Spacious rooms and comfortable with amenities helped us to relax throughout our stay. We had a smooth check-in process and would like to compliment the front desk staff Mr. Akash and Ms. Sudarshana for the courtesy. We had celebrations at Yi Jing, throughout the lunch hour every staff member was incredibly polite, humble and courteous. A big thank you to Mr. Chetan, Mr. Dev, Mr. Dheeraj, Mr. Deep, Ms. Priyanka for giving us an amazing time and making our celebrations special. Even the buffet breakfast service was good. Mr. Shaik gave us impeccable service and we had a comfortable dining time. Over all a beautiful stay with truly warm hospitality from all, I look forward to visit again.

Keep it up.best regards and best of luck. 1)please arrange iron connecting plug in proper place in rooms as they are not user freindly 2) unpleasant incidenses at breakfast area During Rush hours can be avoided by meticulously arrangement of staff x supervisors cordination.. The property itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. A special mention to Riya at the reception, who truly made my stay memorable. She was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive throughout, always going the extra mile to ensure everything was smooth and comfortable. Her courteous nature and professionalism really stood out. The culinary experience at the hotel was equally impressive. Dining at Golconda Pavilion, Peshawri, and Dum Pukht Begum’s was a delight. Each restaurant offered a unique experience, and the food was consistently outstanding—rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and truly satisfying. Overall, my stay at ITC Kohenur exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hyderabad and look forward to returning again soon.

- Karthik (8/5): Great stay marred by poor sound insulation - Staff courtesy and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Cleanliness. Breakfast buffet spread. The sound insulation on the balcony door of the one bedroom suite on the 36th floor totally spoiled the experience of an otherwise excellent stay. The noise of the traffic, even people screaming could be heard inside like it was happening right outside the door. Particularly annoying was the sound of the bikes racing on the street between 2AM and 4AM. I could not get one wink of sleep. Hope they resolve this by upgrading the sound insulation considering how expensive the tariff on this suite is.

Kajol at reception waited patiently while I had some last minute meeting came up at checkout time. And lastly, Duty Manager Risabh has so generously allowed and extra hour beyond checkout time so that I can arrange my stuff smoothly. Thank you team at Kohenur.

The overall vibe of the hotel is elegant and relaxing, making it perfect for a comfortable getaway. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy bed, a separate sitting area, and a large washroom featuring a bathtub along with a walk-in closet — truly luxurious in every sense. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a great variety of delicious options. We also tried in-room dining, and the food was equally delightful. Overall, everything from comfort to hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a premium and memorable stay in Hyderabad!

The Breakfast área and options are a great way to start the day and i really enjoyed the gym / garden áreas too. It also has the Business Park next door which made the trip easy.
- raviM1197 (10/5): Review of stay at ITC, Kohenur - Located at hi-tech city and is an hour drive from airport. The city is a concrete jungle with business units from all parts of the world. The hotel appearence is good and gives a good business look. Rooms are spacious and clean. Room services and upkeep is good. Value for money for business visits is acceptable but for personal stay it is expensive. But one aspect that yhehotel has to look into is credit of points to Bonvoy membership. This must be aitomatic on check out, which at present does not happen unlike ITC, Gardenia, Bangalore. Noise level is low and acceptable. Being more inclined to business, amenities for family stay is limited Staffs were helpful and special appreciation to Anindhya at front office.

- akbak1 (6/5): Luxury hotel in IT Hub - Our family planned a curated tour of Hyderabad’s luxury icons, staying one night at each. We included the ITC Kohenur, expecting the gold standard associated with the Marriott Luxury Collection. Unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of these expectations. Several issues that are uncharacteristic of a five-star establishment, lack of notable cleanliness issues, unstable (wobbling) furniture, absence of towels and other accessories for the third guest and most concerningly, half-eaten chocolates left in the minibar from a previous guest. To the hotel’s credit, Ms Ashika did a good job of reaching out and make amends by offering our family of three a complimentary lunch at the Golconda Pavilion. While the meal was excellent and the staff's intent was sincere, a meal cannot compensate for a lack of basic cleanliness and hygiene. Ultimately, we left without the sense of luxury or the 'Luxury Collection' polish that is expected from the Marriott portfolio. Luckily the next day stay at another luxury chain salvaged our Hyderabad tour. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.

A special mention for the Indian filter coffee cart. Our group became regulars very quickly (dozens of cups in a week and a half), and the quality never wavered. Pradyumna, who runs the cart, was quick, efficient, friendly, and clearly takes pride in what he serves. The filter coffee alone became a highlight of our mornings. A great start to the day and a strong experience overall.

This is a super luxury hotel where the staying rates may cross 40k rupees. The hotel is situated inside the high-tech city, Hyderabad. You'll surely get the value of the money spent.

Luxurious ambience, amazing rooms, super-comfortable bedding, and a relaxing bath with lovely - I had an amazing stay at ITC Kohinoor and a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambience throughout the property was beautiful and calming, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. The hospitality was exceptional, and Chef Ayush took great care of us during our stay, which made the experience feel warm and personalized. The food at Peshawari was outstanding, with a rich, traditional, and cultural ambience that felt very authentic and immersive. We also dined at Yi Jing, where the cuisine was excellent and the service by Pooja was attentive and thoughtful. Overall, the stay was memorable and extremely enjoyable, and I am definitely looking forward to my next visit and another wonderful experience with ITC.

Check in took 30min as front desk staff is overwhelmed. In room dining, doesn’t pick up calls. Request for extra bed took 1.5hr , while house keeping staff said 15min. This was the experience on the 1st day and our Christmas Eve dinner was ruined as we had to keep shuttling. Staff is untrained and don’t know how to behave with guests. Cocktails hours are there , but food counter empty, even plates aren’t there. Only good thing about the hotel is the room, as it doesn’t involve living things. It should be called ITC Kohenur-God be with you.

I was there for four days and this comes as news very casually in a pamphlet expecting me to”understand the inconvenience “ I’m sorry but what kind of luxury property does this? The duty manager had offered to compensate a nights stay. However - it’s been over 20 days and after multiple follow ups, I still haven’t received anything. Complete lack of support.
