Guest Reviews
- Sue (7/5): Spacious clean accommodation in the centre of Leicester. The town clock will wake most people through the night - Excellent location Door lock to room extremely difficult to open unserviced. TV doesn’t work unless you like you tube or have your own Netflix subscription
- Elyse (10/5): -
- Debs (10/5): Perfect 9 - What a gem of a find x location amazing rooms massive beautiful building would deffo stay again
- Lubabah (8/5): - Extra check out time Better hygiene but over all good
- Fran (10/5): A lovely place to stay, wouldn’t hesitate to book again. - Excellent instructions on how to enter the City Rooms and your bedroom. Lovely room and bathroom, plus excellent facilities and provisions ie fridge, kettle, coffee maker, tea, coffee, milk etc.
Fantastic location, a minute walk from the gig I was attending, especially being alone.
Overall, excellent value for how much it cost to spend a night at The City Rooms.
Would highly recommend. The only downside was the workmen starting at 7am in the car park after a late night out, but that will be temporary anyway, so not really a big issue.
- Weber Boer (8/5): - Check in was a little disorganized, but the staff was really lovely and attentitve in dealing with it!
- Peter (7/5): -
- jayminic2025 (2/5): Disappointing Indian Afternoon Tea - Thoroughly disappointed. Both mothers, that my sister and I had bought the gift for, had said it was the worst Afternoon Tea they had been to and would not recommend or buy again.
We had given our dietary requirements prior to our arrival, as advised (which was confirmed on a previous email chain), yet this made no difference to the service we received. No food was prepared beforehand, staff were not made aware of any of these requirements or changes and even drinks seemed to be a difficult task to distribute promptly and accurately.
We had to ask the waiting staff numerous times for items, starting off with the basic welcome drinks which they took our orders for about 40 minutes into the event and then returned near the hour mark with glasses of orange juice that hadn't even been shaken from the carton. The unlimited masala tea was served over an hour after and that was probably due to asking the staff twice already. This was excluding the masala tea that needed to be made with alternative milk for my sister who is lactose intolerant; she received this over halfway through the event which was ridiculous. If we didn't come up to ask, I doubt she would have even received an alternative drink option. She had already spoken to the chef on the phone prior to the event about dietary requirements and alternatives, however this was not taken on board and resulted in her getting a delayed and disheartening plate of a few crispy bhajiya, boiled vegetables and a bowl of vegan ice-cream.
All in all, although a lovely venue, this was not a well executed Afternoon Tea within this location and the party was left hungry and disappointed.
- Ian (6/5): - Its a good location but the building is all a bit old and tatty - although room and bathroom were clean there are nicer places to stay in Leicester. The price was cheaper than other places so i should have known. But i guess it was OK. There was NO parking on site - so you have to pay for that unlike other places
- Craig (10/5): - Quality rooms. Comfortable. Good WiFi.
- craig (7/5): -
- Waj (9/5): Amazing stay, fab room, let down by parking - Nice big room, big bathroom, extremely clean.
Very quiet apart from the outside bell which didn't bother me.
Very comfortable bed
Shops walking distance, which was great as I had to park away from hotel Steep stairs, knew that before booking but these were very steep.
No parking, even though i called and asked but was later advised due to maintenance there was no parking had to park 7 minutes away.
View of other building's from my window, I kept the blinds down lol
- 572chanid (10/5): Fantastic Fusion Wedding - We have just celebrated our wedding at The City Rooms. The venue itself was perfect. The layout allowed a nice flow of events throughout the day with a wonderful backdrop for us to capture our special day. A massive thank you to Paris and The City Rooms team. They all worked extremely hard to ensure everything went smooth sailing and demonstrated professionalism to a very high level. Paris was great from start to finish in terms of communication and problem solving to ensure on the day we had nothing to worry about and we could focus on enjoying the moment. She was accommodating to any specific requests we had and would even prompt with things that might have been overlooked without her input. Her experience and kindness made her stand out and I would highly recommend requesting her if you are planning on having your wedding / reception at the venue. Also A big thank you to Iron Swan (caterers) the guests have not stopped tlaking about how delicious and well presented the food was (both english and indian)
Also A special mention to Chirag who overlooked decorations and room turnarounds. He was A ninja in the night ensuring everything was set up the night before, with the highest level to detail. The decorations were incredible! It was truly A perfect day. THANK YOU 😊
- Belsham (8/5): -
- Sally (8/5): Ideal, central stop over - Very central, considering this, the room was quiet. Rooms are at back of the building, up lots of stairs. Self service Keycode was incorrect, so luckily I got hold of the sister property who soon gave us correct number for key. Unfortunately we had inconsiderate, noisy neighbours above. Room was perfectly acceptable, would use again. Shower screen leaks. Fabric bed needs a clean and a proper mattress, not a foam one, but ok for one night
- Lauren (10/5): - Excellent value for money in Leicester city Centre. Room is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Great coffee machine and mini fridge for those who need it. Could use an in room safe for those who bring valuables.
