Krige (1/5): Awful. Depressing. Soul destroying. Stressful. Dirty. Sad. - The location relative to the City and lakes. Access to major highways. Access to services (food, fuel, stores). I was woken by Police next door intervening with patrons. Then a dog attacked a policeman with the owner chasing the dog. Then there was a fight and screaming match between patrons. Then most people were in their pajamas and slip slops all day. The carpets are dirty. There are no utensils to use. The bathroom door was half kicked in. The floors were black with dirt. The toilet didn't flush. The fridge was chipped all over. The bedding was non-existent.

The hotel was dirty, lacked hospitality, my partner and I had to switch rooms because our original was smelly, dirty and overall looked bad. The second room which we settled on was cleaner but lacked toiletries and we just didn’t feel safe enough. The door was broken thin wood door.

Brittany (1/5): MLK weekend 2026 - It was close to where I need to go, that's it. That's all the rest sucks.. 1• I booked a room for 2 adults and 2 children, only two face clothes, two towels. Not enough for everyone.... NO HOUSE KEEPING STAFF😫 2• Mattress was hard, springs were felt all night. The beds looks to sit on a cheap futon like frames. No box spring, double no to a pillow top. Just sad 😔 3•The plastic cover under the sheets were stained. 4• Sovetop.. NO pots,pans,plates ,glasses,cutlery ,nothing.. 5• The phone had a charge for local calls.. 🤔😒 most people have cellphones though.. 6• No ice machines 7• No coffee or tea 8• Keep the parking pass visible as they had several cars towed in a shot period of time. 9• Nothing in the lobby no books, no coffee, no art, nothing 10•No smoking rooms but no smoking areas, people were smoking in the parking lot. Only stayed one night. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

Microwave was not working for first 5 days then they changed my room and in new room internet was not working. just payhetic experience. Some staffs are good but most of them are not knowledgeble enough to interact with guest problems.

Brian (4/5): Very underwhelming. - There were only two positives: the location was perfect for what I needed, and the shower head was excellent—strong and high-pressure, just how I like it I hope I never have to stay at a place like this again. I booked through Booking.com and was quoted $429, but when I arrived, I was told the price was $495. After about 30 minutes of back-and-forth, the front desk finally got it corrected, saying the booking system wasn't updated. The lobby smelled strongly of weed, and the overall feel of the hotel reminded me of the Spirit Airlines of the hotel world—everything had a fee. According to the Extended Stay America website, rooms come with fully stocked kitchens including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and even a coffee maker. My room had none of these. Instead, there was a sign offering a cookware set for $39.99 and a dinnerware set for $19.99. I had planned to cook during my 6-night stay, so this was a big disappointment. The bathroom came with just one towel and one washcloth—nothing else. If I wanted extra towels, it was $1.75 each, and there were no hand towels provided. Thankfully, I brought paper towels from home. The bed was okay, and the TV worked, though the volume was inconsistent. Overall, the stay was underwhelming. It would do in an emergency, but I wouldn’t recommend it.
