We were served a variety of breads, quiche, fruit, juice, eggs, perserves, cereal and ,ofcourse, the best coffee drinks. The couple that owns the Villa were a wonderful host and hostess. Thanks for a great experience along with a super clean and comfy room.

Breakfast spread was amazing every morning and nothing can beat the view from the rooms. Very easy access to the sanctuary and main street at Lourdes. I give this place the highest possible rating.

Our room, the Gavarnie, had a balcony with an amazing view of the basilica to the right and the castle to the left. Breakfast was included and was very good-

Large bedroom with plenty of room for all 3 of us. Stairs only. Breakfast was very well presented. Our host was delightful.

• Steve (10/5): Beautiful location and room with Views! - What a wonderful owner at this BNB, the breakfast was complete with eggs, croissant, fresh orange juice, cheese, salmon etc. The room was so spacious and overlooked both the beautiful river and famous church AND the fort on the cliff overlooking the village! Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

• Rebecca (10/5): Perfect stay in Lourdes - A treasure amongst what we imagine is normally a hectic town (outside of Covid-19). Lovely rooms, perfect location, great view of the sites of Lourdes. The owner was nice to talk to. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
• ROLAND (10/5): Excellent séjour ! - La Villa l'Orante est une demeure familiale réhabilité en chambres d'hotes. Accueil tres agréable et hotesse avenante avec les touristes. La chambre est propre et spacieuse avec douche à l'italienne, belle hauteur sous plafond , vue sur le sanctuaire et les montagnes. Le petit déjeuner est tres copieux avec quelques produits du terroir. Les points d'amélioration seraient *d'avoir les informations à disposition sur les heures des messes à Lourdes et les dernieres information réglémentaires sur le site qui changent en fonction de l'evolution de la pandémie. *Et lors du renouvellement des TV , changer pour une plus grande !
• JOSÉ LUIS (10/5): Inolvidable - Satisfactorio. Hubo un problema con la recepción online pero lo resolvimos rápidamente. Esperamos hacer otra visita en cuanto podamos. Recomiendo ir con mapas o con gps o estudiar el acceso.

• L (10/5): This is the best place in Lourdes! - I've been back home for 3 months now, and it's my time at this Villa that makes me smile fondly. Lordes is a lovely town, and the hostess and the charm of this Villa were nearly magical. Typically, I simply want my hotel to be clean and safe. Here, the Villa became as much a part of experience as the town itself. I loved the location, the view of the river from our rooms, the spacious layout, the comfortable beds. The owners are deeply experienced in taking care of travellers, and their attention to detail and the ease with which they anticipated our needs was marvelous. Our last day there, we sat and chatted with the hostess over the wonderful breakfast she provided. It's one of my best memories of the trip. I wouldn't stay anywhere else, and I absolutely insist that all of my friends stay here if they're anywhere in the area.

Had horrible time locating the place then was unsure if she was open as there was no light outside however there is a sign with name of villa and a call box to contact owner.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Villa L'Orante is a gem, as are the hosts. This is a wonderful old manor-style house that is extremely well cared for and has been updated. The view of the sanctuary is stunning. It is close to everything, yet out of the bustle of the main part of Lourdes. Classic European-style small hotel, and a really great value as well. If we get back to Lourdes, we are definitely staying here!!
