The room was booked well in advance, yet when I arrived late at night at 2:30 a.m., I was shockingly informed that my reservation had been cancelled simply because I did not answer your calls. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable. How exactly is a person supposed to answer phone calls while they are on a flight traveling to the destination? Such a decision shows a serious lack of understanding, professionalism, and basic consideration for guests who are in transit.

- Ashish (6/5): Pleasant - Room was very spacious. Locality was easy to find on Google. Breakfast was really good, amazing specially maggi. Parking system was very good and safetly kept. Geyser was working properly Open balcony 1) Biggest problem was to find the location using booking.com links. As the provided links were totally wrong addresss. PLS USE GOOGLE MAPS. 2) The room had smoking odour and even after telling them there was no resolution of the problem. 3) TV system wire too loose and difficult to START. 4) hospitality services were not appreciable. 5) No facility of tea and coffee. 6) Washroom was not clean. 7) broken dustbin 8) food overly priced.

- Matt (6/5): - Hey its an Indian hotel, so its much lower than western style hotels. My first night i was put in a new room on the other side of the alley. Next might back to the main hotel. The rooms were so different, first was new & clean, second was old & dirty!

- Ankur (8/5): Decent stay with good internet. Good location if you have work in West Delhi. - Location is good if you have work in West Delhi. Staff behavior is very good. Room was clean. Free Wi-Fi was good I got early check in without extra pay. So, really appreciate for that. Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting on the first day. Later it was fine. The property is a little pricey compared to the value you are getting. AC remote was not working.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - All good , well priced , good location to metro , could be more restaurants but if you look around there is always something , not a tourist area , staff is great and we are storing bags while we tour India . We will stay here again.
