• Thais (5/5): Could be better - The staff were nice, the room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi didn't work for a single day, and my mobile internet didn't work properly inside the hostel. I was simply unreachable. I saw a lot of big rats in the kitchen and everywhere in the outside area.
• Costa (1/5): Terrible stay - The air conditioner was the only good thing about the property I’m very upset with my stay at Kame. They advertised that they had Wi-Fi, but in reality there was no internet at all. They kept saying the connection was just slow, but there was simply no internet service available. On top of that, the common areas were constantly occupied by people who were not even staying at the hostel, which made the environment uncomfortable. Because I need internet access for work, I asked them to cancel the remaining two days of my stay. They agreed and said they would refund me, but they never processed the refund. As a result, I ended up paying for two accommodations at the same time, which I found extremely unfair.
• Coline (4/5): Wifi non fonctionnel - serviettes payantes - personnel inefficace - Confortable Le wifi ne fonctionnait pas pendant les 2 nuits où je suis restée à l’hostel Malgré mes nombreuses demandes, rien n’a été mis en place par le personnel (réparation du wifi ou remboursement) Cela n’aurait pas été un soucis si le réseau mobile fonctionnait, mais ce n’est pas le cas dans cette partie de la ville. Résultat, impossible d’envoyer des messages ou de faire une recherche Google. Il faut payer en plus pour la serviette de toilett, seule fois de mon séjour de 1 mois où ça a été le cas.

• Roser (3/5): pesim - El llit era còmode, l’habitacio doble no estava malament. Hi ha una rata que cada nit passeja pel pati del hostel, entra a la cuina, i tot i els avisos no es va fer res al respecte. L’aigua del bany es marró, avisen perque no et rentis les dents amb l’aigua aquesta, però tampoc es agradable rentar-te la cara amb aquesta aigua. No pots fer servir xancletes per la cuina o per l’interior de l’allotjament, però no és un lloc net i higiènic pel que es fa difícil. Necessitava cuinar però no ho vaig fer perque no em va semblar un lloc segur. El primer dia vam demanar l’esmorzar, hi havia galetes i fruita, pero quan el meu amic va demanar ous li van dir que els havia de fer ell, quan el va anar fer, l’ou va sortir negre i feia pudor, ho va comentar a una de les noies i li va respondre: ok Sir! El wifi no funciona bé, vam anar a un retaurant per poder treballar. No hi repetiria

• Sanchez (9/5): Nous avons passé un très bon séjour ! - Tout était parfait, le logement était propre et bien situé. La piscine était un peu sale.

• Valentina (8/5): Accogliente! - Lo staff è molto accogliente e simpatico!!! La struttura è pulita e offrono anche una colazione essenziale, con toast, uova, e marmellate. La piscina idromasaggio perfetta nelle giornate calde, la puliscono tutti i giorni. Le camere sono tranquille e pulite dotate di ventilatore. La posizione è vicina a vanilla beach e 30 minuti a piedi dal centro o 5 con tricicle. Il Wi-Fi non funzionava forse per problemi tecnici, la sera c’erano diversi scarafaggi volanti (e io sono un po’ fobica), però solo all’esterno e qualche topo.

• Chris (9/5): The staff was great and accommodating! - The Kame House was great place and value to put my head down for couple nights. The beds were comfortable enough and facilities were clean. The property has a good amount of common spaces for guests to relax. The location was not the best from the El Nido town proper.

• Joel (9/5): - We stayed in the private room. Which was very small, but worked fine for 3 nights. We shared a bathroom with 16 other people. 2 toilets and 2 showers. There is no hot water in the showers. The common area was outside, with plenty of place to dry your clothes. We never tried the pool but we saw some people did. You could refill your water bottle for free in the reception. Cold showers

• Rosalia (8/5): - Buona posizione, tra io centro e le spiagge più carine. Sempre meglio noleggiare uno scooter. C’è colazione a pagamento a 150 pesos. Nella struttura non puoi camminare con le scarpe però questo comporta che quando si va in bagno e il pavimento è bagnato ti sporchi i piedi e lo porti ovunque, anche nel letto. La soluzione sarebbe mettere nel bagno dei tappeti drenanti di plastica per far sì che rimanga l’igiene. Non c’è acqua calda nelle docce.
• Dafne (8/5): Onda vital - Es realmente bonito y se nota que han diseñado la estética con mucho cuidado, cuando reservé no me di cuenta que estaba tematizado en Dragón ball y fue divertido descubrirlo. Tiene piscina, que también toda esa zona es muy bonita. La cama es muy cómoda, pude dormir bastante bien, me gustó la luz individual y que haya dos enchufes por persona. También la localización es buena. A un par de minutos de la playa de Coron Coron, y justo a mitad enreeel puerto de los Island Hopping y las cabañas. El personal fue agradable y atento. El aire acondicionado un poquito fuerte para mi gusto pero me dejaron una manta y se resolvió. No entiendo como un lugar en el que se nota que se ha invertido dinero y cariño para que tenga ciertas comodidades y belleza estética, como una tematica, piscina, o aire acondicionado en todo el lugar todo el día no invierte en poner agua caliente…”El agua fría te hará más fuerte” dice un cartel….muy divertido hasta que ves que es verdad. Si pusieran agua caliente y los baños se mantuvieran más limpios la nota cambiaría a un 10.

