- anthony (9/5): Muy buena ubicación en zona tranquila - Hotel grande y muy bien situado, en zona tranquila. A 6 minutos del recinto del Santuario. Hay ascensor público para subir la cuesta de vuelta. Personal muy profesional y nos atendieron muy bien. Buena habitación. Cama muy cómoda. Cuarto de baño grande y correcto. Bar abre hasta tarde y camarero muy eficaz. Parking cubierto debajo y detrás del hotel. Cenamos una vez en el restaurante y no nos gustó la comida al precio de 20 euros. Sólo funcionaba 1 de las 3 luces del cuarto de baño y tampoco funcionaba el ventilador. Nos ofrecieron cambiar la habitación pero no estaba mejor. La habitación de nuestros amigos no tenía este problema.

L'ensemble du personnel est sympathique et il y a une bonne et chaleureuse atmosphère ! Seul petit regret le jour du départ, nous avons voulu prendre un café avant notre départ donc nous nous sommes installés au bar mais personne n'est venu prendre commande sans doute parce-que le personnel était occupé au restaurant, après avoir attendu un moment, nous avons donc dû partir sans consommer.

- Jarek (9/5): - Idealna lokalizacja, blisko Sanktuarium. W pobliżu wiele sklepów i restauracji. Dodatkowo winda, pozwalająca uniknąć wchodzenia na wzgórze. Bardzo dobre śniadanie typu bufet, można wykupić też obiad lub kolację, smaczne i w dobrej cenie. Bardzo miły personel. Codziennie sprzątane.

La douche était quasi bouchée, malgré un signalement au personnel de chambre rien n’a été fait. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas très varié : pains au chocolat, chocapics, cornflakes, jambon, fromage, œufs durs, beurre, baguette et la machine à boissons ainsi que celle à Jus.

L'aparcament si vas amb movilidad reduïda amb el teu propi cotxe no te places específiques per puguer aparcar aprop de l'entrada que te una pendent considerable.

Me encantó!! Ahh me olvidaba te guardan el equipaje si llegas antes o si te quedas más (guarda equipaje) el desayuno muy delicioso y te dicen para que te lleves por si te vas, y nosotras llegamos antes del chek in y nos hicieron entrar 1 hora antes. Todo estuvo excelente. Gracias al hotel tuve una estancia muy agradable. Nada, todo estuvo muy bien.

- Maria de los Angeles (10/5): Agradable, cómoda y descansada estancia en familia - Llegamos en un día de frío y lluvia, y fue una grata sorpresa llegar a la habitación y encontrárnosla bien calentita, todo perfectamente limpio y muy confortable. Nos encantó que tanto la habitación como las instalaciones estuvieran súper calentitas y confortables. Fue muy reconfortante. El baño de la habitación muy amplio y cómodo. Silencioso. Por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido y dormimos perfectamente..El personal del hotel, recepción, restaurante y el de limpieza, inmejorable con una atención estupenda. El desayuno muy bueno. Variado y rico. Ubicación perfecta para llegar enseguida al santuario, a la zona de restaurantes y tiendas. Fueron seis días estupendos, volveremos seguro. Una relación calidad-precio fantástica. Realmente y sinceramente, no tenemos nada que objetar. No tuvimos ninguna queja durante los seis días que estuvimos allí, al contrario, todo nos lo pusieron muy fácil.

- rubio (7/5): Déçus dans l'ensemble pour un 4 étoiles - Petit déjeuner correct dans la diversité Les 2 membres du personnel d'après-midi du 9/04 et 10/04 très accueillants, à l'écoute, bon professionnalisme qui présentent bien Signaler le lendemain de notre arrivée que la chambre n'a pas été faite, du personnel derrière la banque d'accueil avachis sur leurs chaises, le nez dans le portable si ce n'est pas nous qui les saluons aucune réaction, pas d'intérêt à demander si tout se passe bien... Pas de climatisation ou système de ventilation, prêt d'un petit ventilateur dans une chambre étouffante (fenêtre et volets ouverts la nuit !)

- Stéphane (7/5): Beau séjour - Gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel, un petit déjeuner assez complet. À moins de 10 minutes du sanctuaire sans marcher vite. La propreté des WC laissait à désirer à notre arrivée heureusement que nous voyageons avec des lingettes antibactériennes.

- Giulia (8/5): - This is an excellent establishment. Modest yet clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and the location is fantastic. We stayed during the tail end of the low season, and the hotel appeared severely understaffed. Our check-in was quite difficult; despite booking a few hours in advance, the staff claimed they hadn't had time to process it yet. The situation escalated when the elevator to our wing broke—an issue that seems frequent according to other reviews. As I was traveling with my elderly, unwell father, the four flights of stairs were not an option. We had booked a mezzanine triple for the space, but the receptionist initially offered a standard triple as a replacement. It took a fair amount of persistence to secure two separate rooms instead. Given it was low season, availability wasn't the issue, but rather a lack of empowered decision-making at the front desk. The hotel’s religious affiliation is clear, but the staff may benefit from more formal hospitality training to handle disruptions more effectively. That said, once we finally reached our rooms, they were lovely and perfectly suited to our needs.

Our room the toilet was clogged we can flushed the toilet bowl. Staff was immediately let us to stransfer in other room.