- 489emranm (10/5): Amazing Service from Sam at a Wedding I Attended - I was a guest at a wedding at City Reviews, and I have to say Sam really stood out. From the moment we arrived, she made everyone feel welcome and comfortable. Weddings can be a bit hectic, but she had such a calm and friendly way of managing things that it honestly made a huge difference.
What really impressed me was how she looked after my dad. He has diabetes, and at one point his blood sugar dropped suddenly. Sam noticed straight away, brought him food and a drink without any fuss, and made sure he was okay. It was such a kind and thoughtful thing to do, and we were so grateful.
The rest of the day, she kept checking in on people in such a discreet way, always making sure guests had what they needed before they even had to ask. It wasn’t just good service – it felt genuine and caring.
Sam turned a lovely day into an unforgettable one, and I can’t thank her enough.
- Lisa (9/5): Hidden gem... - Spacious, literally spotless, easy to self check in. Absolutely beautiful inside in Reception and had a sneaky peek at the wedding room, just WOW.
Heard nothing from other guests despite them being above us and lovely shower.
Good facilities, including a fridge! Slightly strange smell when we just got into the room, but not offensive, might benefit from a nice plug in like downstairs.
Vertigo on the stairs as they are narrow, the railing is low at the top and a bit rickety but that's not the owner's fault, it's the charm of the building.
Mattress not for me, its totally foam, so I ended up rolling to the edge in the night.
Was a bit warm in the night so could benefit from sheets so you can take off the duvet.
- Jaques (4/5): - Outside of building, clean Foam mattress - unacceptable for price
Very steep stairs to access room with no warning
No personal welcome. Emails are informative and helpful, but accomodation is a people businesses not a bot business
- Becky (7/5): -
- Emma (8/5): Overall good - Big rooms, great location No staff to help. Self-check in details were not sent until the day of check in, which left me stressed we would not gain access
- Cathryn (9/5): Nice central location and comfy bed - Its centre location Parking was very tight and we were blocked in by a staff member who we couldn’t find for a long time
- Stephen (9/5): -
- Piotr (6/5): -
- Rojo92 (10/5): A wedding to remember…. - I held my wedding ceremony and reception at the city rooms in Leicester primarily because it is such a beautiful building with character. The event went flawlessly and it was an amazing time. The event staff were so good on the day making sure everything flowed seamlessly. It was such a pleasure to have held our wedding here and it did really make it a special day.
- Tracey (7/5): Close to town. - The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The communal areas could do with some TLC, faded elegance.
- Graham (6/5): -
- Gareth (7/5): - Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. The bedroom door tended to open without warning!
- 570laaibahs (10/5): July Wedding - Many thanks to our coordinator Emily for all your efforts and help for this wedding, you were extremely patience with us and supportive throughout the whole process. You were literally made for this career and you’re smashing it. Again, we can’t thank you enough for all your efforts leading upto the day and the day itself🤍
- H3442UFjohnb (10/5): Great venue and service! - We held our corporate "Away day" at the city Rooms" and have to say they where fantastic to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and they were helpful and friendly throughout the day/evening. The venue and food was fabulous. We had a great time and wish to say a big thank you to Beth, in organising our event and to Teo, Ash, and Angel in running the event on the day, Thank you all great work!