• Mélina (9/5): Très bonne auberge, mais pas pour les services annexes - Litterie confortable, rideaux, grand casier, salle de bain propre. Petit dej a seulement 150 pesos Propreté impeccable. 20 min à pieds du centre Petite piscine, cuisine, coins pour se poser dehors. Personnel relativement distant et froid. L'organisation pour le Tour A a été catastrophique, on ne m'a rien expliqué, pas proposé d'aquashoes, ni de sac imperméable à la location/vente contrairement aux autres personnes du bateau. On m'a dit 9h pour le départ de l'auberge, à 8h40 on vient me chercher en catastrophe dans la salle de bain, même pas le temps de prendre un petit déjeuner à emporter, le kayak était censé être inclus, il ne l'était pas, on m'a changé de bateau au dernier moment, je n'ai pas pu être avec mon groupe, enfin bref.

• Bonnie (10/5): Super great stay - The staff is amaaaazing, very considerate, so great! Cotton sheets on a very comfortable bed, yay! You can use the kitchen (no microwave) and there's a good lounge with a large TV... the pool is small but very clean, everything you need and easy to meet other backpackers. Very quiet at night, and I was a bit ill, so they heated water for me to take a bird bath, I REALLY appreciated that so much!!! Definitely recommendable!!! I wish they had warm water for the shower, but it wasn't really cold either, so it's okay in the end. They also heated water for me so no complaints, really. They are just a bit far from the busy part of town, 2 km, but it's walkable if you don't want to pay the 100php for a motor tricycle and it's compensated for the great beach just 100 meters below them. So, really, all that is fine!

Отель удобно расположен - рядом много кафе и ресторанов. Нет шампуня или геля для душа в душевой, а мой шампунь забрали ещё в аэропорту(

• Veronica (1/5): My stay was not very good due to poor cleanliness, bad maintenance, and an inconvenient location. - The only positive thing was that guests are allowed to use the kitchen, which was useful during my stay. I was also able to meet some nice travelers, which helped make the experience a little better. Overall, my stay was not very good. The location of the hostel is not convenient, and it is far from most places of interest. Cleanliness was also a problem: the bathrooms were often dirty and poorly maintained. The hand soap was diluted with water, which felt unhygienic. My room had an unpleasant sewage smell, and the tap water sometimes came out yellow. The staff were usually sitting around chatting or playing cards instead of taking care of cleaning or helping guests. The kitchen was available, but the pots and pans were in poor condition, and cooking was difficult because food would stick to them. These issues made my stay uncomfortable.

• Pamela Mariel (4/5): Sin agua caliente - El trato de los empleados. No hay agua caliente en las duchas y no está especificado en los servicios, de haberlo sabido no hubiese elegido este hostel. La recepcionista se disculpó y fue muy amable sin embargo me dijo que iba a comentarselo al manager y nunca más nada. Hubiese estado bien una disculpa del propietario o un descuento. El aire acondicionado en las habitaciones y el baño era demasiado, te daba tanto frio que no querias estar adentro (Otra razón por la que era dificil ducharse con agua fria).

• Gregorio (10/5): PERFECTA - Todo, absolutamente todo. Las camas son muy cómodas, las habitaciones muy espaciosas. Una de las cosas que más me gusto eran las zonas comunes. Con piscina, porche y una gran sala para poder teletrabajar, estudiar, jugar… además un punto muy a favor es que tienen cocina disponible por lo que puedes hacerte el desayuno tú mismo y otras comidas! Nada, todo perfecto!

• Ronja (8/5): Sauberes Hostel mit kaltem Wasser. - Wir hatten das einzige Privatzimmer und waren sehr zufrieden. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Im Badezimmer gibt es nur kaltes Wasser. Zudem wirkt das Wasser aus dem Hahn nicht sehr sauber.
