• Julie (10/5): Exceptional. A really memorable stay. - The breakfast was delicious and dietary requests were well catered for. The whole property including our large room was delightful and beautifully decorated with its own terrace overlooking the lovely garden so well tended by our hostess who was friendly and very gracious. Nothing could have been done better.

• Alan (6/5): Bad start to a holiday but things got much better! - Clean. It was at the top of a hill, we had to wait while the host retrieved her somewhat intimidating but harmless dogs, she raced through the necessary info and wanted to be away, the nearest restaurant was 2km away at the bottom if the hill, there was no breakfast so we had to make do with a coffee machine and plastic cups. None of the above were a problem if the reception had been warm, but taken all together at the end of a long day travelling it was a bit uncomfortable and not representitive if the warmth we received subsequently in Calabria.

• Geoff47 (9/5): Soverato stopover - The room in Francesca's own house was very comfortable. She was very helpful recommending local restaurants, and the B&B is within easy walking distance to the town centre. Breakfast was substantial. Highly recommend the property.

Francesca was incredibly hospitable and helpful when I asked for suggestions in Soverato. She did everything possible to make me feel right at home. The location is perfect, in a tranquil neighborhood, the breakfast is above and beyond with several options to enjoy in her beautiful garden. Thank you for an amazing stay/experience!
• Isabel (10/5): Exceptional property with spaceous room, marvelous sea view, gorgeous breakfast and kind host. - Francesca is a very kind host, ready to help when we needed it. The house is a very spacious country house with a gorgeous garden planted with plenty of fruit trees. The breakfast is exceptional, served on the garden terrace. The room is incredibly spacious, including a desk, closet, bathroom with tub and a big terrace/solarium where you can enjoy the marvellous sea view. Thank you Francesca! The energy in Soverato is presenting cuts, probably the city needs an upgrade of the grid to cover the current needs, especially under the current circumstances of heat waves (we were hosted there during the hot wave of July). Not to blame Villa Francesca, on the contrary, we could handle the energy cuts thanks to the terrace and, also thanks to the wind blowing on this hill where the property is located, the wind was in our favour to refresh the hot moments when the a.c. was shut down during energy cuts.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable - one of the best in all of the places we’ve stayed in Italy! Francesca was easy to communicate with and a wonderful hostess. Definitely recommend!

• Judy (9/5): would happily stay again and changed our minds about not staying in a b&b - really surprised to find a great room for a b&b bathe breakfast while being usual Italian style was super fresh and much more on offer than expected. bed was large and there was a mini fridge and a large bathroom we would stay again slightly further away from centre than imagined but really not a problem for us. someone less fit may struggle with the uphill walk. car parking here very easy and free on the street
• TravelingCouple (10/5): - Immaculate, comfortable and beautiful Inn. Francesca is a lovely host who went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. Only drawback to this property is that it is not easily walkable to town and we do not like driving at night.