- Claire (8/5): Great hotel, Great location. - Great location. Check in was simple. Secure parking. Lovely room and huge bathroom! Great shower. Nothing to dislike
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great position, poor admin? - Great position in the city, free parking, spacious room, but very hot (in July). Altho there was a fan, it was too noisy to leave on at night.
A bit disconcerting to have someone trying to enter the room at 01:15 saying that the key to our room had been allocated to him! It was lucky that there was a chain on the door that we'd chosen to use.
- Nancy (10/5): - Fabulous stay.
I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion.
We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us.
We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness.
The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. A huge and very clean room really good and comfortable.
The password for the wifi on an information sheet in the room omitted the second exclamation mark. Had to email the main hotel to get the correct password.
Wonderful hotel and would definately stay again but they do need to improve their communication
- Jon (2/5): - The property is not staffed, I arrived and my room key was not there, turned out my room was already booked and someone in it. No alternate rooms in this or sister hotel. Not at toy by them to help find another hotel.
Not heard directly from the hotel to apologise or arrange refund / compensation.
All round poor.
- Malika (8/5): - Check in and check out process was very simple. All information was provided by the hotel well in advance. The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Great experience staying here.
- Becky (9/5): Excellent hidden gem - Central location, private car park which was highly appreciated in this busy city. Communication was brilliant. The room was very comfortable. Couldn't fault the place.
- Pauline (10/5): Great location for our trip - Great location, easy free parking, they had provided items that were not always available in much more expensive rooms. We will stay again if we are in the area.
- Jean (10/5): Great price, lovely room. - Really pleased with this place. Massive, clean room. Easy to retreive keys. Car park information was conflicting, said midday the day before and 10.30 in the room info.
Thank you for the fan it was much needed.
- Dr (10/5): terrific and the electric fan was very much appreciated on what was a very hot day. thank you! - extra large bed, fridge, coffee maker and kettle, huge bath, comfy bed, location, on-site parking (need pre-booking with hotel). lovely stay! all good
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Danny (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Distinctive lodgings superbly located bang in the heart of a surprisingly likeable city. - Location, distinctive character of the premises, roominess. The windows rattled one night when it was windy, disturbing my sleep.
- Hh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Caspar (10/5): - An amazing stay right in the centre of Leicester with secure parking and at an amazing price!
- Stephen (6/5): - Pain in the back side, when no reception. Probably my fault for not reading full script. Codes for doors and parking night mare, so spent ages waiting for help. Will be staying in a proper hotel next time. And by the way, room was not that clean or what I had hoped for.
- Stephen (7/5): Good -
- F3423TRjanew (10/5): Faultless as always! - Once again, The City Rooms proved a wonderful venue for our year 13 leaver's ball. All communication with our contact Emily was prompt and professional, and nothing was too much trouble. The staff team on the night were faultless and made for a really enjoyable evening. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. We have used The City Rooms for several years now and will be booking again for next year.
- Harriet (10/5): Wonderful. - Location was incredible. We got married at the Town Hall that day, and it was perfect to be able to stay at the City Rooms and park. We got fresh milk from the kitchen too - thank you. Amazing place, nothing we didn't like.
- Diana (9/5): Superb - Excellent location , friendly staff, good restaurants Small point…The bag in the kitchen bin was too small for the bin…Recycling bins as well would be good.
- Adventure47818721340 (10/5): The wedding of our dreams! - We had our wedding at The City Rooms in April and it was a fabulous experience! Emily and the events team were wonderful, nothing was too much bother and the day went off without a hitch! From start to finish, great planning process and everything we could have hoped for. Wish we could relive our day in this stunning venue over and over again!
- Dream28041251501 (10/5): Picture perfect wedding venue - Could not have asked for a better wedding venue or a better team for my Nikkah. Every single person was kind, efficient and an absolute wedding planning genius. A special thanks to Izzy who was absolutely amazing, especially on the day. Every single guest complimented how beautiful the venue was, how well put together and well run the day commenced, and how delicious the lunch was. I could not recommend more. A huge thank you again to everyone at The City Rooms x
- Julie (8/5): Perfect for work and a good nights sleep - Lovely building, lots of space and comfortable - would have loved an easy chair and small table !
