Bardzo miła Pani zarządzająca obiektem. Stosunek ceny do jakości bardzo dobry. Można zaparkować auto. Włosy w odpływie po poprzednikach. Niesprawne rolki szyby w kabinie prysznicowej. Sporo mrówek na tarasie.

La salle de bain est un avantage, ainsi que le balcon et le grand lit, qui est assez confortable ! Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'amabilité du personnel ! Très peu accueillant et la réception n'est jamais ouverte ! Donc si vous avez un problème, vous restez avec votre problème... Ce qui nous a le plus déranger c'est l'annonce mensongère... Première photo de l'annonce sur booking, une photo de vélo, description de l'annonce "location de vélo". Une fois sur place aucun vélo n'est à disposition dans ce logement... Ensuite la cuisine est très très peu équipée, notamment en équipement classique ( tel que le sel par exemple ou encore des sacs poubelles...)( obligé d'acheter un paquet de 1kg en magasin car il existe que cette taille la ). Douche extérieure annoncée, on a rien vu !

• Cecilia (9/5): Clean and spacious room - The room was clean and spacious, meeting basic needs. It was good value for money. A staff member from Sri Lanka was very welcoming. We arrived in the evening. The entrance by car is a bit narrow and only one-way. First-timers should be careful not to miss it.

• Naoki (10/5): Convenient location but lacking in digital reservation management - • The nearby IO Lodge is a landmark. • There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. • Nearby supermarkets include Ramajayam Supermarket. • There are various shops about a 10-minute walk south along the road. • They did change my reservation after I arrived. • I did not receive a reply through the app. • There are significant difficulties in managing online reservations. • On-site, reservations are managed using notebooks and do not appear to be shared among employees.

It would be good to have thicker curtains in this bedroom so that the light doesn't disturb people's sleep.

• Daniele (6/5): Praslin, dopo Mahé - Nische,una persona che ci ha assistito in tutte le nostre necessità con cortesia e cordialità, ci ha fatto cambiare alloggio dopo che avevamo fatto notare che nel precedente non c'era la possibilità di usare la cassaforte ,una persona veramente squisita,grazie di tutto C'erano delle piccole riparazioni da effettuare, mancanza saltarello nel lavandino,e alcune mattonelle sul terrazzo che si avvallavano.

• Peter (8/5): Value for money and a spacious appartement where you can cook up a feast. - Very spacious appartement that offers all you need to have a great stay. The kitchen has just about everything you need to make a good meal. The balcony is spacious and the location is near the hub of Grand Anse for easy access to stores and takeaways. The check-in was a bit chaotic, as, while we were a bit earlier than announced, when we rang the bell as per the instruction, no one anwsered. Ultimately called and it was sorted.
• Emilie (2/5): Je ne recommande pas - Très bonne localisation pour rayonner sur Praslin, parking gratuit sur place. Quand nous sommes arrivées, il y avait une forte odeur de gaz dans la chambre, on nous a indiqué que ce n’était pas du gaz mais par précaution on a quand même demandé à fermer la bouteille et la débranchée : résultat plus d’odeur, donc c’était quand même bien cela. Porte de salle de bain qui ne se ferme pas, lumière de la salle de bain qui s’allume pas, ventilateur non fonctionnel ( mais il y avait la Clim, pointée sur nos visages). Tout l’appartement était très vétuste. Le pire : l’isolation, déjà que les murs ne sont pas épais, simple vitrage, en plus nous avons la chance d’avoir une porte qui mène dans la chambre de notre voisin juste à côté du lit. Si votre voisin d’à côté est bruyant vous ne fermerez pas l’œil de la nuit, c’est ce qu’il c’est passé pour nous, notre voisin à minuit toujours au téléphone, quand on a toquer à la porte pour lui manifester que ça nous gêner nous avons eu le droit à une déferlante d’insultes. Nous en avons fait part à l’hôtel qui nous a dit qu’il partait le soir même. Mauvaise surprise il était toujours là. Outre ça, des chiens aboient la nuit, le matin à 8:00 on entend déjà des bruits de travaux, bref ne venait pas la pour vous reposer.

Сотрудник носил нам гуаву каждый день, которая растет в саду у них). Рядом много магазинов. Хороший wi-fi. Очень грязно! Духовка вся липкая, к тостеру вообще прикасаться не хотелось! Посуда тоже не особо так и вымыта была.

• Jean Francois (10/5): - Excellent accueil avec un cocktail de bienvenue, de bonnes informations de la part de l'hôte nous ont été données. Chambres climatisées. Logement facile à trouver. Du port au logement, 300 roupies en taxi. Idem pour le retour. A 10mn max a pied de grande anse, avec les take away et supermarché, puis à 3 mn à pied d'un autre take away a droite quand vous sortez de l'impasse. Par contre vous n'aurez aucun contact avec le propriétaire par mail ou tel, aucuneréponse donc allez y directement Très bon rapport qualité me concernant . Je recommande à 100%

• Tomasz (8/5): One man show - Wygodne łóżko, naprawdę dobrze się spało. Efektywna klimatyzacja. Największym plusem tego miejsca jest Nisha. Super gościu który się opiekuje tym miejscem. Pomoże ze wszystkim. Blisko do plaży, sklepów, restauracji. Bardzo blisko lotniska. Dużo miejsca do zaparkowania. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzeba. Obiekt ogólnie swoje najlepsze czasy ma dawno za sobą. Apartamenty już są mocno naruszone zębem czasu. Wiele uchwytów trzyma się „na słowo honoru”. Wszystko jednak działa i dostajesz to za co zapłaciłeś. Przy tej cenie jest to do zaakceptowania. Jeżeli nie upomnisz się o sprzątanie to zapomnij że ktoś to zrobi. Ściany z papieru ale uciążliwe jest to tylko z rana. Mimo wszystko jest to dobra oferta za tą cenę, nie można oczekiwać cudów od tak taniego obiektu a można trafić o wiele gorzej.

