- Chris (1/5): Terrible due to the hotel being shut for refurbishment - The hotel wasn't actually open it was closed and me and other guests got told to go to a different Hotel The other hotel that mean the guests went to because the original was shut was it not good as I've left in the photos + had the police out due to antisocial behaviour in the hotel

- Chirunga (1/5): poor communication or no communication with client at all which is needed especially in that busines - Absolutely nothing ,only to be everywhere simply bcz of lack of communication to clients,if it was that we didn't call them ,no one knows what gonna happen next ,how can they mention "fully booked" after a 2 week booking before the day ,only to kno on arrival, besides looking at the place it needs renovation first before that building collapse with clients in ,I wouldn't stay in there with it's outside looks it simply shows nothing better inside, disappointed though the staff helped us last minute only to refere us to another dirtiest hotel which I refused staying in then the last one which one better for humans ,wasn't happy at all , thanks 👍 poor communication with management which caused us roaming around like chicken with no head last minute, which there were supposed to do before the booked day but never got in touch 😔

- KayEllis (3/5): - Comfortable bed. It was quiet. I slept well. WiFi worked most of the time. Plenty of towels. Only socket was next to top of door. Bathroom very cold and had not been swept behind the door. Taps wobbly. Hot water tap had to run for more than 5 minutes, then very little came through so I didn't dare try the shower.

- Tia (1/5): Absolutely terrible , please pay extra for a more decent hotel ex: no hot water , no heating , bed had dirty bedding on - There was not anything I liked about this property. The fact you walk In and it stunk of wet dog. The owner tried to make out the dog was tiny and was a “newborn” the dog was massive and stunk , it would run up and down the stairs all night. I added a note my son was disabled however was still given the top floor/room. The room was so out dated , everything was either broke or going moldy. The curtain was hanging by a thread. X2 guests but only 1 cup the cup was dirty , the kettle was disgusting. The carpet was coming up , given 1 hanger for x2 guests supposedly for 2 days. No wardrobe. Would NOT recommend! The shower was filthy , dirty towels all over the floor , razors in the shower with hair in , it stunk all the way thru the house. Shared toilets, disgusting. Do better wouldn’t go back. No hot water in the room or the bath room so couldn’t wash. Hot tap didn’t even work in the bed room! Tv smaller than my son’s iPad 11 , no remote for the tv. My view out of the window was a pile of dog shit. (Which was there from when we checked in / and left).
Men running around all night banging on doors , no heating in the bedroom (it was that cold I had to go out and buy my son thick pjs he was freezing) on exit the landlord wasn’t even there. I left to check out at half 9 and I was still nocking on the door at 10:15am waiting to hand the keys over. In the end I had to leave them on a light switch because I couldn’t stand there anymore! It stunk of wet dog and disappointment! If I could add more pictures I would.
- elizabeth (1/5): Not family friendly at all! - Free parking Hello, please can you respond to my messages. Apparently, this message goes through to the head office which was confirmed by the manager of the hotel. I do my believe this one bit. I expect a reply please from wherever this message goes to.
Reason for a refund;
The owner of the hotel said they would sort out a refund via the management due to myself giving back truthful feedback about the reason why I didn’t wish to stay in there with my 6 year old.
The hotel was a mess, no kettle but did have cups and tea/coffee. Drawers were a mess inside. Adults smoking cannabis outside. The windows were filthy, the windows didn’t close. No heating in the room - freezing cold. Cobwebs hanging off the ceiling. Door didn’t lock from inside. The room we were meant to have wasn’t ready on arrival, even though myself and my daughter had given them 2 hours notice that we arrived and parked up.
We wasn’t put in the hotel we had booked due to the room not being ready, we was transferred next door which again was absolutely filthy and the downstairs was being refurbed - not child friendly at all.
Excuse by a gentleman were that the hotel was having a new refurb.
We got moved into another hotel after I handed my keys in. Again, filthy hotel, excuse was that the manager only started her job 3 weeks ago and that they had no cleaner. Loud residents. Residents smoking canabis outside again. Manager up until very late with residents - talking loud. Again, not child friendly.
I will be leaving a review very soon via all review platforms - I would appreciate a refund due to this situation please.
It is very unprofessional of you ignoring my request!

The room was a good size with a really nice view of Blackpool tower although my photo doesn't do it justice.
There was free tea or coffee available and had it's own private bathroom, everything was clean and tidy ready for our arrival and the bed was a good cozy spot for us to crash at the end of the day.
Overall we had an amazing stay and hope others give it a chance.

- Racheal (1/5): Disgusting - Nothing ★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing and Unsafe Stay
We booked two rooms for four adults, including one guest with a mobility disability who uses crutches. Despite notifying the host in advance, one of the rooms was not ready upon arrival. When we inspected the room, we discovered used underwear in one of the beds, which immediately raised hygiene concerns.
Throughout the stay, there was no heating or hot water in the rooms. The host, who initially advised us to call with any issues, did not respond to multiple attempts to reach her. The area felt unsafe as individuals on the premises approached us multiple times offering drugs.
Additionally, there were more than 45 rubbish bags piled directly outside our window, attracting flies into the room. The wardrobe was in poor condition and practically unusable. Fire safety also appeared inadequate, with no clear evacuation signage and fire extinguishers that appeared out of date.
Overall, the property was unclean, unsafe, and poorly managed. We ultimately chose to leave and stay elsewhere. I strongly recommend avoiding this accommodation until significant health, safety, and management issues are addressed
- philip (9/5): Definitely value for money Land lady very friendly she introduced herself as Zoe and said if I neede - No breakfast included but the location was ideal just off the seafront landlady very friendly nothing too much trouble very pleasant enjoyed my stay there I will definitely try there again As far as I could tell throughout my stay the place was cleaned on a regular basis a young lady was hoovering the stairs and the passageways and replacing milk coffee etc so all okay

- Danielle (1/5): Communication between staff is awful, they haven’t got a clue how to run a hotel ; we got checked in at 9pm instead of 3 -
- Clive (10/5): - The well decorated and warmly heated room I was in. The ambient lighting. The friendly service in the hotel. Recommend. I didn't like having to leave.

