Gabriel (8/5): - Problemlose Kommunikation und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super, alles Fußläufig zu erreichen was man für den Alltag so benötigt. Von irgendwo her kam ein lautes klackern (vermutlich vom Dach). Dieses konnte erst nach zwei Nächten behoben werden.
Cristina (10/5): fabuloso - el apartamento está muy nuevo y limpio, los utensilios de cocina en buen estado, nos dejaron café y aceite para cocinar, todo lo necesario para la estancia. La piscina está muy bien, es silencioso. Hay un supermercado grande a dos cuadras y también ahi tiene paradero el colectivo que te lleva a parque jaguar, etc pondría una fuente de agua filtrada a disposición de los usuarios, no la tenían pero muy amablemente nos rellenaron las jarras que habían en el apartamento

Verified traveler (8/5): Not as good the second time around. - This was our second stay at Tulum Nah. The property is clean, quiet and comfortable with good amenities and convenient location close to a supermarket. While Vanessa manages the property very efficiently and competently, not all staff are of the same calibre. We requested an apartment on the second floor well in advance and were told not to worry. Upon arrival we were given a dark unit on the ground floor with a view of the pool toilet. Received mosquito bites within minutes of arrival. We complained and were given a nicer unit on the third floor. However if this were not available, we would have been stuck on the dark ground floor. My suggestion is to either deliver the promised unit, or do not commit to it in the first place. Also, the ground-level apartment is bad enough that I believe it should not be grouped along with all the others during booking, but advertised as such, and offered for less. It is not the same value as the others.
Susan (10/5): - Our apartment was spacious and clean with coffee and sugar provided as a nice touch! Pool did not look very appealing but beaches are accessible by car through Jaguar park and many cenotes nearby.

Vanessa was easy to talk with and great with directions. Only issues, I had was the gas detector ( Don’t put spray on in apartment! )

Michael (4/5): Disappointing - The property is nice and well maintained. Location is also quite good Booked a specific room overlooking pool months out when all room were available to choose from. The night before the hosts changed the picture of the room in the listing and in turn my booking to a different room overlooking a carpark instead of the pool. Pretty low act as it was our longest and most anticipated stay of the trip. Literally had to beg for them to do the right thing and change to a different room, making it seem like they were doing me a favour. Denied it as expected, have booked over 80 times on booking.com so clearly understand the specific room I book and the linked photos The shower was terrible, just keep going from very hot to very cold every 10-15 seconds.
Christopher (10/5): At first, there were some problems but Vanessa and Jesus quickly resolved the issues and were very friendly. - Felt very comfortable like in my own home. Water is either too hot or too cold.
Astrid (10/5): - Great stay in the city of tulum. Groceries are nearby, you get a kitchen and still have the perks of room cleaning every other day or so. The kitchen don’t have much equipment but that is to be expected for the price range. We still managed to make food and save some money. Equipped with a fan and Ac. Overall a charming apartment
Chilton (8/5): Very good - The coffee maker and supply of ground coffee was great. Location excellent Never saw any personal, instructions sent to my phone to find the key in a lockbox. Tried to contact the host about coming a day earlier but they didn't get back to me so we had to stay an extra day in Merida. The refrigerator was very loud all night, but was good and cold
Debra (10/5): We ❤️ Nah!! - This is our 4th or 5th stay at Tulum Nah. We always feel comfortable and safe in our apartment. Every stay the concierge has been most attentive and helpful with any questions or needs. You are walking distance to Tulum Centro and all that has to offer, with restaurants, night life, tour operators and shopping. There is a tienda/shop just steps from Nah with drinks, snacks and other items. The garden and pool area are calm and quiet to enjoy for the day, or from you balcony chairs in the evening or with your morning coffee. We have seen tucans, kiskadees, mynah birds and orioles, to name few of the birds that visit in the trees here. Nah❤️❤️

