• Raksha (6/5): - Close to the beach. Comfortable beds Cockroaches. Acons were not working. No beach towels available. Check out is quiet early at 9am. Had to negotiate with land lady for 10am.

It was lovely,spacious and comfortable.lounge suite and coffee table could do with an upgrade though and new towels would be great.I loved the convenience I would definitely book here again at unit 803 . Everything was good .

My husband is a big man and it didn’t even go around his body There is a small clip missing in the shower shelf in main room where shampoo goes and iron is missing the cap where you add water

• Donald (10/5): My expectations were exceeded! Not only would I recommend this place, I’d definitely book it again on my next trip! - The area is beautiful, clean and feels very safe. The building and apartment fantastical, well designed, spacious, great facilities, great view of the Indian Ocean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

• Abram (7/5): Good - Cleanliness of the apartment, warm reception since we checked in earlier than anticipated. The place is near the shops and restaurants, the list is endless. The towels were never changed. Same towels from our check in on Friday till our check out on Monday. I understand that there's no housekeeping service on Sunday but they could have changed them on Saturday.

• Ian (7/5): Enjoyed our stay at the Bermudas, would look elsewhere before booking here again. - Location, ease of access, close to centre of town. Parking was a shambles, was asked to move our vehicle three times, no set parking bays. One of the air conditioners in the small bedrooms was not working which made it very uncomfortable for two of our guests who resorted to sleeping in the lounge due to high temperatures, this was reported and checked by maintenance only to be advised that required would only be available in the New Year, this should have been checked prior to our arrival. Compensation was requested…..still waiting for a reply from management.

• Daniella (10/5): Magnificent view in an immaculate, beautiful apartment right on the promenade - Sensational view from a true gem of an apartment. Spotless, well maintained, air conditioned, comfortable, secure building with direct beach access on the Umhlanga promenade. One of the more breathtaking views I’ve seen. Feels like we were on the very tip of the ocean. It’s small and simple, but has everything one could need. And it is immaculate in its hygiene and cleanliness. Serviced daily. The building has a pool (not heated) but it’s a nice option other than the beach. They provide great beach towels - super helpful. Managing agent provides great service and is very efficient. We had a problem with the lock on the door, it was sorted out immediately. Kettle was replaced without me even having to say something - the apartment’s cleaning service noticed it wasn’t working well and had it swapped out for us. The managing agent is excellent! Would stay here again and again. Thank you! Liked everything but just a note: The main bedroom is directly off the lounge with a folding type of sliding frame door - interesting set up - but it’s part of the amazing open view set up so we were happy with it. But not the most private main bedroom. Second bathroom is teeny tiny - but manageable. Kitchen utensils could do with an upgrade (but really not a major concern. Just providing constructive feedback).

• Pervaiz (5/5): Passable - Besides the view nothing is good Only suitable for a couple the master bedroom doesn't even close properly got a shutterdoor and no keys available, bathroom door is also a frosted door without lock ,the other bathroom is extremely small,towels r only change after 3 days even the bath mat doesn't get change every day and it gets wet so badly because the shower door is not completely close its a half door ,take extra towels and extra bath mats as it's not mention here they give u all this details in the confirmation paper when u arrive .the rest of the 2 rooms r very small I am sending the pic of confirmation at the time of arrival so pls read it the lady at the office was extremely rude like I am staying for free

It was extremely hot but this unit had aircons and poweful ceiling fans everywhere so we didn't want to really go out. It was really comfortable and we would definitely visit again The only thing that i can say is that more mirrors need to be installed in the rooms cause we were many ladies and could only use the mirrors in the bathrooms

• Heather (10/5): Aside from the ocean being a stone's through away, the apart was really comfortable, bright and airy - The property's location was ideal; a few steps from the beach and promenade and a comfortable walk into Umhlanga Village. There isn't anything we did not like about the property. This was our 4th visit!

• Paul (9/5): The apartment is excellent and this was the reason we booked it again. - There is still a leak behind the toilet in the 2nd bathroom. We reported this when we visited in February this year, but it has still not been fixed.