• Nell (8/5): Great hotel in Praslin ! - This hotel is one of the best in Praslin. Easy to access and very close to the beach, it’s the perfect option for budget vacations. The staff is very nice and helpful. Rooms are pretty big and have everything you need to stay there for many days. Bonus for the possibility of renting so easily a car, such a must in the island !

• Ursula (10/5): Amazing days on Praslin - The room was perfect: Very clean, kitchen with everything you expect and more (kettle, ricecooker, microwave, toaster,..), spacious shower (very modern), huge and comfortable bed, ironing bord, safe, balcony, fast wifi, cable-tv,.. AND:You get a welcome drink and a cold towel when you do the check-in 🙏🏼 AND:You get the room cleaned every day 😊 AND:The beach (Grand Anse) is across the street as well as a wonderful Fish-restaurant where you can eat fresh fish prepared by a local creol chef 🙏🏼
• Huguette (10/5): Parfait studio pour rayonner sur tout Praslin, à pied et en autobus - Tout était parfait Attention: les communications avec les propriétaires sont nulles. Impossible de les rejoindre par message VIA Booking, ni par WhatApps. Et ce, avant notre arrivée et durant notre séjour. J’ai averti le personnel sur place, qui est très attentif, qu’il était inadmissible , voire dangereux qu’on ne reçoive aucune réponse à nos communications écrites. Surtout que la responsable du site travaille seulement de jour. Et que dans le studio, on nous laisse 2 numéros de téléphone pour les contacter.

Restaurants were close, free parking, very calm place. The front door were squiky. Beds can be little better. Maybe one towel more would be ok. Door knob sometimes drop down.

Wir waren nur kurz da - beste gute Preis/Leistung für Praslin! Funktioniert hat alles, WiFi, Bad... Die Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, es gibt jede Menge Geräte inkl. einer Bialetti Espressomaschine. Empfang war nett und unkompliziert.

• Amanda (8/5): - We had a huge apartment with a balcony in a quiet area, close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful. Communication was not great. I messaged management with the number found on Booking but they never replied. To get a taxi I asked a staff member and they called the management and handed me their phone. I asked if we could talk on my phone and they said no. In the morning the taxi driver had a message for me from the management. Why not just contact me directly instead of passing messages and phones?
• Michaela (1/5): - Lokalita ubytovania Ahojte, bohužiaľ sa mi na dovolenke stala jedna nepríjemná vec o ktorú sa chcem s vami podeliť. Ide o ubytovanie v Tourterelle Holiday Home na Seyshelskom ostrove Praslin ( St Joseph Road Grand-Anse Praslin, Grand Anse, Seychely ). To že si spravíte rezerváciu vopred viac ako 10 mesiacov prídete na ubytovanie, kde sa ubytujete. Mali sme uhradený pobyt na 6 dní. Boli sme ubytovaný v jednej z izieb, ktoré bolo možné spraviť ako rodinnú dvoj izbu. Po 3 dňoch nám bolo oznamené večer o 20:00, že máme odísť do inej izby lebo majiteľka prenajala túto rodinnú izbu aj keď sme mi boli ubytovaný v jej jednej polovici. Súhlasili sme lebo sme nechceli aby prišla o rezerváciu. Bola to naša dobrá vôla. Presťahovanie nám bolo oznamené nebola to prosba. O 7:00 rano ďalšieho dňa sme sa už sťahovali do novej izby. Po príchode sme našli na zemi vlasi a fľaky po predchádzajúcich hosťoch, hnus. Pri platbe za izbu sme ju poprosili či by bolo možné za túto nepríjemnosť zľaviť na cene nakoľko sme museli sa sťahovať a izba do, ktorej sme sa presťahovali bola špinavá, prikladám aj foto. Majiteľka sa odmietla s nami o tejto veci baviť aj keď sme jej spravili ústupok aby neprišla o klientov a zisk. Ďalšia vec nastala po tom ako sme povedali, že dobre ideme teda platiť pôvodnú sumu za ubytko aj, keď sa vyskytli tieto problémi. V cene ubytovania bola zahrnutá aj mestská daň 10€ na ten pobyt. Pani si zrazu po platbe kartou vypítala ešte aj 300SCR že akože mestská daň. Suma sa po prepočte na eurá nezhoduje a bola ešte aj uhradená už v cene ubytovania. VEĽMI ZLÁ SKÚSENOSŤ. POKIAĽ JE TO MOŽNÉ TOMUTO UBYTOVANIU SA VYHNITE. Upozrinenie, toto ubytovanie predtým vlastnil iný majiteľ. Nezpoliehajte sa na staré recenzie a foto.

Si tratta di un ragazzo davvero molto gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo soggiornato 7 giorni e non abbiamo mai incontrato la host, magari sarebbe stato carino incontrarsi. Ho pagato la struttura all'autista, non mi sembra il massimo.