Britani (9/5): Tulum stay - It was in a great location, close to everything (restaurants, supermarkets, bike/atv/scooter rentals, etc... Vanessa, the host was great, always super helpful when needed. We arrived earlier than checkin, which she allowed us to check in early without any issue. The kitchen had the bare essentials (1 pot, 1 small frying pan, 1 medium frying pan, basic utensils, cups, plates, blender, toaster, etc (enough for 2 people) The additional room was a wash room to hand wash and hang dry if needed. The apartment had a balcony which overlooked the pool, which was really nice. In addition, I had more than enough space to work without feeling cramped. A downside was housekeeping only came every two days; the time of cleaning wasn't necessarily consistent each time even a day was skipped, unfortunately (not a huge deal). Secondly, we were provided 1 hand towel and 2 bath towels for the bathroom. Unfortunately, the first cleanup they took the hand towel and never replaced it. I mentioned this to the host, but the towel was never replaced. Lastly, on the 8th or 9th day there, we spotted a coach roach on someone's door by the pool. Didn't think too much of it until we spotted a coachroach in our room later on that night. Likely, we didn't see any more thereafter.
R (10/5): Great stay in a beautiful apartment with a great host - Great location, friendly host, and amazing stay. The apartment is very spacious and gorgeous! Plus it felt super safe/secure with great door locks. The host is super sweet always giving us recommendations for the day and giving us discounts to local excursions like casa tortugas. I could not recommend this place enough!! The wifi is great, it's a clean apartment, the shower is great, the kitchenette is like a full kitchen, and the balcony was awesome as well. N/a

Ramesh (8/5): Apartment was good but wish they had better communication about garbage disposal and room service - The ambience, the location of apartment and the apartment itself Water after shower makes the entire bathroom wet as the platform near the bathroom door is not high enough to keep the water in the shower space. Not sure why this simple issue has not been solved. The bed in the front/living room is not good for sleeping. It gave us backache. There are no proper instructions about garbage disposal or room service. They have enough parking spots but one spot was wasted all the time as there were some tree branches that were cut and placed in this spot.

Ieva (9/5): Superb - simple and good place to stay. after riding bike nice to get in a bit cold pool-we enjoyed doing this! there is big shopping centre close enough to property. kichen was with all what we need-blender, toster, coffe machine, knives, cuting board, oil, salt and pepper. ac working well. hot watter and good pressure. kichen maybe a bit dark but thats dont make big sence. good location-it was quiet at night, but Tulum centre is close to walk. to get to beach there is a lot places to rent bike or scooter.

Frida (7/5): It was good! - Great apartment, simple but good. The shower was the best one we’ve experienced so far on this trip. Good pressure and warm water! The cleaning was good and the pool area nice. We booked this apartment to be able to cook, however there was not many kitchen utensils for us to cook a proper meal. This could definitely be improved for the future!

We were able to have basic staples for snacks, early breakfasts and light dinners. Vanessa was helpful for finding good local food and connecting us with public transportation and a fantastic local guide. Loaner bikes were convenient. Location was off the main drag, quiet, and in a safe neighborhood. Much more of a true Mexican experience then the resorts. Tulum is small so the apartment is convenient to everything We will absolutely be going back to stay ay Tulum Nah

Ruthie G (10/5): Home away from Home! - If you're looking for all the comforts of home....then Tulum Nah is perfect. With a full kitchen & a Chedraui right across the street & Netflix...it was nice to be able to stay in make my own meals. Especially considering, I was a bit far from the main drag & the majority of restaurants. I much preferred the peace, quiet & solitude of my comfortable surroundings. Tulum Nah is a bit closer to the beaches...however, you still would need to taxi or bicycle there. Which they provided. It was also very close to the Ruins. I walked there...in about 20 minutes. The manager, Pablo....could not have been more accommodating & pleasant. Spoke very good english. And full of ideas & suggestions to make my trip more enjoyable. Overall....my trip to Tulum & my stay at Tulum Nah, was wonderful!
