- Cornelia (7/5): - The location is just awesome, the views from the balcony and pool exceptional There is no furniture on the balconys, what makes them quite unusable. Also it is not allowed to dry beachclothes on the balcony, but also inside the room there is no possibility. We were quite annoyed that you get constant calls as of 15 minutes before check-out. Call people when they are late, but don't stress them out when they are either stressed packing anyways - or enjoying their last minutes of view.
- Vincent (8/5): Well run, well appointed - the pool is disappointing. - Efficient and professional check-in. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of foods and several dishes cooked to order. Towels for the beach were provided at the front desk. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our room was spotless and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The pool is unvested, and very cold because it’s in the shade. There are only 5 sunbeds, and there’s no opportunity to sunbathe at all because they can’t be moved Inconsistent and disappointing late check-out procedure ended a good stay on a sour note.

The staff noticed by themselves my daughter's birthday date which was after two days and brought cake for her ,Thanks a lot for this beautiful gesture. Breakfast dishes need improvement in taste.

- MrsSiew (8/5): Beautiful hotel facing the sea - Lovely hotel facing the beach about 15 minutes drive from airport. We booked the studio city room, 2 single beds and a king size bed from 23rd to 28th Dec. Our room was huge with 2 balcony but unfortunately no chair in the balcony to lounge in the cool evening. Our room came with breakfast but some days we skipped breakfast. We would like to extend our thanks to Ms Sophia and Ms Rose during our staff. Both beautiful ladies had gone to extensive help and concern when my husband and my elder son fell ill, having fever and vomiting after a day trip to a Ba Na Hills. We really appreciate from the bottom of our heart. We had our Christmas eve dinner on the 20th floor where the pool was. We didn't use the pool during our stay as it was cold and some days raining. But the view from poolside was spectacular. Over all we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommend to families and any one who love seaside activities because the beautiful beach is just across the hotel. Just step out, cross the road and walk along the beach especially at night. Simply mesmerizing. Thank you to the all the staff for making our holiday in Danang a memorable and beautiful one. Spa was nice for the massage, got a discount as well if you're a guest. My only complaint is that we have to ask for soap around twice and extra toilet paper. Housekeeping not very consistent as well, sometimes, refill toiletries, sometimes not. Other than that, everything was great.

Bad reception with poor management - "we cannot give you an extra key but our porter will open the door for you when/if you forget to bring your room key".

I requested her to let me speak to the manager, but not allowed. Room was slightly smelly. Just two 375 ml water bottles were provided and extra bottle was chargeable. Besides the above experience was good. Location is excellent and there are a lot of dining options nearby.
