Great location to town centre. Free street parking if you can find it but a car park at top of street. A budget hotel at a good price. I was very happy with my stay.

- muhammad (1/5): Overall, a very bad experience and I would not recommend this hotel. The manager is racist - honestly nothing to like very bad hotel Very disappointing experience. Check-in was delayed and we were asked to wait outside. The room was not properly clean, facilities were poor, and overall the service was unprofessional. It did not match the expectations shown online.

- Dawn (2/5): - No food included Really poor, torn carpet’s stained bedding etc
- Jordan (1/5): Dirty and disorganised - Was in a good location was a short walk to beachfront and centre. Free street parking outside as long as there was space left. When we got there for 4pm check in the manager hadn’t even got our room ready as had been out on piss until early hours so we had to wait, went back at about 6ish to be told they’ve got to give us another room. All was very disorganised! We finally got to our room to which wasn’t cleaned properly definitely hadn’t been hoovered, stains on carpet (to which I know sometimes can’t be helped), room smelt but couldn’t pin point what smell was but wasn’t a nice fresh smell, bedding was stained and had cigarette burns, bed was extremely uncomfortable but luckily it was just a place to sleep after being out, mugs provided had bits of dirt in, rooms need to have general upkeep as cracks and holes in walls ect, shower was really small and couldn’t get any hot water at all (we tried to find the manager to say about the water temp however couldn’t find him). definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here as it is we stopped the one night out of the two we booked as couldn’t bring ourselves to stop the second night so found somewhere else
- Kevin (9/5): We just needed a bed for 1 night in Blackpool and this was perfect - Quiet property and they was a long stay car park nearby Beds were a bit hard and we didn’t get the wifi password (we didn’t ask for it in fairness)
- Amir (1/5): - I don’t like anything All hotel need a full cleaning and rooms stink and bed condition very bad
- Ahmed (9/5): -
- Liddle (1/5): - The bloke who owned it Cold room ,cold shower , broken toilet seat no electricity monday morning
- Michal (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- John (1/5): - I did not stay as no one answered the door or mobile number to check me in. Another couple waiting had the same problem. Due to no response I had to find somewhere else to stay. I don't recommend this place as they don't answer the door or phone and leave you waiting for ever in the freezing cold. Payment should only be made when checked in not before. I'm now requesting my refund and that's a nightmare too as no response. Avoid at all costs There's no staff so avoid this place.
- Molly (1/5): very poor - nothing they didn’t even let us check in! we arrived at 4pm which was the check in time. on the door it stated to ring the doorbell or to ring the number stated. we did both numerous times, no one come to let us in. i rang the number about 10 times over the space of an hour. Other residents of the hotel also tried to contact the owner and still no response. we were stood outside for almost 2 hours and then decided to get another hotel and the owners still haven’t contacted since to sort a refund!
- Bushra (5/5): - Location was good. Room was big. Hygiene and the smell in the room
- Nancy (10/5): - Everything great accomodation for the price been a few times lovely host
- Pamela (8/5): Cheap and cheerful - The price. The room was clean and the shower was good. It was an easy walk to Blackpool promenade, the arcades and a bit further - the shopping centre. A bit shabby. But….. the man is about to redecorate
- Philip (1/5): Absolutely disgustingly shocking - Nothing Everything
I was kept awake for the three nights. I was there by somebody arguing on my right hand side and somebody snoring louder than ever lesson must be 3 feet away from me through a tiny little door.
The place was filthy, and I mean filthy.
I was insulted by the guy when I got there asking me who I was in a manner that is not be fitting of accommodation.
When I got to the door, he didn’t even ask me my name he said ID.
I’ve worked in hospitality all my life and I absolutely disgusted and the only reason I did it because I had paid for it and luckily I was on my own and there was nobody with me.
There was a TV there but no remote control the bed or anything apparently wasn’t made when I got there cause he told me it would be ready in a little while so I had to leave and come back when I came back. The sheep was on the wrong way and there were stains all over it and it was debris all over the floor. The room was cold absolutely freezing. Never any heating on while I was there.
Half a toilet roll in the bathroom which was shared and I understood that, but the floor was swimming with water and I could’ve snapped my neck. I could keep going and going and going, but I won’t be.
I am really surprised that Booking.com have this kind of place on their books. It shows you don’t care and I might start using something else from now on.
- sandra (6/5): -
- Beatrice (10/5): - It's quite but I don't like the carpets because of asthma. Old bed flame in single rooms cold in single room but everything was oky a warm welcome and nice chatting Old carpet
Cold single rooms

