Uns wurde bei allen Anliegen wie Transport, Fahrrädern ausleihen und anderen Empfehlungen sehr geholfen. Das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück kann immer am Vortag aus einer Liste gewählt werden wie Omelette oder örtlichen Nudelgerichten. Diese werden dann frisch zubereitet, zwischendurch bekamen wir auch noch kostenlos extra Fruchtteller! Zimmer war in Ordnung. Lage ist etwas abseits des großen Trubels, was sehr angenehm war, in der Altstadt ist man zu Fuß trotzdem sehr schnell. Preis-Leistung mehr wie übertroffen! nichts

On vous propose à tarif correct le transfert vers Da Nang et vous pouvez louer un scooter. Bref un endroit charmant et familial. Je recommande. Rien. Pour l'amélioration, peut-être un petit frigo ou un commun mis à disposition pour avoir de l'eau fraîche. Mais c'est un détail.

- Sophia (10/5): - Such a pleasant stay! My room was large and very clean, the location was wonderful to walk to the shopping area in old city, and Ngoc was a fabulous host. When I mentioned needing some outfits for a wedding I was attending she brought me to her sister's tailor shop in the market, and we had a blast co-designing some clothes! They turned out beautifully. It was such a special experience.

- Sophina (8/5): Overall great stay - - Wonderful family who run the Homestay with warmth! - they kindly stored our luggage for us for several days while we did a motorbike tour, which was very kind and extremely helpful - breakfast was basic but delicious and they offer multiple choices - wonderful location just a short walk away to the old town while being in a quieter neighborhood - quiet for being right in the city. There is loud music from a nearby bar or restaurant but it never went past 10. Down a side street so no honking! - the bed was the most uncomfortable I have had in 6 months of traveling SE Asia. It is a spring mattress and if you are sleeping with a partner, you will feel every movement. It is also very loud. - the room needs a good clean in the corners. There were many spiders in the upper corners. The main portions of the room itself was clean but the corners need to be addressed

- Céline (9/5): Emplacement idéal, chambre confortable, hôte absoluement au top - L’emplacement : un tout petit peu en retrait du centre-ville hyper touristique (5min à pied, il suffit de traverser le pont) ce qui permet de ne pas avoir les nuisances sonores extérieures. Sur l’île, tout près du logement, il y a des petits restaurants vietnamiens vraiment top et à des prix tout à fait corrects (pas des prix pour touristes…) La gentillesse, la disponibilité de l’hôte qui est toujours prête à aider et à faciliter le séjour à Hoi An La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et propre, tout était fonctionnel (eau chaude, bonne pression dans la douche, climatisation, confort du lit…) J’étais au rez-de-chaussée et par moment, ça peut être bruyant notamment au moment du petit déjeuner ou bien le soir quand la famille de l’hôte allume la TV avec un volume assez élevé, par exemple

- Gert-jan (10/5): Geweldig! - Een hele fijne accommodatie met zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaressen. De kamer was schoon en het bed lag lekker. We hebben onze was hier ook laten doen en ze hebben flink hun best gedaan om onze witte sokken weer wit te maken. Ook hadden we problemen met de boeking van onze nachtbus naar de volgende stad via 12go en hebben dankzij de eigenaresse dezelfde nacht toch nog een andere busrit weten te krijgen. We zijn de eigenaressen erg dankbaar voor het fijne verblijf die we bij hun hebben gehad. De locatie was ook ideaal. In 5 minuten was je in de old town.

The small neighbourhood just outside of the busy old town is really nice and a good break from the hustle and bustle. They offer advice, transport options, tour options, and the family's relatives own a tailor shop so that solves the problem of finding a good one! I can only recommend you stay here, it's well worth the price and you can easily see everything you need whilst being on the quieter side of the bridge.

- Jason (10/5): Wonderful homestay in Hoi An where you feel like family - The area around the homestay is quiet and peaceful, but still close to the busy historic part of town. The price is very reasonable. The room was spacious and included a refrigerator and a bathroom. The window allowed plenty of sunlight into the room, and the air conditioner worked perfectly to keep us cool. I really liked how the homestay felt like we were visiting a family friend, rather than staying at a hotel. The customer service is fantastic. The daughter welcomed us when we arrived and was happy to share information about the town. She also helped us when our driver was unable to find the homestay. The mother was also very friendly and helpful, even though she couldn't speak much English. It is difficult for me to find things I didn't like. I would have liked more space for sitting in the lobby. When we waited for our driver with our luggage, it felt cramped. This is a small thing.

