- Marta (10/5): - We had an amazing stay. The apartments were exceptionally clean and fully equipped with towels, basic toiletries, and everything needed in the kitchen. There was a large and convenient parking area that easily accommodated our small van. We were warmly welcomed together with our dog, which we really appreciated. The swimming pool was also very clean, and the whole property was beautifully maintained. Despite the willage location, there were no mosquitoes at all. However, there are quite a lot of ticks in the area around, so it’s definitely worth protecting your pets beforehand. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place!

Even though it was cold outside, the apartment was warm and well heated, which made our stay very cozy and enjoyable. Everything was well prepared, and Daniela was friendly and helpful. - Teresa (8/5): Comfort, care, and quality in a great Tuscan location. - We spent the week between Christmas and New Year here and had a wonderful stay. The property was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and genuinely comfortable. We were there during a colder spell, and the heating worked perfectly, making both the rooms and shared spaces feel very cosy. The spaces are generous, the materials and equipment are clearly high quality, and the bed was extremely comfortable. It’s obvious that the people who built and run this place take great care in every detail, and they were always quick to respond to any requests during our stay. The location is also excellent, just minutes from Montepulciano and an easy drive to beautiful villages, nature spots, and other Tuscan highlights. Nothing to highlight.

Le strutture sono bellissime, moderne e tenute in modo impeccabile: tutto è nuovo, molto curato e pulitissimo. Le camere sono ampie, comode e perfette per una famiglia, ideali per rilassarsi e godersi il soggiorno in totale comfort. Il personale è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente durante il check-in, ma sono stati molto pazienti, professionali e pronti ad aiutarci, risolvendo la situazione con grande cortesia. Al momento del check-in, inoltre, ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili su cosa fare e visitare nella zona, cosa che abbiamo davvero apprezzato. La posizione è splendida: un luogo tranquillo, immerso nella bellezza del paesaggio, lontano dal caos ma comodissimo per raggiungere Montepulciano in pochi minuti. Proprio accanto all’hotel c’è anche un ristorante eccellente, che consigliamo vivamente: ottima qualità del cibo, prezzi corretti e atmosfera molto piacevole. In generale, è stata una soggiorno perfetto, soprattutto per una vacanza in famiglia. Strutture confortevoli, ambiente accogliente, personale attento e un contesto davvero speciale. Krásné prostředí, vstřícný a milý personál. Útulný, čistý a prostorný apartmán. Když jsme dorazily, byla docela zima a v apartmánu bylo zatopeno, což byla nádhera. Byly jsme dvě noci, počasí moc nepřálo, tak jsme nemohly využít krásné terasy k posezení. Jinak pobyt nádherný, rádi se vrátíme. DOPORUČUJI. NIC

Mieszkanie czyste, przestronne, w pełni wyposażone (m.in. wygodna dostawka dla małego dziecka na życzenie) - niczego nam nie brakowało. Do mieszkania przynależał ogródek, z którego warto skorzystać w sezonie, np. na wspólne śniadania. Obiekt posiada wygodny garaż podziemny. Oferuje także ładny basen, stół do tenisa stołowego czy piłkarzyki. Obok znajduje się bardzo dobrze oceniana restauracja. W pobliżu fajny teren spacerowy z ładnym widokiem na pola, pagórki, lasy (polecam szczególnie o wschodzie słońca). Do Montepulciano, w tym do najbliższego supermarketu Conad, jakieś 10 min jazdy autem. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz - kontaktowy, zainteresowany swoimi gośćmi (serdecznie pozdrawiamy!). Chętnie tu wrócimy.

- Hesse (10/5): Das Borgo Poggiardelli ist ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen, an den man mit Freude zurückkehrt. - Das Borgo Poggiardelli hat genau das gehalten, was versprochen wurde – und sogar noch ein bisschen mehr. Die Zimmer waren makellos sauber, liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlt. Besonders der herzliche Empfang bleibt in Erinnerung – man wird persönlich begrüßt und fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Lage etwas außerhalb von Montepulciano ist ideal, wenn man Ruhe sucht. Umgeben von Natur kann man wunderbar spazieren gehen und den Blick über die toskanische Landschaft genießen. Auch während des Aufenthalts war das Personal stets aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Die Betten waren bequem und die Badezimmer modern und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Küche bot alles, was man brauchte, perfekt eingerichtet für sechs Personen. Besonders schön: Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche köstlichen lokalen Wein und alles für den ersten Kaffee – eine liebevolle Geste, die sofort ein gutes Gefühl vermittelt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet – man bekommt wirklich viel Qualität und Herzlichkeit fürs Geld. Mein Fazit: Borgo Poggiardelli ist ein Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen, an den man mit Freude zurückkehrt. Ich kann diesen besonderen Ort uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf das nächste Mal.

