• Nina (10/5): - This place Sage House is an amazing place to stay. Clean , comfortable, quiet in a nice location. Paul the host came by to say hello very pleasant gentleman. The accomodation is as seen on the photos. Bed was comfortable. Refrigerator clean. I mean this place was spotless and I'm not a very easy person to please when it comes to staying in accomodarion. This is a place of book over and over. Back garden lovely and there's also inside the conservatory a small golf putting mat with ball return. You have your own shower and basin in your bedroom. Shared toilet outside which was in immaculate condition and more than enough toilet papers. Ample crossaints, oats, yogurts in the fridge, juice, water, tea,coffee,sugar and there was always a hot pot of coffee. Several Thumbs Up for Sage House. 👍👍👍👍👍✨️✨️✨️ Mi one gripe. The medicine cabinet in the bedroom is too low down on the basin. Not too comfy to wash the face might get a head bump. But that would not stop me from staying there again. Like I said amazing accomodation.

• Stevie (10/5): - Location was perfect for my needs, host sorted out any issue that was raised during my stay quickly, great communication, room was perfect with an ensuite bathroom and shower the house was pretty much empty during my stay so it's like I had the whole house to myself which was a plus. Some of the food items in the kitchen and fridge had gone past use by/best before dates even some from last year, raised it with the host and was quickly rectified.

Would be a risk if someone didn't notice it hadn't clicked shut via the door closer.. The house was close to what looked like quite rough area. Albeit the property was nice.
• Vicki (10/5): A beautiful property - I booked single room but when I arrived, I had a lovely double room with private bathroom and the use of the entire house to myself. The kitchen was lovely as was the conservatory. Nothing to dislike.
• Graeme (6/5): Comfortable but isolated accommodation. - Ok room and spacious communal kitchen, dining and living areas. Basic breakfast included. I.e. cereal, eggs, juice etc. The place is definitely isolated. About a kilometre to nearest supermarket or pub. Only 300 or 400 metres though to a bus stop. Bread and skim milk for breakfast were both well past their use by dates.

The owner was clear, polite and friendly about instructions. Nothing to do with the property or the owner. One of the other guests was obviously smoking drugs as we left.

• Siva (9/5): Safe, clean and comfortable - Self check-in , clean , secure bedroom , clean bathroom and good shower While it was great to find tea making arrangements in the kitchen downstairs, it would be good to have a kettle and tea/ coffee facility in the rooms

• Millad (9/5): Pretty short but convenient - The breakfast was set out to make for yourself. I didn't make any and left for work early. There was cereal, oats and croissants. The room was clean but the bed was positioned right beside the window. The breeze from the window was leaking through all night and I caught a cold the next day.

• Ginika (5/5): I had 2 very good night's of sleep in a very comfortable bed, but room was overpriced. - There was a clean and well-stocked kitchen for guests. Unfortunately I had to leave very early for work and came back late each night so I did not make use of the kitchen. The house was generally very clean and tidy and Paul was readily available and very helpful with sorting out any issues. The first room I was booked into was a tiny and pokey room, and was very cold. I expected much more space for £50 a night. The property manager, Paul, kindly assigned me to a more spacious room, but still below my expectations for £50 a night. Again the room was cold and Paul had to bring an electric heater for me to use. On the second night the shower was barely tepid and I could not have a shower. It was the same in the morning and I forced myself to have a very quick shower before leaving for work. The bedroom locks from the outside with a code lock, so I can not lock the door from inside. The bed was the best feature of my stay which was so comfortable and I had 2 very good nights of sleep. The house was quiet and very clean.

Great to have kitchen use including hot water tap, free bottled water, milk and cereals. Sky tv; nice lounge to relax in. Good parking. Some cosmetic updating needed but overall clean. I hadn’t sensed/spotted that we were renting some of the 8 rooms in the house so there were other occupants. On an estate so need to drive or order in/cook for food.

• Greg (3/5): Avoid. - The house gave me a place to park, sleep and the TV worked One of the most impersonal experiences I've ever had with a hotel, Paul only sent texts with access codes and when I wemt for breakfast was met with automated security cameras pointed in my face. The bed was filthy and the room was cramped. There was only a dirty shared toilet and the TV remote looked like something had been spilled on it and never cleaned. The room was grubby and the bed was like a rock. For your own sake, AVOID.

• Paul760 (8/5): 2 night stay Northampton. - Clean airy room. Free car parking. Reasonable location 15min drive from town centre or 20min bus route only 5mins walk away. Well priced for the area. Host friendly and very responsive, always answers his phone. Unfortunately no toilet in the room, not made clear on the booking and sink area cramped. Entry into main house and rooms via a press button arrangement which can be fiddly at times having to remember numbers. Cannot better a good old fashioned key.

The room I had was lovely, with plenty of space, comfortable large bed and a very nice ensuite bathroom. The laundry facilities were a big bonus as I was staying for a month. I literally have no complaints at all! The host was very friendly, room perfect, easy to park. Could not have been better!

• Will (2/5): - This is a residential property in a residential area. I paid £60.00 online, arrived at the accomodation and could not get in. Called "Paul" whom told me he'll give me the pass code to get in, he never responded. I was ripped off £60! Text him for refund, still no reply. Its been over a month. Avoid at All cost!!!!
• Verified traveler (6/5): keypadentry - This is a residential house with keypad entry to house and room. The former was difficult and only operable after a conversation with owner who cut in when i pressed the door bell. It is in a quite cul de sac and neighbours both glared at us and complained about where we parked. Inside was clean but it was not clear what could be used in the shared kitchen. Good value but use only if you like that type of accomodation.

Bathroom upstairs shared by the eight rooms. This is an extended detached dwelling house, in a cul de sac.
• David (10/5): Good product for the price charged - My thanks to Paul who assisted with my entry to the property having a remote reception. The condition of the house was very clean and modern and the facilities good enough for a reasonable night's sleep, all one can realistically expect for the price. One's own bathroom and toilet would have been better but something has to give for the excellent price.

Overall well presented - just let down by the main room bulb not working and the shower door was broken so wouldn’t open/close well Fix those minor things and it was a reasonable bargain for a overnight bed