- Cheryl (2/5): - Steep stairs
- G3622MQjoshn (8/5): Hockey Annual Dinner - The evening was a great success with the staff being very helpful and professional with the running of the night. The 3 course meal was fantastic and all guests feedback on this was positive. The only negative was the pop up bar not being particularly effective as something wasn’t working meaning staff had to go down and fetch some drinks which on occasion took a while.
- BackPacker664126 (6/5): 40 minutes wait for welcome drink - We arrived with my mum in a wheelchair chair for the Mother's Day Indian afternoon tea...thank god the door man was there who was kind enough to take us up in the lift and wheel out the chair as the lift exit and entrance on the 1st floor was difficult and hard to lift the chair out and he kindly assisted. It started off well, the ballroom looked amazing and the pianist gave it a lovely vibe. Then it got bad we waited for someone to come to us and offer us a welcome drink noone even acknowledged us, then I asked some one to bring us our welcome drink, they didn't come back to us - half an hour went by I collared another member of staff we finally got our welcome drink after 40 minutes of being there. We got there at 1 pm as that's when it started, then we waited a further 30 minutes for our food which arrived at 2.10pm we were so hungry by this time. The presentation was good and the food was alright, I don't know what was Indian about the onion pastry roll! ( well I don't really know what it was). The masala tea had so many bits in it that you really needed a stainer to actually enjoy it withoutbcollecting a mouth full of bits from it- it was not really hot either I asked a number of times for a hot refill which they did give but each it was just drinkable. There clearly wasn't enough staff and so everyone was waiting. The table next to us weren't impressed with the length of time everything took to get to us.
- 717nitap (10/5): What a day to remember - Beautiful venue with a great team - This place is amazing, we had our Vow Renewal & 50th birthday party at City rooms, the staff here are so friendly & helpful, Izzy who was my Events manager was brilliant, she help me put everything together, we are so grateful to them all, thank you for making our day memorable.
- Verified traveler (6/5): City rooms - The room was good very clean and well presented. The area was not so great. Parking was free
No onsite facilities
- craig (6/5): Good overall room i would go back . - Middle of the town so good for food etc..... parking was good i did struggle to find it, even when i got the map , probably just me …..
Room was clean and tidy, nice big smart TV , good coffee machine bed was comfy, shower / bath could do with a slip mat but all in all it was fine.
I stayed in room 4 which was up a few very steep stairways i would not recommend if you struggle physically to be honest.
- Hester (6/5): Clean and - It was central and close to my conference venue. It was clean. Getting into the venue and finding my key was easy. The room was huge and the bed was comfy. There was no running hot water in the evening which was disappointing. The staircase to my room was steep and narrow which was hard to navigate with a big case.
- Baldwin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tiffany (6/5): Did the job for an overnight work stay. Lovely location. - Loved the central location, the allocated on-site parking space (tricky to find with Leicester hotels) and the historical building. The climb up to the rooms is a bit tricky with bags/heavy case.
My room was absolutely freezing, despite off-site staff “boosting” it for me, it was left on for an hour and the radiator needed bleeding. Had to get under the duvet in the eve for warmth!
Shower screen didn’t stay in place so water fell onto the floor.
- Andrea (7/5): Great location and nice room, but not as secure and convenient as hoped - The location was fantastic as we were visiting from London to see a show at the Curve Theatre. The hotel is a 6 minute walk to the theatre and a short distance to many restaurants and pubs, which we were very thankful for due to cold temperature! The instructions to find the hotel and carpark were clear and the check-in was very easy. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom and bathroom were both extremely spacious. Upon arrival, the keysafe for our room was open (not just unlocked, but hanging open). Our one set of keys was inside, but we were not aware if there was supposed to be a spare set and if this had been taken by someone else. Being two young women travelling together, this did cause us some worry. We latched the door overnight, and thankfully nothing happened, but as we were obviously sent the code to our room, we would've appreciated arriving to a locked keysafe for peace of mind if not for safety. The only other slight annoyance was that we had to vacate the carpark by check-out at 10:30. While I understand the need for space in the carpark for new hotel guests, the carpark itself was empty apart from my vehicle and one other. It would have been great if we were able to check out of the hotel and leave the car there for slightly longer, especially since the next guests wouldn't be checking in until 3pm anyway, but we unfortunately had to leave Leicester for London at 10:15 so as to not pay for onstreet parking while staying later to have a nice breakfast and explore the city as we had planned. If this is not at all possible, maybe advertising as such on the booking form would be good, as we could have planned our time better had we known before arrival that we would need to vacate the carpark by check out.