The borgo is located in a quiet spot sorrounded by trees, and is just a 5-minute drive from Montepulciano. The apartmet we booked was very spacious, comfortable, very clean and had all the amenities you might need during your vacation. Michele was extremely helpful, kind and very quick to answer any question or request we had! I can’t recommend this place enough! We will definitely return! Grazie di tutto! - Dominika (10/5): - Jeśli czytasz opinie, bo zastanawiasz się, czy zarezerwować to miejsce nie wahaj się ani chwili. Cudownie spędzony czas, czysto, cicho, pięknie! Właściciel przesympatyczny i chętny aby coś doradzić oraz polecić. To miejsce jak z toskańskiej bajki, zdecydowanie warte swojej ceny. Czystość jest dla mnie czymś bardzo ważnym, a w tym miejscu nic nie było w stanie mnie zaniepokoić. W pobliżu znajduje się urocze miasteczko Montepulciano, Pienza i inne urokliwe miejsca. My wybraliśmy się stąd nawet do Florencji oraz San Gimignano. Zaraz obok villi znajduje się klimatyczna restauracja, którą warto odwiedzić. Żałuję, że nie mogłam spędzić tu więcej czasu. Jedyny minus to ten, że kolejne noclegi w podróży porównywałam do tego miejsca, a ciężko im dorównać :)

Lokalizacja jest wyśmienita i idealna do zwiedzania miejsc które poleci Michele (słuchajcie go, bo warto).

The modern internal features in the traditional villas made our stay very comfortable, the layout is well thought out and very functional. Michele was extremely helpful with everything and offering suggestions on things to see and do in the area. Probably need a few more varieties of pillows - a small critique but didn't take away from our stay overall.

Intorno ha percorsi per jogging o semplicemente passeggiate.E un complesso di appartamenti davvero bello, pulizia maniacale sia dentro gli appartamenti che nelle zone comuni.Grande piscina , zona giochi ed un garage comodo.Giusto accanto c'è buonissimo ristorante. Le nostre giornate qui erano divise in mattinata visitare i dintorni pomeriggio relax in piscina. Da questa posizione in circa mezz'ora di macchina si possono raggiungere e visitare tutti i più famosi paesi toscani. Michele che gestisce il borgo è super disponibile e attento, vi darà sempre le giuste indicazioni e informazioni per visitare Che dire , assolutamente raccomandato Se ne avrò l'occasione, ci torno sicuramente

- Nathalie (10/5): - Siamo stati accolti benissimo, Michele ci ha mostrato i vari spazi e dato informazioni sia su come muoverci che su cosa visitare e anche alcuni posti dove poter pranzare/cenare. L'appartamento era super accogliente, buone le pulizie e il letto soffice e comodo, viaggiavamo con la nostra bimba e hanno disposto culla e anche sapone apposito per bambini. Per non parlare in generale dell'atmosfera del posto, un piccolo paesino con zona relax piscina immersi completamente nella valle.

Goede uitvalsbasis om met de auto de omgeving te verkennen - alle toffe plaatsen en wijngaarden. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Het bed en de bank zijn oncomfortabel en erg hard.

- antonio (10/5): Relax e comodità, cortesia e disponibilità sono le cose che ci hanno colpito maggiormente! - La struttura è semplicemente meravigliosa in ogni contesto, abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo una calorosa accoglienza, sale, latte, acqua e vino a disposizione degli ospiti così come altre cose gentilmente offerte dalla struttura...la piscina è ben tenuta e si può avere spazio tra sole e ombra in differenti ore della giornata. Altra cosa che abbiamo molto gradito è il grande livello di pulizia in ogni angolo, davvero un ottimo lavoro! Il parcheggio sotterraneo è top e mi ha evitato una grandinata sulla carrozzeria della BMW. Michele il ragazzo che ci ha fatto check in, ci ha seguito per ogni necessità durante tutta la durata del soggiorno, è stato davvero speciale. Siamo andati via innamorati di questo borgo e sicuramente torneremo. Come dicevo, è difficile trovare qualcosa di negativo in questo soggiorno. Unica cosa che magari rivedrei è ridurre l' utilizzo di Aria condizionata installando delle zanzariere ad ogni finestra.

In tutte le fasi ci ha accolto, consigliato egregiamente come sfruttare al massimo i nostri giorni di permanenza ed indicato dove dirigerci per scoprire le meraviglie della Val d’Orcia. Michele sei davvero speciale e non vediamo l’ora di rivederti! Appartamento completo, pulito, materassi comodissimi. Sono stati giorni rigeneranti.
- Stefan (9/5): La dolce vita in optima forma ! ☀️🇮🇹 - Fantastische sfeervolle accommodatie op een mooie rustige locatie op 5 minuten rijden van Montepulciano. Zeer ruim appartement / huis voor 6 personen met 3 badkamers. Ontzettend schoon en goed onderhouden zowel het verblijf, het complex en het zwembad. Auto koel geparkeerd in de garage. Voltreffer in Zuid Toscane met een prima prijs kwaliteitsverhouding en een zeer gastvrije ontvangst via Michele en de staf. Wij komen zeker een keer terug! Wij zijn heel enthousiast, een klein minpuntje was alleen een krakend bed op een van de slaapkamers. Voor de rest simpelweg top !