- Kelsi (8/5): Great value for money and owner was very friendly - The owner is so welcoming and friendly N/a
- Pathik Patel (1/5): Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. - Terrible experience. The receptionist was extremely rude with unacceptable behavior. Completely ruined our stay. This hotel does not deserve guests. Never visit this hotel.
- carly (10/5): - Room was freshly decorated, was clean, I can't believe how cheap it is I've stayed Inna lot worse for more than I paid here Had no problems
- Lauren (8/5): Great, we will be returning - Jay the owner was lovely, very welcoming and attentive. Only downfall was the damaged window that let a cold draft in jay did his best with a heater on top of radiators on.
- chris (10/5): Pure relaxation and peace cosy and warm friendly vibes 🥰👊 - Absolutely amazing been in over 20 hotels and Jay is the best by miles this man knows how to run a hotel no messing around no drunks or people high on drugs is what swayed it for another stay always there with condiments and towels and heating on when you want place always smells amazing would highly recommend it to anyone 10/10 👊 Everything was perfect 👌
- Charlie (1/5): -
- Anna (10/5): - Jay was a lovely host honestly couldn't ask for better very attentive friendly an funny All good
- chris (10/5): Excellent 👌 - Manager was amazing sorted us out with condiments went above ann beyond excellent customer service room warm and clean would highly recommend it to anyone 10/10 Nothing everything was perfect 😀
- ullah (1/5): -
- kilpatrick (10/5): - The owner Jay was very accommodating. He went out of his way to get us a room that we asked for. He even minded our bags on the day we left, for us. From cliffy and marie,
- Ellis (6/5): -
- Liz (1/5): - Turned up to check in at 4pm, the door was locked, couldn’t contact the owner and we ended up booking somewhere else.
- William (8/5): - For the price, excellent. Bigger towel
- Readman (8/5): - Location and price can't be faulted
- Callum (3/5): Freezing, worn, in disrepair, uncomfortable and dirty. Very very dirty. A brothel would be cleaner.. - The host was very polite. A little intimidating at first, but explained why. Its a shame that it suffers a drug and crime problem and I wish it improves over time removing those people.
If you're on a tight budget AND need a hotel today, here's your hotel. Don't expect much... usually their prices are fixed, so this is a great last resort hotel.
A kettle is provided with amenities. You get a room. You get a bed. It's good for a night. If you're needing a room after the football game, this is perfect by distance factor.
No rats found so that's a plus. Its incredibly run down, almost like its been abandoned. Towels were presented and a cup at check in, which I expected this to be present at the room. I was given room 8 on my stay.
The bathrooms are shared. The locks do not work so I wouldn't use a shower at a risk of someone coming in.
The room itself was basic, a typical classic Blackpool hotel, far from modernised. A sink was built in with my room, the light for it was broken. A tiny TV was present but never worked. I came at a time when there was wind and the window didn't close properly so there was so much draft that I had to sleep in EXTRA clothes. The curtains were way too short and light got in too early. The bed was VERY hard, bumpy and the springs have severely worn down. Lying on flat concrete would've been more comfortable. Walls are paper thin.
If you need WiFi, good luck. There's no signs of WiFi passwords around the hotel even though there was availability.
I can't fault too much over it. The hotel has a reoccurring issue of drug usage and crime, which the owner tries to stop it.
I've been in hotels in the area that have served me much better for even a little less than £20. I'd use this as a last resort. This hotel needs a lot of work done. God forbid if they EVER serve breakfast...
- Brett (7/5): We stayed on a Friday night for just £20, so don’t expect the Hilton. For the price, it was a great hotel. The host was - Great location It was dated could do a lick of paint
- Lord Michael (8/5): It was ok - There was no Breakfast. The area was ok No lock on TOILET door on my floor, tv had no control,
- martin (8/5): Great for the price - it was exactly what you expect for the low price ‘great for getting few hours sleep after a night around blackpool’ tv ‘kettle & bed what more do you need ‘ ‘ great friendly host bit run down ‘ but you can see it’s work in progress’
- Daniel (10/5): -
- Basilio (5/5): - No cleaning floor dirty and hairy
- Lukes (10/5): -
- Paul (3/5): - Our rooms were clean however run down also very cold over night as no heating provided so the rooms became damp. Only 1 working tv through both rooms also a ceiling that was ready to cave in by the looks of it. The guy who was running the place was super friendly and tried to help as much as he could.
In all honesty there was maintenance happening and I would definitely say it was needed. The lack of heating which lead to the rooms becoming damp over night.
- Alison (6/5): -
- Geraghty (1/5): - I paid for my booking on booking.com and received my resavation, however once I got there he didn't answer the door or the phone and kept on hanging up once he did answer the door he didn't slow me to book in using my resavation and my login details for my Halifax banking app and point blank refused to book me in without photographing identity for witch I do not have and was very rude and aggressive to me is this how booking.com conducts business for paying customers well no thanks I paid for my booking on booking.com and received my resavation, however once I got there he didn't answer the door or the phone and kept on hanging up once he did answer the door he didn't slow me to book in using my resavation and my login details for my Halifax banking app and point blank refused to book me in without photographing identity for witch I do not have and was very rude and aggressive to me is this how booking.com conducts business for paying customers well no thanks
- Haydn (6/5): Ok - Location good and the guy who let me in and showed me to my room was friendly Could have been a bit cleaner, cold water tap didn’t work, big crack in window and no remote for TV
- li (1/5): - No like The hotel photos were completely different from the actual room, and the room smelled terrible! It was cold and damp, which made me feel unwell, causing me to cough, feel chest tightness, and shortness of breath. Moreover, only one person made all the decisions in the entire hotel, and his attitude was appalling!
