Guest Reviews
- Delorus (2/5): - Had to move room and no heat dirty and no hot water let run for 20 minutes and still cold and the service was no good will never stay there again should not be on your list bad news for you guys the worsted place i ever stayed cupboard broken
- Parmatma (6/5): - Good
- Hasanpreet Singh (4/5): - Too much unsafe
- Ravenmoon (2/5): Dont waste your money if you have $100 - Absolutely horrible. Very run down. Broken furniture. Cigarette burns on blanket. The air conditioner looked like the filter wasn't cleaned at all this summer so we had to clean the nastiness off it. Walmart cheap pillows that go flat as a pancake as soon as you put your head into it. Mattress so worn out that it feels like a hole in the centre. Carpets were stained -don't take shoes off. Towels are stained so don't look washed. The entire room smelled like urine. Bathroom had black mold/mildew on tiles. During the time we were unpacking, we were accosted 3 times. 1) beggar for money or booze...whatever we had (we didnt have any) 2) a guy who stole a case of beer and wanted to sell it to us (we don't drink) 3) another wondering why we are in town. Very sketchy area. All around, pretty gross. Very scary place and we were worried for our safety...as well as the car.
- Dana (6/5): - Staff was good but hotel is old and repairs were required example rug was very dirty and base board heater cover beside the bed was off the wall and on the floor …hurt my foot getting out of bed ..very dirty by window air conditioner and room smelled
- Ian (4/5): - So the price was good, but that's about it. The towels were dirty, the lamps were broken, the linen was dirty. AC had dirt and dust all over it from months of build up. The beds were very uncomfortable. The roof was leaking through the chandelier in the main lobby, so was a big mess.
- rob (2/5): - Run down and lacking any real maintenance. Toilet hard to flush and bathroom sink tap drips constantly. Bed must have been directly over the boiler room. Noisy and room vibrating from the boiler most of the night. And not in a good way
- Daniel (4/5): - Fruit flies in the room. Lots of them. Carpet in hallway is destroyed and dirty. Kind of a gross feel. Staff are nice. Place is just run down.
- Tristan (2/5): - If you have a family do not stay in this hotel ! Blood stained pillow , cigarette burns in the blankets ! Super run down and very unclean location ! Felt extremely unsafe ! Yes the price is cheap but trust me it doesn’t make up for what you walk into !
- Maurice (8/5): - Close for all shopping
- Monika (2/5): - Scary scary scary and dirty dirty dirty.
- Kenneth (2/5): - Overall the place is just gross. Broken lamps furniture dirty carpet the shower had hair all over it. Just in general a horrible place to stay. The only thing good was that it was 110 bucks a night as opposed to $200 in other places.
- Daniel (6/5): - Well, the staff were excellent, but the room was lacking. For the price, i could hace paid another $30 and got a working lamp and a remote for the tv. It was at least clean, quiet and convenient. Overall, for just one night it served its purpose.
- Adewale (4/5): - I dont like the fact that i was deceived to pay for room with separate sitting but the hotel does not have such facility and i was not refunded for excess payment and no even apology.
This was too bad
- Dejan (6/5): - Property was under renovation during my visit. Friendly staff, lots of dining options. Not bad for a stop over.
- Hugh (8/5): - The first room we had was terrible due to the smell of smoke, but our second room was nice and smelt good, only thing that would help to improve the experience would be to have a coffee maker, microwave, and a hair dryer. The small conveniences would make a big difference.
- Katherine (2/5): - Run down property. Clerk was polite. Stairs/carpeting was grundgy, table and sink had broken legs, curtains a mess, walls grimy and wallpaper peeling..I left immediately. No way was I staying there.
- Denzel (4/5): - The property and hotel is not in very good condition. It's old, smelly and just feels off putting. However, the location is very convenient and the staff were all nice and friendly. I tried to be cheap and got what I paid for.
- Philip (10/5): - This place should not be a recommended site on Expedia. Its situated on top of a night bar/casino. Room for 4 people and we had 2 towels, one roll of toilet paper. The rooms are basically very basic with nothing. Not very clean beds. Check for bed bugs. Staff is very nice and accommodating. So its not their fault the place is crap
- Bojan (2/5): - I was assaulted outside the property, and while bleeding and begging to be let back into the room I had paid for, the staff locked the door and refused me entry. When another patron happened by to let me in, the front desk refused to call 911. The kicker is they kept my damage deposit because I bled into their towels.
- Leendert van (2/5): - Just place is a dump
- Cathy (6/5): - I liked the staff, very friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean the bathroom could have been cleaner, stains on the towels, hair in the shower. Stuff on the walls. The guests in other rooms were extremely loud and inconsiderate of others trying to rest nearby, allowing children to run down the hall well after 11om and again before 4am. This should be better monitored so guests can get a decent rest especially when traveling.
- Kari (2/5): - Very confusing on where to enter. Night club right beside. Run down neighborhood.
- Carol (10/5): - Very comfortable
- Lorna (2/5): - I went into the lobby to check on my room. I asked if the stuff on my room rack was safe, she said she couldn't guarantee it. When I return to my car the guys had already been into the zipper. I'm glad that I didn't stay
- Doug (4/5): - Dirty
- Monias (10/5): - It was awesome
- normand (2/5): - Walked in front door someone was doing hard drugs. Went to sign in and a native was standing behind me peeing his pants. Floors were very sticky to walk on. Rooms had walls that were yellow and flees flyi g around . Also had very dirty carpets. Will never stay in Winnipeg again
- brent (10/5): - THE STAFF WERE VERY GOOD AND ATTENTIVE,THE CHECKIN WENT POORLY DUE TO A INCOMPETENT FRONT DESK EMPLOYEE,OVERALL THE HOTEL IS A GOOD OPTION AS IT WAS INEXPENSIVE AND SUITED FOR LONG STAYS
- Bertram (6/5): - Property too old and weird lookin
- Jerrod (2/5): - Dear God…just Dear God
- Zahra (4/5): - It’s old and dirty
- David (8/5): - It was nice!
- Nick (4/5): - Shower was grkss and blanket had burn holes.
- Chantel (8/5): - Idk
- Karo (2/5): - The wifi dosent work, The check in takes a long ass time,
- hardeep (8/5): - The bed sheet felt itchy
- Emelyn (6/5): - Internet wifi wasn’t working and remote control hard to set up on tv
- brent (10/5): - i didnt like the daytime front desk person. next time i rent somewhere i will pay extra for proper service
- Bradley (6/5): - Distance to downtown was only con.
- daren (8/5): - It was very old not remodel
- brent (10/5): - staff that worked on the rooms did a very good job
- Bianka (2/5): - The entire hotel room smelled of cigarette, did not have a remote control for the television in our room, only limited to one room key no matter how many guest. (Makes no sense). Wifi was also very poor quality. The room seems unmaintained, and outdated. Need repairs and renovations. Very noisy outside our room (103).
- Barb (2/5): - I wouldn't even give them one star. I had a horrible experience. The beds were dirty and had been slept in because full of a woman long black hair. The blankets had burn holes. The counters were filthy. If my dad wasn't dying in a hospital bed I would have left but couldn't find hotel close to the hospital. When I asked for new sheets brought them up an after I was exhausted and ready for bed. Then I had to make bed myself. Showerd in the morning to find the towels were full of hair too. They don't give refunds or reduced price after horrible experience. When I went to the counter to check out after I had just received phone call that my dad had died. All he kept telling me was to stop crying. No respect at all for them. A total dump!
- Justin (8/5): - Nothing much
- Robert W (6/5): - Dark and dank
- Samantha (6/5): - Convenient
- Opeyemi (6/5): - My stay was not bad, however, I do not like the smell in the passage. I believe, people smoking should do that outside.
- Angela (10/5): - Been staying here once in awhile the past year. Love staying here
- Angelle (10/5): - It was relaxing
- Angela (4/5): - I have stayed in bad hotels in my working days and this one was by far the worst. Old , carpets smelled, was afraid to sleep in the bed. Slept in my car. The only thing good about it was the shower had lots of pressure.
- Erida (2/5): - NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!
ITS A VERY DISGUSTING PLACE WITH A USELESS STAFF!
ITS VERY DIRTY AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO SLEEP AT NUGHT BECAUSE OF HOW DIRTY IT IS!
THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND WOULD NEVER COME BACK!!

