• Robin (1/5): - la chambre n’était vraiment pas propre, énormément de bruit car l’hôtel se situe au dessus d’un bar, le personnel n’était pas agréable
• Inna (7/5): - Честно говоря, я не ожидала, что это номера над довольно оживленным пивным баром))) Но! При этом номер на 3-м этаже был вполне удобным, чистым, никакие звуки снизу в номер не долетали. Немного слышно было улицу, но в общем было не шумно, может, это нам так повезло. Мы приехали уже очень поздно, около 21.00. Молодые люди на ресепшене, он же барная стойка - были очень любезны, предупредительны, помогли нам с такси, так как нужно было ехать в аэропорт в 5 часов утра. Собственно, все оказалось гораздо лучше, чем я ожидала) В номере был чайник и вода в бутылках по 0,5 л, на один вечер нам вполне хватило. Очень маленький лифт - мы с двумя чемоданами там с большим трудом разместились, и то потому, что чемоданы были не слишком объемные. Но с этим, я думаю, ничего не поделать)))

• Islam (6/5): It was a good value for money, but its quite noisy at night. My stay here was okay, not good not bad. - Its location was quite good It was too noisy due to the bars/cafes around which operate till 6 am in the morning

• Anes (7/5): Great for a stay on a budget - Its on a busy street, and it is always crowded. Also very good value fore money. There was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom sink.

• Selina (6/5): - It’s very local and near the Taksim Square. It was a little confusing to find the entrance since the reception is inside the bar and the rooms are upstairs. Sadly it wasn’t that clean. Our towels had stains, the toilet seat was coming off and we had our room on the 5th floor and sadly the elevator wasn’t really working half of the stay.

• Ali (7/5): overall my stay at Front-door suits was good. staff was friendly. - I did not opt for breakfast, one suggestion that at least drinking water & some tea arrangements should be complementary in the room. I have to buy even my first bottle of drinking water (bit expensive) check-in & check-out time should be flexible at least for those who are travelling & coming from airport.

• General Maksimus (1/5): Это место нельзя использовать для проживания!!!! - Свой санузел. Местоположение. Администратор работает 24 часа. Фен для сушки. НО ЭТО НЕ ИМЕЕТ ЗНАЧЕНИЯ! Тут нельзя жить. НИ В КОЕМ СЛУЧАЕ НЕ ЗАСЕЛЯЙТЕСЬ!!! Прочитайте другие отзывы! Это правда! У меня была сильнейшая головная боль, когда я уезжал, мне пришлось остаться до утра, так как я забронировал давно это место, заселился ночью и некуда было идти. Но если бы я знал, то забронировал бы другое место. Место не соответствует санитарно-эпидемиологическим нормам! Никакой шумоизоляции! Здесь невозможно спать! Это физически невозможно! Стены 1 сантиметр и вся музыка из ночных заведений слышна, как-будто вы находитесь внутри клуба. Музыка играет до 8 часов, это постоянная сильнейшая долбёжка. На столько сильная, что перекрывает утреннюю молитву азана в 6 утра. Реальность не соответствует описанию и фото с бронирования. Они используют эти фото для привлечения клиентов. Нужно обращаться в туристическую полицию!

• Manwel (8/5): It's a good place for what you pay - The place is quit good for what we were looking for it is in the center close to everything, the room is not that big but was good for 3 people It wasn't easy to find the property, it took us some time as the pictures of the building are apparently a bit old, the bathroom wasn't that much clean

• Olga (4/5): Персоналу на вач плевать, шумно и грязно - Останавливались уже один раз в мае и понравилось расположение. Второй раз пожалела о своем выборе Первый номер в который меня заселили был грязный, несколько раз видела тараканов. И в дополнение до 6 утра невозможно спать. Попросила переселить меня. Сделали после уговоров. Но персонал не торопится помочь. Все нужно решать через какого-то владельца гостиницы, с которым я не хотела знакомиться, а хотела просто решить вопрос. Второй номер оказался чище, но все с музыкой повторилось через день.

• Irina (6/5): After all the location is nice but we didn’t stay in hotel long, we just walked out a lot - It’s a really nice location and not that loud We booked a room with two big beds, they charged us extra because we took a friend with us and this extra was more than it supposed to be. They didn’t care to bring extra towels or extra shampoo for our friend, but they really cared to charge us more. The apartment had some troubles with a fridge I tried to tell it to the owners but they didn’t understand me and we had to fix it ourselves. Also my friends stuck in elevator two times and owners don’t speak English very well, so first time when we informed them that our friends stuck in the elevator they just said “it’s okay” 😁

• Maged (4/5): Disappointing - WiFi I went through the reviews before I book the room and I know that I will get what I’m paying for however didn’t expect what I got, the room is small very poor quality, very noisy, I was hunting cockroaches. Thu the location is good however to reach the hotel it was a challenge, no sign so I was asking here and there and no one was aware where is the hotel. I don’t think I will ever stay there again.

• Marco (1/5): Horrible - Nothing When I arrived I was waiting for at least Al half hour in the reception because the manager was helping a worker to fix a fan and he didn’t care to serving me or just come to say hi and help me then another person was in after me and they helped him straight away. He didn’t speak english at all and he didn’t nothing for be helpful like using translator or call someone could speak better. I went inside the room after long time and it was not ready yet but I didn’t mind my check tine was in a hour. I left the luggage’s inside and we plan to come back later for doing the check in. I told I had an important meeting, reason why I was in Istanbul, and I will be back in the afternoon for finalize the process and pay. When I arrived a young guy told me he had cancel the payment because he didn’t have my card, this guy maybe was part of the ownership, then I have tried to explain the situation but he didn’t care much. After came the previous man that brings me to collected the luggage’s from my room and honestly the room was still available with no any other people or stuff there! After he showed me another room, full of stuff all disorder, it was the room where he was staying and he told me you can pay for this room and stay with me. So weird!!! In my opinion they want having another person instead me at a higher rate. After and told me that they had a second hotel to stay and the price was the same, it was just 6 mins max to walk, when I arrived there he spoke with the receptionist and told give a room a this price and left. The receptionist was telling me that he didn’t know him and he could help me about the price he was telling because the room was more expensive. He was literally lying. Lucky I didn’t report them to the police. I really don’t recommend this hole.

• Mohamed (7/5): Good place for solo traveler or couples - The room was clean and worm , Mr. Samat the host was friendly and location was very near to everywhere. the accommodation name was booked under Melina suites which was misleading because no sign there mentioned the name and i spent more than 30 min search about it and unfortunately the host doesn't answer the phone immediately. also the entrance was inside a bar called front door which they change the name to it right now. the noise at night because the location have too many bars and all of them stay open after midnight daily, i believe the accommodation is not suitable for families with kids as you have to cross the bar every time to go in or out.

• Abdel (7/5): if you like hotels in a bar you'll enjoy - perfect location close to everything but there was a problem in the bathroom and I liked the way that Samet was trying to handle the issue and get it done asap the rooms are much smaller than they look actually but nevertheless for a few days it's not that big issue, I didn't like the elevator because it takes for ever to go to the 5th floor lol