- Jenny (10/5): - A beautiful, peaceful stay! So much space and goregous natural light streaming through sash windiws in the morning.
The rooms are in an historic, listed building, so there are quirks and without the radiators it can be chilly, so if staying in the winter months consider bringing a cosy dressing gown to wrap up in, especially after a relaxing soak in the huge bathtub.
The coffee machine and chocolates were a wonderful treat. As was waking up right in the city centre.
- Alex (2/5): - The room was great, comfortable and clean but unfortunately the sash windows are loose so were rattling loudly throughout the night so I couldn't get any sleep.
I contacted the hotel to see if anything could be done to compensate but was told that because it's a grade 2 building it's a characteristic of the accommodation.
What I would suggest is putting some wooden wedges around the window frame to eliminate the movement.
If it wasn't from the noisy windows preventing me from getting to sleep I'd give this hotel 5 stars.
- tasfiar2025 (10/5): Wedding experience - From start to finish everything was perfect! I had a last minute wedding via the winter package deal all 200 guests loved the food and venue - Emily our co-ordinater was impeccable and extremely helpful - the photos of the venue speak for itself !
- Chigz1 (10/5): very clean, fantastic property, free parking - 5*
- balkisam2024 (10/5): Best Experience Ever!!!! - I had the best wedding day ever! Everything ran very smoothly because of Emily she was super on it and made the whole process super easy for me. Weddings are usually stressful on the day but thankfully Emily made it all easy for me. The venue is absolutely amazing literally straight out of Bridgeton. I’m so happy with how everything went
- Les (8/5): Very good - Great location and spacious room/bathroom. Picture by window damaged. Plug in bathroom sink didn’t work.
- Ravi (8/5): Very good - We spent only one night. The place was in a very convenient location. The room and the bathroom both were specious, clean with a comfort bed . The wardrobe was not clean enough to keep clothes. A fridge, a fan and some other items were stored in it .
The code for the carpark gate did not work.
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- lang (10/5): - Good centre location. Full detailed instructions for parking and checkin process.
- Hugh (10/5): - Lovely room in ideal location.
- Luca (8/5): A different stay in Leicester - Unusual setup and the check-in procedure was slightly confusing when I received it, but the room was spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom. Location was excellent.
- Robert (7/5): Good -
- Archer (1/5): Bad - The fact that there was no staff whatsoever, no one else seemed to be in the building , terrible place we checked in and checked out within an hour , awful I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there
- Nicky (10/5): Perfect for a city break and close to museums and restaurants. - A lovely historic building in the centre of Leicester with secure parking. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A huge choice of restaurants and pubs was on the doorstep. If there is an event at the venue it’s noisy in the room.
- Zoe (8/5): Very good - Room was amazing. Really individual design and had so much space. Have never stayed anywhere with such a large bathroom! Bed was really comfortable. Parking outside was easy to access and rare amongst city centre hotels. Spoke to staff on the phone and they were amazing! Super helpful and friendly. Outside noise did filter into the room which didn't bother me too much. After 11pm it was pretty much just the clock tower chimes :)
- Liu (7/5): Good -
- Rita (8/5): Very clean and the very good service - Very clean None
- Hannah (9/5): Comfortable & great location! - Perfect location. Clean. Parking available and it seemed secure. The door lock didn’t feel too secure. Very close to clock tower that chimes regularly but they did supply complimentary ear plugs on arrival. The window banged against the frame from the wind in the night but stopped after trying to wiggle/adjust it.
- juliawA3267XG (10/5): Wonderful New Year’s Eve - We had an amazing night on New Year’s Eve. Colleagues were very helpful, the food was lovely. We met some new friends and exchanged phone numbers. The only thing that was missing was a singer before the meal was served it may have only cost us an extra £5 each but it would have broken the evening up and we would have been happy to pay for that.
- Lisa (9/5): Superb - Great location for Leicester city centre. Clean and comfortable
- John (6/5): - Can't rate the staff because there weren't any.
