According to the hotel policy, two children under 12 years old are permitted to stay with their parents. The details are as follows:
-Children between 0 and 5 years old can stay for free if they use the existing bed.
-Children between 6 and 11 years old will be charged VND 180,000 per child per night when using the existing bed.
-Guests aged 12 and above require additional bedding at an additional charge of VND 450,000 per night.

The pool can be very busy and limited pool side seating, also lots of kids in the pool, so can be hectic but big hotels that is to be expected. We loved the location, walking distance to bars, restaurants and cafes. We were on lvl 19 and the construction next door that is mentioned in other reviews wasn’t an issue. May be worse on lower floors tho. The staff were very attentive and lovely, we would stay here again. Limited pool seating

Every single staff member was warm, welcoming, friendly, and genuinely accommodating — nothing was ever too much trouble. The team made us feel so looked after and added such a personal touch to the whole experience. The food was amazing, with plenty of great options, and the location was perfect. It was easy to explore Da Nang, with restaurants, bars, tours, and pick-up points all conveniently nearby while still feeling relaxing and comfortable. A special mention to the beautiful staff who were always smiling and eager to help. Their kindness and hospitality truly made this stay memorable. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend Haian Beach Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Da Nang.

Not the hotels fault but one side is a new hotel being built. We were on the 20th floor and there was some noise at times. Also they can work 24 hours a day so there can be noise at night or very early morning. The other side is a partially built hotel which towers over and looks very ugly. It seems the build stopped during COVID and never started again. It looks quite ugly especially from the roof top bar area at the front. The only other issue is the upstairs communal hallways and lifts are very warm.

He had described it to me but till we arrived I had no idea what to expect at all. On arrival, the staff at the hotel were so friendly, professional, kind and attentive. We were left fruit in our room and a personal hand written note from the team to welcome us. We booked to stay in the Diamond Suite which was only slightly more than a normal room but so worth it. Excellent value. Two walls were virtually all windows and the views out on My Khe beach were stunning. You literally just had to cross over the road and we were on the beach so an absolutely perfect location. The hotel was impeccably clean all of the time and smelt beautiful giving it a relaxing atmosphere . If there were any issues they were dealt with immediately. Breakfast was lovely and so much choice on offer. We’ve had the best stay ever and can’t thank the team here enough. We really don’t want to go home!

- Departure107144 (10/5): A home in da nang - We stayed at HAIAN Beach Hotel & Spa from May 4–7, 2026 for our wedding anniversary, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel prepared beautiful towel swans on our bed with rose petals and a personalized card welcoming us, which made our celebration extra special. The view from our room was spectacular — we could see the long stretch of beach right from our window. Sitting there while watching the sunrise every morning was simply breathtaking. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and we especially loved the unlimited mangoes! What made our stay even more meaningful was the warm hospitality of Serena at the front desk. She welcomed us so warmly upon check-in and was incredibly helpful with all our concerns. She made us feel so at home, and we truly felt like we gained a friend in her. Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and thoughtful. Even the restaurant staff kindly bought us banana candy that we had been looking for everywhere in Da Nang. If we ever return to Da Nang, we will definitely stay at HAIAN again. Highly recommended!

- Roweena (7/5): An enjoyable stay - The first impression was not so good two construction sites one on each side of the hotel that we were only told about a few days before our stay and yet I booked months earlier. Our welcome was nice and very smooth our room was not ready but could leave bags and go for a wonder. We booked ocean front suite when we opened the door the abandoned work site next door loomed over us making the room very dark, I voiced my concerns about the room as our view of the ocean was partially blocked, the manger was lovely and understood my issue she moved us to the other side of the building although there was building going on at the moment it was at ground level so no real problem there but the future the view will be a lot less. This room was lovely bright and comfortable, bathroom large and well equipped, great heat and water pressure in the shower. Bed was large and very comfy, was great to be able to just sit and watch the beach and all that was happening. Pool was lovely clean and good temperature, staff there in the bar area were fun and always happy. Breakfast was included and was fabulous fresh and a great variety. It is a nice hotel in a good location easy walk to everything and with the grab app getting transport to places cheap and easy. The construction going on, one building abandoned and another next door, unfortunately I think this hotel will suffer in the future if you seek a view from your room. Also not a deal breaker but put some English breakfast or black tea + milk in the rooms would be nice as green tea or instant coffee sachets were all that was available.

