- willem (10/5): Vriendelijk personeel, prachtige locatie, heerlijk bed......gewoon fantastich! - We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen. Het personeel was zo aardig en attent en dan bedoelen wij alle personeel! Van de bar tot de bediening en ook de housekeeping. We kwamen in een heerlijk frisse en schone kamer met een prima bed. Het ontbijt was volledig en heel erg goed! We hebben heerlijke ontspannen dagen gehad. Dank je wel lieve mensen, Compliment!!!!

A little noisy during the night, I guess coming from another room. It also have quite some steep stairs to get to the room (no elevator). It did not bother me, but some people might want to know before booking (they take your luggage to the room).

Es gab keinen Stuhl und keinen Schrank, nur Kleiderständer und Kleiderhaken. Ringhörig, Gewummer von Basslautsprecher der Bar nervt. Treppenaufgang nur für sportlich fitte Gäste.

Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Wohnung (Busse zum Kongresscenter; Deluxe Studie (andere Zimmer zwischen zwei Bushaltestellen)). Kleine Küche im Zimmer. Grosses, bequemes Doppelbett. Sofa. Leckeres à la carte Frühstück unten im Haupthaus (vom Deluxe Studie 1min zu Gehen). Freundliches Personal, unkomplizierter Check-in/-out. Regenschirme. Fenster nicht zu öffnen. Frühstück im Haupthaus. Einrichtung des Zimmers modern, aber etwas kahl.

Viele kleine schöne Details. Das Badezimmer war modern und sauber Der Bahnhof und das Parkhaus ist fussläufig erreichbar. Ein kleiner Spar Supermarkt ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Wir hatten ein Zimmer unter dem Dach zur Straße hin. Wir wussten, dass es keinen Aufzug gab.Die holländischen Treppen sind mit Gepäck jedoch schon eine Herausforderung. Leider ließ sich das Fenster nicht richtig schließen. Am Wochenende war nachts auf der Straße lautes Gegröle. Schlafen war schwierig. Die Betten waren für mich zu hart. Unser Zimmer war von der günstigsten Kategorie, deshalb recht klein und leider auch keine Kaffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer.

- Charlotte Janny (9/5): Fijne locatie en nette kamer. - De kamer was erg netjes en groot, het was een fijne locatie en ook al zat onze kamer direct naast de trap waar iedereen langs omhoog liep, hoorden we hier op de kamer niks van. Het ontbijt was lekker. Het duurde vaak lang voordat het ontbijt geserveerd werd en het was niet duidelijk wat er nu wel of niet onder het bijgeboekte ontbijt hoorde. Zelf vonden we 1 klein glaasje jus d'orange vaak te weinig, maar helaas kregen we te horen dat je bij moest betalen wanneer we meer wilden.

- Julia (10/5): Guter Startpunkt für die Stadtbesichtigung - Die Lage ist prima- in der Nähe desBahnhofs in einer jungen, lebhaften Gegend. Die Innenstadt und die Maas sind rasche zu Fuß erreichbar. Frühstück ab acht ist für frühe Vögel wie mich recht spät.

- Thomas (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, auch wenn wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. - Tolle Lage in Wyck Nähe Bahnhof, 10 min über die Servaas-Brücke in die Altstadt, schönes Zimmer (Deluxe-Zimmer 8), modernes Bad, bequemes Bett, ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal und super leckeres Frühstück am Tisch serviert. Fanden wir toll, wer es morgens eilig hat, der könnte nervös werden;). Aber unbedingt zu empfehlen, einfach ein bisschen mehr Zeit einplanen, ist eh gesünder:). Wer nicht gut Treppensteigen kann könnte ein Problem haben, schmal und ein bisschen steil.

Small and steep stairs (NO elevator). Room is smaller than pictures show. Chair on room to small to sit on too small a desk. There is only one breakfast, and even salt and pepper was put on my egg. Breakfast itself was okay. Bed was soft, like a hammock for me, so woke up with a sore back. Lighting on the room was very dim and main light not controllable from bed.

- Cerstin (8/5): Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Städtetrip. - Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt und auch am Bahnhof. Das Personal ist freundlich und die Ausstattung ist gut. Schade, dass es kein Frühstücksbuffet sondern ein fertiges Frühstück gibt.

- E (8/5): Prima verblijf voor 1-2 nachten, goede locatie voor stad/station. - Heerlijk ontbijt, werd snel geserveerd! Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer met ruime badkamer. Goede douche. Het was erg warm, niet duidelijk of er airco was (er was een soort thermostaat die niet lager kon dan 18gr maar geen airco kunnen ontdekken). Raam openzetten niet fijn want geluiden van buiten.
- Guust en Vicky (4/5): Teleurstellend - - personeel is aller-aardigst en behulpzaam - ontbijt meer dan goed, zeker de koffie - bedden zeer comfortabel - koffie en thee faciliteiten zijn altijd fijn op de kamer - perfecte ligging (station, parkeergarage, binnenstad), alles op loopafstand Er hing een penetrante rioollucht in de badkamer (ook gemeld tijdens ons verblijf maar hier werd niets mee gedaan). Deze vieze lucht kwam ook in de slaapkamer als we de deur niet dicht hielden. We werden er een beetje viezig van en hebben uit voorzorg ook niet gedoucht. Reactie van het hotel achteraf was dat dit buitenom hun directe invloed was. Dus geen enkele manier van compensatie, enkel eventuele korting/passende prijs als we weer zouden boeken!!!! Wij zijn beide al op leeftijd en de kamer op de derde etage (nr.18) was een regelrechte ramp. Al die trappen lopen weerhield ons er echt van om even beneden gezellig een drankje te gaan drinken. Het staat inderdaad "onder de kleine lettertjes" maar ik denk echt dat jullie dit vooraf specifiek moeten vermelden. Ik had anders een ander hotel geboekt. Dit was echt niet te doen. We kregen als antwoord dat we de volgende keer naar een andere kamer moesten vragen maar daar hadden we dit verblijf niets aan. Heel eerlijk vond ik de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding van de kamer niet reëel. We hadden een Deluxe-tweepersoonskamer geboekt maar wij vonden er weinig Deluxe aan. De kamer was klein en zag er zeker niet uit zoals de foto’s ons doet geloven op de website. Jammer, maar we voelden ons enigszins belazerd.

- Marcel (10/5): Fantastisch personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt. - Het personeel was buitengewoon aardig en behulpzaam. Ze waren oprecht geïnteresseerd. Fijne, schone kamer. Prima locatie als je met de trein reist Soms ‘s nachts wat onrustig.
- GERD (8/5): Top adres in een leuke wijk met vriendelijk personeel - Ligging is top in een hippe wijk en toch kort bij het centrum.Goed bed en douche. Geen lift.Mensen die slecht te been zijn nemen best de onderste kamers.

- Anneke (8/5): Fijn verblijf, schoon en vriendelijk personeel! - Vriendelijk ontvangst. We hadden de studio en die was 100 meter verder op. Ik was bang dat het wat luidruchtig zou zijn, met geluid vanaf de straat maar dat viel echt ontzettend mee!
