- CRAIG (9/5): Very pleased with my stay at this modern hotel - The hotel is modern, built in 2018, with a contemporary aesthetic. The staff was friendly and helpful. All the facilities are clean and feel modern, and so is the room. The bed was clean and extremely comfortable--the most comfortable of the three hotels I stayed at during my road trip. The bathroom is great; shower is a modern walk-in design with no door, but there is a curtain to keep the water inside. Everything was pleasant during my stay. It is a personal preference, but I dislike the contemporary, super-white LED lighting of the interior and reading lamps by the bed. It wasn't a big deal but I wish there was warmer lighting in the room. The hotel isn't in a scenic area so the view is just of the parking lot. None of these things really affected my stay in a material way.

Excellent extras like high end coffee machines in the lobby. Can be loud. The shower is loud and easy to hear from the main room.

- Perry (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and attentive. Facilities and meeting area were very comfortable. Cleaning staff should check all clocks and turn off preset alarms. If a room has no one in it and the alarm goes off it will be going continuously and can be heard from adjacent rooms.

They will be taken Hilton, Marriot, and Hampton Inns head on with this business class style hotel. This is my second visit to this VIB in Springfield but this trip my oldest daughter came along for a college visit to Missouri State and she agreed it is awesome, rainfall shower with wand option, a cooked breakfast with eggs, sausage, and bread for toast or bagels to toast or French toast sticks with something I have never tried before whipping cream and it was great. The night before we went to a cold cold Missouri State football game and the Espresso / Hot Chocolate machine in the lobby that is available at all times, was used very much when we got back and the next morning by my daughter. The rooms have a Keurig with Starbucks coffee options for your anytime you want and the beds are very comfortable with different pillow styles from firm to soft. My daughter told me the computers in the lobby were gaming style PC but I have not used them.. yet. With a full time restaurant inside the hotel you can order and either eat in your room after a long day or eat right there at the Burger Bar for lunch or supper. This class of hotels would be prefect for airports where you come in the day before and could turn in your rental car that day and stay at the hotel that night and you would need nothing but a shuttle to the airport. There is some sketchy but supposed to be high end hotels in Springfield so you have to be careful what you pick, this Best Western VIB is not one of them. This is my #1 hotel in Springfield and when I come back through there it will be my first pick to look at before deciding where I stay. I highly recommend this Hotel, Best Western it is time to expand this line of hotels I hear you only have 5 in the world.

- P5736PCtinab (10/5): VIB - I lOVE THE RAIN SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM AND THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE . THE STAFF WAS SO GREAT. THEY WENT ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY TO HELP ME EVERY DAY.
- Sean (10/5): - This was our first time staying at a Vib hotel and it certainly will not be the last. The Springfield, Mo location exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were only in town for one night so the cozy room was not an issue for us. Everything was sparkling clean, the room was nice and cool on a hot day, most importantly the bed was clean and comfortable! tthe area to have drinks and hang out at the bar was very nice as well. The bartender was friendly and gave us recommendations of things to do close by and was great company while we were at the bar. The only negative is that the surrounding area is a little sketchy, but we didn’t have any issues at all. I highly recommend staying here!!

- Kailea (6/5): - Most terrible and awkward shower experience I’ve ever had at a hotel- moldy shower drain that stunk up the whole room, shower curtain was 3x too large for the shower and kept wrapping around my legs, no grab bar, rain shower head too large for size of shower, hose came out as a trickle. It was comically bad. The only saving grace of this stay was the average breakfast (that wasn’t advertised online). Save your money and go stay at a regular best western location.

I was just passing through for the night and needed a place to stay, this place already had good reviews and I can see why. The staff at check in were amazing and very courteous. The property seems well kept up. My room very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Had a great nights sleep with zero issues. Great choice of stay!
