• Daniel Polec (10/5): Lovely modern suite in a central location to the Old Town of Verona - Spent 4 nights here and had a great break. The rooms are modern, well decorated and have all the facilities for a comfortable stay. Plus a good breakfast each morning...more than we could eat! Also in a really central location, with all the main attractions within a 10-15 min walk, plus some really good restaurants. A big 'thank you' to Valentina, as she was really helpful, on hand whenever needed and ensured that we had everything we needed. Highly recommend booking this accommodation for a Verona city visit. Nothing that we didnt like.

God frokost på rommet servert i en sjarmerende trekasse. Gode senger, store rom, vi bodde fire personer på hvert rom. Veldig sentralt, gåavstand til arenaen og shoppinggata på få minutter. Accolti da Valentina che ci ha subito fatto sentire speciali. La camera è molto bella,nuova e dotata di ogni comfort! La colazione in camera al mattino poi è stata strepitosa, abbondante,con una grande varietà di dolce e salato, frutta,succhi,torte... Soldi ben spesi! Parcheggio interno comodo e indispensabile Sicuramente se ritorneremo a Verona soggiorneremo ancora qui perché è di ottima qualità sotto ogni aspetto e siamo stati coccolati! • Massimo (9/5): Perfetto per godersi Verona senza rinunciare al comfort - La posizione della struttura é ottima a 5 min dal centro di Verona. Le stanze ha uno stile moderno e accogliente. Letti molto comodi. La colazione servita in stanza é gustosa e ben assortita. La struttura ha alcuni parcheggi a disposizione ma un po' piccoli per auto di dimensioni grandi.

• Bok Man (10/5): - Beautiful rooms and design. Unique features in some room (a piano in one of our room). Just be aware that the glass enclosed shower (partially frosted) is in the sleeping area if you are sharing room. Small elevator allow moving luggage with ease. Secured Parking inside courtyard within the building was a real bonus. Room enough for our rental Audi Q5 but may be not a full size SUV. Reception staff was fantastic, friendly and waited for us at the entrance to guide us through. Location is near to everything. Minutes from Arena and restaurants. The hotel is within ZTL ZONE but the road to the hotel is not restricted and you can drive through without restriction. Just be aware that access to side streets are all restricted.

Geräuschen von außen Dusche quasi im Zimmer (nur mit Duschtür zum Hauptraum abgetrennt), aus der Dusche waren leider Abflussgeräusche aus den Wohnungen des oberen Stockwerks zu hören

Besonders begeistert hat uns das Frühstück, das liebevoll in einer kleinen Box direkt aufs Zimmer geliefert wurde. Es fehlte an nichts: Die Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken war groß und sehr hochwertig. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der Parkplatz im Innenhof, der bequem und sicher war. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – die Innenstadt war in nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Alles war gut organisiert und durchdacht. Wir würden dieses Hotel jederzeit wieder besuchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die eine zentrale, entspannte und gut betreute Unterkunft suchen.

• Diane (7/5): The strange room - We were told at the end of the stay that the bidet was in the toilet and we were never asked about our dietary needs so didn't receive lactose free amd no sugar items. Finally having the steps to get to the bathroom ate a danger and inconvenience we had to manage. In addition the shower in the bethroom was very strange and equally inconvenient. I do not know how your place is considered a hotel especilly with 4stars. Very disappointed