- Amritpal (2/5): - Very dirty room and blanket
- Paulette (2/5): Horrible gross stay - It was disgusting halls had garbage bags everywhere paint all over carpets and furniture paint fumes so bad it burned your eyes bed linen was dirty towels looked used mold growing in shower tv did not work table top in room was sticky and not clean
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Staff in the hotel and lounge were very friendly and accomodating! We had a great time!
- Robert (6/5): - The property and particularly the room were under renovation. The thermostat temperature is not installed, electric and cable not protected, and face plates not on electrical outlet.
Additional deposit on room in renovation was laughable.
- Angela (10/5): - Enjoy staying here
- Lisa (10/5): - .
- Lisa (10/5): - .
- Pavel (4/5): - Poor property condition for hundred dollar
- Sonal (6/5): - Staff wasn’t professional, we wanted the early checkin so we called the reception then the lady picked the call said that we can come at 11 am without any extra charges then we booked the room there but when we reached the property there was another lady and she asked to come at 1 pm .the property wasn’t maintained properly. Damaged furniture, walls were dirty.
- Lisa (6/5): - .
- Olivia (8/5): - Hard to get a cab
- Manav (2/5): - Broken tv in room & old people hairs on bed

- Kelly (10/5): - It was extremely noisy and it looked like my door had been kicked i .
- Joseph (2/5): - This was the most horrible horrific hotel that I have ever stayed at.
Please please don’t even think about this place.
Extremely dirty, old, decrepit, this hotel should not be on any trip advisory.

Nobody deserves such a place.
It is a drug hotel and area.

- Abdullah (2/5): - Its a ridiculous stays I ever done in my life. Never stay in this hotel.
- Ana Marie (2/5): - There’s a mouse inside my room in 101!!!!! The switch plate cover was also spoiled! I did not expect anything from the hotel. Photos and in person are the same. But I paid $100.90 for the room with mouse inside???? I guess I need to ask for a compensation from the hotel as I didn’t sleep properly that night!
- Richard (8/5): Great Restaurant in Lobby! - A fine motor Inn for the price. The Indian Restaurant was very good. Thank you

- Bella (6/5): - The hotel is very old, it needs some maintenance. The entrance up to reception smells tobacco/weed.
They did not provide any shower gel/soap. They provided a shampoo, conditioner and a very very tiny bar soap.
The banket was old and had a reddish stain. The room was a bit cold, staff provided a heater upon request and it was very helpful. Staff was very polite.
They have no iron. If you need to warm up your food, ask staff.
The hotel is near many services.
