- Seren (2/5): Schrecklicher Aufenthalt - Die Lage - Es hatte kein Fenster - Im Fluchttreppengang wurde geraucht, sodass das Zimmer nach rauch stank und ohne Fenster ist es unmöglich diesen Geruch loszuwerden - Bettlaken und Handtücher waren fleckig - kein warmes Wasser - schreiende und laute Gäste - das angegebene Frühstück kann man kein Frühstück nennen, das waren verpackte Croissants und Kaffe auf einer extrem verdreckten Kaffeekanne
- Marnix (6/5): - The room didnt have a view on the sea at all. The message was there is a big hotel blocking the view. This means theire promotion is not relevant anymore. Also I wanted to shorten my stay and one employee said I have to shorten my stay at Booking. Booking was okay with that but than they didnt help me for a refund. Wont recommend this play.

- Zariah (8/5): Fun Short-term Stay - The pods are super cool! I arrived around 11pm and there was a staff member ready to receive me. They gave good restaurant recommendations and there was always someone available to answer my questions or get anything I needed. There’s filtered water downstairs. It’s just a 10min walk to the beach. There’s a free locker with key for your bags and a communal hanging wrack inside the room. The rooftop was also calm. No one explained to me how to use the cubes 😅 luckily it wasn’t too complicated. The mattress pads in the capsules are thin. The shower walls are a little dingy from years of use in a humid climate. There’s no rooftop “bar”; it’s just a sitting area. There’s not a lot of space to hang your clothes or towel in the shower stalls.

- Emma (6/5): Ok but unclean - Low price The room stank of dirty drains and whilst the beds had been changed, I wouldn’t consider the room clean with lots on insects and dirt on the walls, so they could improve on the general cleanliness of the room. The bed was also quite uncomfortable but it was cheap for a private room.

- Marko (10/5): Highly recommend it! - I booked an hour before checking out from the current hotel at that time. I checked in earlier, and it was okay with Y, the staff. The room was really clean. Each capsule has everything to offer that a regular hotel room contains, except for the wider space, of course. Comfy space inside, big mirror, charging station, TV with remote control, fully functional AC and mini safe box. You can barely hear people outside so I had such a great time resting after surfing lesson. Plus, they did extra mile with the laundry service. My flight was in the next 8 hours and I pleaded to get my clothes in the next 5 hours to pack them back in. It was done with no questions and no extra fee. Normally, they return clothes the next day but at that time, they helped me with it. Nothin, All great!
- Anne (10/5): Great experience and friendly staff - The staff were very friendly and helpful. My late check-in time and late breakfast were no problem at all. I was even able to leave my luggage there after checking out. The capsule is an experience in itself. I felt like a little kid in a toy spaceship. You can dim the lights by touch and it even has a TV screen. You can also choose how much air conditioning you want. In contrast to other shared rooms, however, the lighting conditions that you have set in the capsule itself remain the same the whole time, so that you are not disturbed while sleeping when the light in the main room is switched on and others are not disturbed by your own light, e.g. when reading. All in all, a really great and recommendable experience that will stay in your memory.
- Guy (10/5): - I stayed in a superior double room. Some, like mine, have no windows. This might bother some people, but I found it okay. The room was nicely furnished with enough storage for clothes, and a desk. Also a kettle, fridge (with mini bar) and TV. The bathroom was nice, with a rain shower as well as a handheld showerhead. There is a rooftop bar, but I never used it. The staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English well. All in all, a nice experience. I stayed for six weeks.

- Udita (6/5): Pleasant - Futuristic capsule beds with a lot of customizable options. Good sized lockers. Well-maintained bathrooms. Friendly staff. Rooftop bar is a joke. No vibe, no bartender (the reception staff was selling beers), no one was at the bar so there was no one to connect with which is a negative for solo travellers. The air-con in the capsule does not work so I had to keep the door open as it got very hot and suffocating inside.
- Ryan (10/5): A cool and quirky stay in Da Nang - The pods provide a brilliant level of privacy for a hostel. They are comfortable and aesthetically futuristic. It is clean and has lot of space even if you are tall. The staff are very kind and speak good English. The weather in Da Nang, but that cannot be blamed on the hostel! There is a bar on the rooftop that would be excellent if it had more visitors. The barman is awesome, and good to chat with if you fancy a drink or two.

- Cherise (4/5): Disappointing - The novelty of the capsule was good, the lighting was fun and the room was private (if you can sleep in heat) probably good for one night but probably wouldn't recommend for more (we stayed for 2) -the main dorm room has a key card lock on it as well as the pod for extra security - scooter rental was reasonable the bed was very uncomfortable (very thin and hard mattress) - the air con in the pod didn't work, it was a small fan that didn't really ventilate so ended up having to sleep with the door open - the TV in my pod was broken on my arrival and despite there being other pods available I wasn't offered one - My partners stuff got stuck in the lockers twice because the key cards kept failing and it was a big effort to retrieve it - I ended up leaving a silk sleeping liner in my pod (my own fault I know) but the housekeeping denied finding it when I enquired - We booked also for the social aspect of a hostel but we were the only people in the dorm (this could be a pro or a con, it depends what you are into) - We ended up covered in bites after the stay

- JUNGHAN (4/5): 청결하기만 하면 좋을거같더라 - 처음보는 캡슐 호텔 이라 우아우아 함; 당시 날이 너무 덥고 비행기 시간까진 5시간 정도 남아서 2시간정도 잘 요량으로 캡슐호텔들어감 가격은 생각한것보다 괜찮음 6~7천원정도 호텔에 샤워도 가능하다고 했는데..샤워실은 관리 안햇는지 엄청 더럽고 물 수압도 약햇음.. 간신히 세수만 하고 그냥 캡슐안으로 들어감.. 다 괜찮았음 괜찮았는데.. 구석 귀퉁이나 문 사이에 코딱지, 털등이 .... 그대로.. 그래도 너무 피곤해서 그냥 자고 나오긴 햇는데 그런것만 없으면 캡슐호텔 메리트는 있다고 봄

- Verified traveler (8/5): - The location is far from the city center however it is very close to the beach. I booked the capsule bed. There was no one else staying in the shared room so I had it all to myself which was nice. The capsule has good features, clean and everything worked properly. The fan on the air-con inside the capsule needed to be cleaned. The shared bathroom was ok. I really didn't like the double doors to enter the bathrooms. Would be better if it was just a single door or a sliding door. There is no hot water and the water presser in the sinks is weak.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay - I really enjoyed my stay at Da Nang Capsule Hotel. Had a little trouble finding it as the location is about 30 seconds earlier than where it says on maps, but after a bit of back and forth I finally saw the sign! The pods were great, very clean with free water and clean towels daily. The staff working there were lovely and very accomodation (I could only eat the bread off the breakfast menu, so they gave me plenty and found me fruit each morning). The location isn’t too bad- about 25 mins to dragon bridge, and only 7ish mins to the beach. The only downside I found was that the aircon was for the main room (where all the pods were) as opposed to each individual pod. Unfortunately someone in my room felt the need to turn it up to 30 constantly, resulting in it getting very hot in the pods! Aside from this I had a great stay and will definitely stay again if I return to Da Nang.

I was a solo traveler and its a good decision to stay here with the affordable cost and such good facilities and warm welcome by the ladies receptionist. The local area is good and near to the seaside, abt 15 mins walk. Overall its wonderful exp to stay in a capsule.