- Little (1/5): Do not stay here under any circumstances - Rude owner always on drugs attitude lije you wouldnt believe.constant shouting till the early hours. Everything about the place.
- Jody (1/5): -
- Martin (1/5): - Nothing about this hotel it was an absolute disgrace We'd booked 2 family rooms. However, when we arrived, the 2 family rooms weren't what we received. Yes, we ended up with an extra room, but this just added to mayhem.
We were told the rooms would be ready for 3 pm. However, we had to wait an extra hour before receiving the keys.
When ending the rooms, the rooms were not up to minimum standards.
In the bathroom, the sink was broken. The toilet hadn't been cleaned, and the hot water wasn't even working at all
The beds were all ripped, and the bedding wasn't the best.
The window in the room the glass of it was cracked and needed replacing. When looking out of the window, the owner had a dog, and there was dog poo everywhere you looked from the window.
There was blood on the walls in the room. Also, the coffee/tea set up everything was dirty.
We were booked in for 2 nights, and we all ended up going the next day as this was unacceptable.
My children and I have been bitten all over our bodies, so there must have been fleas throughout the hotel.
If I could do this rating 0/10 that us what thr score would be.
- Adele (1/5): Awful - Nothing at all Everything the mess of it was unreal
- Nicola (1/5): Never staying here again - Staff were nice and welcoming The rooms were disgusting 1 plug for the room cuboards were all scruffy and peeling springs in the beds were a mess sticking into your body very uncomfortable night sleep wasn't clean atal window was broken couldn't close it of a night time hot tap didn't work carpets were filthy walls were filthy and paper peeling off cobwebs everywhere things left from previous people under the beds people arguing and drinking in the middle of the night slamming doors ext just really isn't as the pictures show
- Clive (10/5): - If you feel like drifting this is the place for you. Nothing.

- Aaron (5/5): Ok for value but won’t be staying again and the damages and arguments and host no where to be seen. - First night was quiet and we where out all day every day along the pier but had a kettle in with teas and coffees I messaged the host a few times but no reply and host was no where to be seen until the last day. no towels, lot of arguing in the hotel on the Wednesday night until 5am and lots of doors slamming. Window was smashed, holes in wall, cable cover box going over the cubboard, sink smashed, laminate flooring not connected near the door way and beds was on wheels which was on laminate so kept sliding all the time.
- Lance (1/5): -
- Chantel (1/5): - Nothing Everything there was mold on window and a big mark on the mattress couldn't sleep on it ut was still wet coming though the sheet had to get a another hotel
- Howell (1/5): It was nightmare. /. Nobody should have to see what we seen. Expecting a lovely hotel - There was nothing to like.
It was a brothel / drug den
Travelled & hours with 3 children
They are traumatised and upset
The owner needs mental health support and definitely to be shut down. Over 1000 complaints. £150 2 nights when £17 on other sites. It’s on you tube etc. how is the woman aloud to do this. It was tramatized my whole family and we lost our money. How is this fair
- Ben (8/5): -
- FAMOUS (5/5): More room for improvement - Close to the sea side It needs proper referbresment
- Sean (5/5): For the price we paid it was value for money - Friendly staff and great location and easy to get to everywhere Cleanliness has room for improvement, horrible smell as we got into the room
- Debbie (1/5): Disgusting room. - The staff member was friendly and helpful. The state of the room. No hand towel at sink, the floor was sticky, used tissues around the bed. Nothing had been cleaned including the bedding. The door lock barely held the door closed.
- Smith (1/5): - We did like driftwood nead lot work on it Could do bed and breakfast no good
- Michal (10/5): -
- Sarah-Jane (7/5): - The location Shared bathroom
- Martin (1/5): WTF.COM - It was close to the beach. Genuinely don't know where to start!! DO NOT TRUST THE PHOTOS, THEY'RE NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU GET ALLOCATED!!!!!
This place is NOT SUITABLE for families with children, unless you love cramped tiny spaces.... and if you love the smell of marijuana (weed) wafting into your room! Broken beds? Broken sinks? Broken taps? "ENSUITE" rooms, the size of aeroplane toilets! The wiring in the room 😯 it's like 1 plug socket with another one wired off that, then another wired off that one etc etc!! NO LIGHTS IN THE ROOM EITHER, just a lamp chucked on the floor at the bottom of the bed?!?!?
But my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE has to be the pigeons 🐦 that you can hear walking in the attic and cooing all night!!!
Or, was my favourite the P*ss stained duvets🤢??
I genuinely can't make my mind up as I have soooo many favourites (this is sarcasm BTW)
So, overall maybe book it?? But I would highly recommend that you DON'T!!!!!!
Oh, and they don't supply towels like they say!!!
Oh, and there is NO vending machine like advertised!!
I have added a couple of TRUE photos for anyone who wants to compare... I have more if needed 😳
- verma (2/5): -
