. The breakfast was rich. This is the best Riad and Dar style hotel we experienced in Morocco. • Suzanne (8/5): This riad is stunning! Location in medina perfect! - This riad is absolutely stunning! Breakfast consisted of the traditional Moroccan breakfast, however, if you preferred omelets or scrambled eggs they happily accommodated. Location was in walking distance to the souk and to restaurants. if you required a taxi, steps away from the riad. Youssef and Mohammed were always so friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