TV didn't work. Too late to complain (I guess flat batteries in the remote)
Sink plug didn't work (a common hotel problem)
My biggest bug bear was that I received 14 e-mails either from the hotel or Expedia - just for a one night stay - ridiculous!
- Cameron (7/5): Convenient and comfortable - Very nice design and area The door kept us awake a fair bit, kept sounding like someone was knocking or banging, unsure why.
- Abhishek (6/5): Everything will be perfect unless.... - We liked the room. It was spacious and was comfortable and quiet apart from the occasional church bell which I personally find pleasant. Other than the usual tea and stuff, there was also a Nespresso machine which I loved. The location was also very good as it was on the street with nice bars and food. The codes provided for both the main door and the key lockbox were incorrect. Initially, we used the intercom at the door, where a staff member provided us with the correct door code, allowing us to enter. However, we had to call again to request the correct lockbox code, as that was also wrong. During the same call, I asked them to resend the door code since I hadn’t memorized the one given by the intercom lady.
While we eventually managed to sort things out, the situation could have been far worse if this had happened after 9 PM, as no help is available outside their regular hours. To make matters worse, the emergency security number provided for after-hours assistance just goes into voicemail.
Unfortunately, I later got locked out again at 11pm when coming back from the outing because the door code they had sent me during the second call was also incorrect. None of the helpline numbers worked, leaving me to fend for myself. By sheer luck, after trying different jumbled combinations of the numbers they provided, one of them worked.
While this could have been a one-off issue with mixed-up codes, it’s a serious problem. If someone finds themselves in a similar situation outside of operating hours, they could end up stranded with no assistance.
Just make sure to check the main door code multiple times before heading out.
- John (10/5): Really enjoyed my stay here. - Amazing room with a super comfy bed. Even better that parking on site was included.
- Erica (10/5): Lovely affordable comfortable clean - We liked the size of the bathroom and how warm the rooms were, it was a nice touch with the coffee machine there was lots to choose from with hot drinks and bottled water also. The bed was big and comfy it was lovely and clean. It was really nice , we would definitely stay again. It’s abit annoying how much the clock tower goes off but they do provide ear plugs so that’s a bonus. Not that we used them. But that’s not really no fault of the city rooms.
There needs to be a lift up the stairs also, I’m 6 and half month pregnant and carrying heavy so it was hard work climbing the stairs but I won’t be pregnant forever
I really don’t have much to grumble about but if anything just the small things that wouldn’t change the fact I’d definitely stay again
- Sheikh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Christopher (8/5): Two night stay - This is my third stay in the Leicester area, and this has been by far the best place I have stayed in. Free parking in such a central location and the room was clean and tidy. I was given all the entry codes and key codes in advance, so everything was hassle free. It's an old historic building, so you have to get used to the uneven floors and a bit of creaking here and there.
- Verified traveler (8/5): One Night Stay - Beautiful venue, spacious room, amazing location, great communications and instructions beforehand. Really comfortable bed.
However it was freezing cold!! Even with the radiators on full blast they stayed luke warm and the room and bathroom never warmed up.
Water pressure in bath/shower also quite low.
I would stay again if these areas were looked at.
- Mudassar (9/5): Superb -
- Morden (10/5): Exceptional -
- Derrick (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Had terrible smell and could hear every footsteps from up stairs.
- Donna (10/5): Exceptional -
- 861yacinb (10/5): The most amazing wedding day ever - We had our wedding here and it was the most magical night.
Our wedding coordinator Emily was outstanding on the day, she went over and beyond to ensure our day was magical and we will always be grateful.
Teo looked after the gents downstairs and was absolutely amazing - he was very attentive, very hospitable and the guests absolutely loved him.
Thank you thank you thank you!
- Heidi (5/5): Shamewe had this experience as this is nice but won’t return. - Good Location, comfy room. They failed to mention in Description on booking.com that they host parties etc. We had a birthday party going on till just before 1am which kept us awake. It was so loud, you could hear everything the DJ said, if we had of known this we would have stayed somewhere else.
The room was absolutely boiling.
The car park is hard to find and is very, very small so be careful if you have a big car. Especially as we had to shuffle round with 2 vans using the space too.
- Jayah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