The bathroom was clean and well sized as well as having good shower pressure. The room also had air conditioning + fan which kept us very cool. We didn't feel the owners were the most accommodating. The laundry was expensive for them to do and takes nearly 24 hours to be done. Towards the end we felt there were some misunderstandings so it is important here to communicate everything very clearly. They are very nice but also make you feel (along with the whole of Hoi An) that they want your money wherever they can. Keep this in mind in general when visiting Hoi An.

- Aiden (8/5): An excellent place to stay. - The host was incredible. She did everything for us. She organised a cooking class for us. She washed our clothes. And she allowed us to check in earlier. She also organised Scooter hire for us. All these things come at an expense but it was so convenient. The accommodation was very clean large and had everything we needed. It was in an excellent location just over the bridge so very short walk from the market and the centre. We didn’t want to leave. Our bed was very squeaky every time we moved, which was a bit unfortunate. But it was a large super size.

- Sarah (10/5): best stay in Hoi An! - If you are looking for somewhere to stay near Hoi An old quarter, I 100% recommend this place. My partner and I stayed for 10 days. Everything was perfect, the homestay is just 5min away from the old quarter, but it's on the other side of a bridge, in a really calm area. Everyone in the family is adorable and very welcoming, we really felt at home and felt sad to leave! We stayed a month in Vietnam and this is the cleanest place we've stayed at. They prepare a lovely breakfast for you, also they can arrange airport pickup, also some activities and tours. If we ever get the chance to visit Hoi An again, we will book with them again!

During rainy season, the rising of the water level won't affect this place which is a huge sigh of relief when we saw other places were flooded at the basement. As the location is just next to the school, we enjoy the energy by the students when they have breakfast along the alley before going into the school compound. You won't be able to hear the noise of the school if you are wondering. They provide laundry service 40k per kg, collect within 12 hours There is a minimart (winmart) nearby and cheap and good food nearby. (Do try the traditional vietnamese dessert at the stall near the bridge, under the tree) Room and toilet is spacious, bed is clean. Simple Breakfast is available 50k as needed What can you don’t like about cheap and nice homestay

- Kulasinghe (8/5): Very good - The owners There is a kind of scam as they promote a place where we can get clothing to fit you and actually the daughter of the owner takes me over to her sister's shop and , unfortunately I caught up and paying $60 for a just a basic material and where you could buy the whole thing less than $ from market or any shop Please be warned and aware of this

- Izzy (10/5): An amazing stay! - Had a great stay at Dat Cam Homestay! Both the owner and her mother were really friendly and welcoming. The homestay is in a really good location, only a 2 minute walk into the old town and the owner showed us a great tailoring store for our visit. The room was really clean and spacious and included toiletries. Breakfast was also available at the property for 50k which was really delicious and great value for money. Would definitely stay again!
- Harry (10/5): Brilliant - Ngoc was a fantastic host. We had a very easy check-in and were given complimentary bottled water. The location is very near to the old town so we never had to walk far for food/ drinks. Ngoc organised our coconut boat and cooking class tour and we were picked up directly outside the hotel which made it so much easier. Similarly we got a direct transfer to the airport. We had a fantastic stay and made to feel right at home, all of our questions were answered. Even the little things like when we were waiting in reception, she would turn the fan on for us. An amazing place.
- Dustin (10/5): Great value and perfect location - An ideal location for exploring Hoi An. A nice cheap eats right near by and many more right across the bridge of course. Enjoyed the top floor room with river view. Kind family running the place. Have breakfast onsite if you want. Also fridge in room is a big plus and had a kettle for me to use. Also very quite compared to other places. Not much air flow with windows and doors closed on hot days on top floor would be hot at end of day when returning.

- Tijn (9/5): Very pleasant - Very nice location just over the bridge of the city centre (5 min walk). The host is extremely kind and helpfull. We’ve rented bikes and she gave us tips where to go. Also we had new clothes made as her sister has a tailor shop. We had a very pleasant stay and the host will help you with everything you ask. They also have a nice breakfast service for 50K.