- Bernd (10/5): Da wird die Messlatte schon sehr hoch gelegt, ich befürchte, wir kommen wieder. - Die Begrüßung und zuvorkommende Art von Michele war der perfekte Einstieg in einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Borgo hat keine Wünsche in der Ausstattung übrig gelassen. Selbst Kaffee, Öl und Gewürze waren in der Küche vorhanden (keine Reste vom Vorbewohner!) und für den ersten Abend stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch. Die Anlage ist bestimmt nichts für PartyPeople und das ist auch gut so - stille und Natur um einen herum, dabei liegen genug Ausflugsziele in der Nähe (mehr oder weniger, das weiß man aber bei Buchung). Der Pool (Salzwasser) ist eine willkommene und saubere Erfrischung, Liegen waren aus unserer Sicht ausreichend vorhanden. Wenn man nicht selbst kochen will ist das Ristorante nebenan (Reservierung empfiehlt sich, es standen immer viel Autos da) eine Empfehlung. -

- B.H. (10/5): We hadden een heerlijk verblijf met ons gezin op dit prachtige complex. - De accommodatie is binnen en buiten zeer schoon en wordt goed onderhouden. Het zwembad is prachtig en de garage is een pluspunt. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De host (Michele) is een topper! Het bed had een tweepersoonsmatras met 1 laken en was goed, maar wij hebben een voorkeur voor een lits jumeaux met 2 aparte lakens (maar dat is persoonlijk).
- Johannes (10/5): Uitstekende accommodatie met uitstekende service - Super hygiënisch, hoge kwaliteit van het appartement. De huisjes bij elkaar oogt ook heel Toscaans en gezellig. Mooie grote living. Elke (slaap) kamer heeft een eigen airco. Zwembad is ook van goede kwaliteit met voldoende bedjes en zitjes. De garage met poort is super; auto staat veilig, koel en droog. Tenslotte: Heel goed en prettig contact met Michele die altijd behulpzaam was en ook tips gaf qua bezichtiging. Echt uitzonderlijke service en top! Bed vond iemand in ons gezin wat zacht. Hebben we niet verteld aan Michele. Ik ben overtuigd dat hij dit ook opgelost zou hebben als wij het aan hem hadden verteld.

- Morten (9/5): Dejlig uge i Montepulciano - Dejligt dejligt ophold. Lejligheden var rummelig, super ren og havde alt man skal bruge. Smukt badeværelse. Omgivelserne var enormt rolige og smukke. Pool med gode siddepladser og skygge i den bagerste del af haven. Værten Michele var en superstjerne. Imødekommende, snakkesalig og arbejdsom. Vi nød meget den vin vi fik i velkomst gave. Sengen var lidt hård efter vores smag men det var det eneste lille bitte minus :)

Ligging op boogscheut van Montepulciano: top! Kraaknet appartement met hoge afwerkingsgraad: uitstekend! Prachtige borgo en zwembad in travertijn: adembenemend! En verder, alles werkt zoals het moet: wi-fi, airco, douche,... De aanwezigheid van het restaurant is ook een pluspunt als je 's middags of 's avonds de auto niet wil nemen of zelf geen zin hebt om te koken. En als kers op de taart: de ondergrondse garage :-o Onze auto heeft nog nooit zo veilig en koel geparkeerd gestaan in Italië ;-) Deze borgo staat nu bij mijn favorieten! Niets

The apartments are top-notch: clean, spacious, and very well equipped. The pool is wonderful, perfect for relaxing. And the cherry on top is the underground garage, which adds extra comfort. My family and I were absolutely thrilled and we’ll definitely be coming back next year. Highly recommended!

- Els (9/5): Geweld mooie Borgo. - Alles was aanwezig. Goede airco. Prima appartement. Heerlijk zwembad. Een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het bed kan wat beter. Te wiebelig, bij een kleine beweging beweegt het hele bed mee. Dat doet wat afbreuk aan alles wat perfect is.
- Thom (9/5): Fijn verblijf in een centraal gelegen nieuwbouw complex - Schoon, nieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien. Dichtbij Montepulciano en andere bezienswaardigheden. De staf doet er alles aan om het je naar de zin te maken. Het complex wordt elke dag grondig schoongemaakt en je kunt er van de bij wijze van spreken van de straat eten. Ideaal met kinderen. Parkeren ondergronds fijn, veilig en koel. Je hebt geen enkel uitzicht over de Toscaanse valleien en daardoor niet het gevoel dat je in Toscane zit als je de hele dag op het nieuwbouw complex verblijft.

I stayed here for a week while in Tuscany for work in May 2025, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. It was in such a great location—just a short drive to Montepulciano and Pienza, which made getting to work super easy. The villa had everything you could possibly need for both a holiday and a work trip. It was warm, peaceful, and so comfortable—especially the bed! I didn’t get a chance to use the pool as I was quite busy, but it looked so beautiful and inviting. Michelle was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and even offering local tips for places to visit on my day off. The secured on-site parking was also a big bonus. I truly hope I can come back again one day—next time with my family! Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting the area.
