- Aline (10/5): Comfortable, clean, and stress-free exactly what I needed after a long trip. - I really enjoyed my stay! The flat is located close to the city centre, in a very convenient area. The host was extremely attentive and always replied quickly whenever I needed anything. The check-in process was very easy and fast, which made a huge difference for me, especially after such a long trip all I wanted was to rest, and I was able to do that perfectly thanks to how practical everything was. The apartment was very clean and organised. Another positive point was the lift, which helped me a lot since I was travelling with large suitcases. Overall, I had a great experience and highly recommend it!

- Aneta (1/5): Be careful! - Please read my review before booking this place! Please read this before you book – you will be disappointed! I stayed at Central Apartment in Derby and it was by far the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. I’m writing this review to help others avoid the same mistake – please read this before booking. I truly hope you’re reading this before you book – not after! When I arrived, someone met me to hand over the keys and immediately demanded a £295 deposit in cash – something that was never mentioned anywhere in the Booking.com listing. This was a complete shock. If you're planning to book this apartment for £500 a week, be aware that you’ll be expected to pay nearly £800 upfront, with no prior warning. The flat is located in a council estate area, and the communal areas smell absolutely awful – like rats are living there. It’s genuinely disgusting and unsettling from the moment you enter the building. The condition of the flat itself is appalling: Dust, dirt, cobwebs, and spiders throughout the apartment. The living room chair was so filthy I had to cover it with blankets just to sit down. The sofa had thick layers of dirt in the creases (see photos). The balcony was so dirty it made me feel sick stepping out onto it. The bathroom was in poor, unclean condition – and to make matters worse, there was no soap, no shampoo, and no basic toiletries provided. I had to use the cheapest Aldi hand wash for everything during my stay. I was working long hours and didn’t have the chance to get to a shop – picture attached. The quality of the towels was awful – I genuinely have better cloths for cleaning my floors than what they provided as bath towels. The bedding was also poor quality, worn out and uncomfortable. It’s painfully clear that whoever is running this property is only focused on profit, cutting corners wherever possible. Everything is done as cheaply as possible, with zero thought for guest comfort. They are incredibly tight with money, and it shows in every detail of the stay.

- Ankur (9/5): Superb - This place is very good, comfortable and near supermarkets. Walkable distance to the city centre. Tracy is a wonderful person and has helped a lot during the stay. The apartment is loaded with all amenities required for day to day. Peaceful neighborhood.
- Y (10/5): Great value for money - Location is great. Just 10 mins walk to the largest mall in town. Dining outside is easy and convenient. Particulars like the Bean Cafe nearby. The apartment itself is clean and spacious. The kitchen have got all the utensils and cutlery ready for use. Parking at secured area helps to ease my worry about hit and run if parking on street. Everything is good but if there is anything to be improved would be the mattress. It's a little bit too soft. Other than that I would recommend this apartment to all travellers.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - We had a wonderful time at this property. I booked last minute on the day of arrival and they were efficient, accommodating and flexible: I couldn’t have asked for more. The property was fab- clean, warm and cosy, and everything we needed for a family of 4. Parking - with the key fob for entry - was ideal, there was a lift, and a key for the balcony. We went out for a curry on the first night, and deliveroo sorted us out on the second night. So, all in all, both the property and the location were spot on.
- Mark (6/5): Business Stay - The apartment was clean and tidy and the service from the owner was really good, with prompt communication. The apartment is also possibly one of the closest to the centre of the city which is a bonus. It's in the heart of the student district so useful when visiting family. I would recommend the apartment but there were a couple of minor niggles: 1. There's no key box so you have to arrange with the owner/rep to meet up at a set time. 2. There's no plip key for the electronic gates so when arriving by car, you have to park up, go through the pedestrian gate using a code and then walk down the inner wall to press a button to open the vehicle gate. 3. There's a car pass that you have to display but if you forget to return it there will be a charge. 4. You are responsible for emptying the bins in the refuse area.