- R (10/5): Great location and staff - Great location opposite the amazing beach and near the local restaurants. A short taxi ride from Hoi An and the local sights. Very friendly staff who are welcoming and happy to please and help the guests. My room was at the front and I did not notice any building noise from the next door site. If you are an early riser you can sea the sunrise infront of the hotel. The breakfast is great with a mix of Vietnamese and western style options. I had a very relaxing short stay for 4 nights. - stvpoinen21 (10/5): Our stay at the haian beach hotel - Our stay at the haian hotel in Danang was fantastic, the location was perfect, every single staff that we met and interacted with was outstanding, very professional, extremely polite, ready to assist with any query we had and I extremely appreciated that, for someone that used to work in hospitality and luxury hotels myself , I am always very appreciative to watch hotel staff provide a high level of quality service, and everyone at the haian hotel did that, and has exceeded my expectations. Our room was clean, spacious and well presented, the bed was very comfortable, even though there was a bit of noise at times because of the current construction of another building next to us, it was ok and wasn’t that bad, the hotel offered all of us a complementary free drink voucher as an apology for the noise, which was great,I would like to take the opportunity to say a big thank you to all the reception staff specially EIRI who organised a rental pusher for my daughter and our day trip to BA NA HILLS and who has this genuine warmth energy with a gorgeous welcoming smile, I would like to also thank the housekeeping staff for always making sure that our room were always clean, specially one lady that always smile at us and very polite unfortunately I completely forgot to ask for her name and finally the roof top bar staff, specially Neil who made me the best cocktail ever, Neil is a fantastic human being inside and out that provides a great service he is very professional, and a highly skilled bartender, really love this dude, and then there is Cuong who is the pool attendant, Cuong really impressed me, his level of attentiveness was outstanding he would always make sure that we’re all ok when relaxing by the pool area, from bringing us fresh towels to adding more tables and chairs so that we’re all comfortable, I would like to also thank the 2 restaurants supervisor for stopping by our table to ask us about our feedback and taking on board our constructive criticism, I found this very very professional coming from them this shows that they care about customer satisfaction and always aiming improve there standards, so thank you for that, I would also like to say a big thank you to the kitchen team for the great breakfast buffet, there was a great variety of food and the presentation was outstanding and delicious, thank you all for your warm hospitality we will definitely come back again, love and appreciation to all ✌️.
- Hannah (10/5): Perfect location for a beach break - recommend the sea view rooms! - Amazing rooms and loved the rooftop pool. So much choice at breakfast, and the staff were super friendly. Special mention to Hailey, who went out of her way to get my swimming costumes sent down to me in Hoi An (when I left them by accident on checkout!)

- Josephine (9/5): A wonderful stay overall, with great service and amenities that more than made up for the small misses. - Such a delightful stay! The food was tasty and affordable, the location was ideal, and the service was beyond excellent. Everything was clean and well-maintained—definitely a place I’d come back to! Loved most aspects of the hotel—from service to facilities. The only downside was no YouTube, which initially upset my son. Thankfully, the kids’ club made up for it—he had a great time playing there.

The staff are lovely especially Adam who works by the pool, nothing is too much and he is genuinely a lovely person Lots of construction works going on at the moment, the hotel next door also plays loud music some nights which is annoying. Also not much space by the pool so you have to be up early for a seat and to catch the sun before it disappears behind the skyline

- Yen Nyuk (9/5): Perfect beach stay with good dining - The location is excellent. The My A beach is just across the road. Many good dining options within walking distance. The hotel serves a good buffet breakfast with a variety of western and Asian options. I really enjoyed the Vietnamese offerings of banana flower and coconut shoot salad
