- Thomas (8/5): Nice Hotel in a top location with all the sights of the city and the nightmarket around - Nice Hotel in a top location with all the sights of the city and the pedestrian / nightmarket area around, too. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast served in their ground-floor cafe. Staff could easily arrange transfer to where we wanted to go a bit outside the city.

Le opzioni disponibili sono quasi tutte a base di uova, non ci sono molte alternative. Avevamo chiesto della frutta con largo anticipo, anche il giorno prima ma la frutta non si é vista.

La gentilezza del personale e l'ubicazione della struttura sono un valore aggiunto. La colazione è un po' limitata, si possono scegliere solo pietanze laotiane; inoltre, nonostante avessimo richiesto frutta sin dalla prenotazione, la frutta era inesistente.

- Monica Guadalupe (9/5): - La habitación era hermosa, con estilo y muy grande..el único problema es que las ventanas daban a solo techos,pero eso no era tan grave pq la habitación era muy espaciosa y limpia Había 2 personas que se turnaban la recepción, el joven hablaba muy bien ingles y daba muy buenos informes turisticos .el mayor no siempre entendía y toda las respuestas acerca de los sitios turísticos me los dio mal.. seria bueno que al menos en las horas hábiles tuvieran una persona que entienda bien inglés y de los informes básicos turísticos correctos (si estan abiertos, que tan lejos estan y los costos para extranjeros). Si bien todo el personal era muy amable y se veía que se esforzaba por entender

Очень приятные и вежливые сотрудники, всегда стараются помочь. Номер достаточно большой, чистый и комфортный. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания, в том числе чайник, небольшой холодильник, удобная кровать, кондиционер и многое другое. Также отмечу хороший завтрак и вкусный кофе. Все было хорошо

- Elena (9/5): Perfecto para Vientiene - Es un edificio con una decoracion preciosa, la ubicacion inmejorable.todo muy bien El mantenimiento es de poca calidad y con los años se notara mucho en los cuartos de baño.
- Frank (3/5): Schlechte Unterkunft - Dies war die schlechteste Unterkunft bei unserer Asien Rundreise. Unfreundlicher Empfang, schmuddeliges Zimmer, Bad ungepflegt, kaum Toilettenpapier, sodass wir morgens erstmal laufen mussten um welches zu bekommen. Frühstück am Abend vorher zu bestellen. Omelette schwamm in Fett, frisches Obst war nur zwei kleine Bananen. Wie auf den Bildern zu sehen gab es keinen Cappuccino, die Dame wollte uns keinen machen. Viel zu teuer ist diese Unterkunft, da geht man besser nebenan ins Hotel.

- Elisa (9/5): Recommend this hotel - Nice stylish place. Beds are firm but doable. Spacious room. Good that there is a curtain to close off the bathroom, also to make it darker at night. The staff helped us with the luggage (3 stairs). Excellent location near Vang Vieng Hard Rock Cafe, where we enjoyed a wonderful night with great live band, food and cocktails. No driver could be arranged to pick us up from the train station. The reception could have recommended the LOCA app, which we used for taxis and worked well. My room view was a blind wall. Annoying loud music at breakfast (but they turned it down upon request).

Staff were lovely and helpful, the breakfast was great overall fabulous experience. The Wi-Fi in our room wasn’t the best it dipped in and out a lot, there isn’t a lift which was fine for us but something to consider. Our bed sheets had a few stains on them also.

Es gab aber auch westliche Alternativen, die wir allerdings nicht probiert haben. Bequemes Bett. Das Hotel wurde einmal sehr schön gestaltet, allerdings ist seitdem dem Verschleiß wenig entgegen gearbeitet worden (zerissene Vorhänge, Flecke an der Wand,...), schade. Einzelne Haare in der Dusche.

Das Frühstück war gut, sehr guter Kaffee. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, es gab einen kaputten Lichtschalter im Zimmer. Das Airporttaxi ist mit 170.000 Kip zu teuer für 10 Minuten Fahrt.

El hotel esta a menos de 500 mts. del río, perfecto para ver los espectaculares atardeceres Laocianos. Un poco de reudo en las noches Por los pasillos (pero realmente la culpa es la gente que no respeta el sueño de los demás).

- Lynne (10/5): A hidden gem in the middle of Vientiane, a perfect location! - An eclectic decorated boutique hotel with good space in the room and large bathroom, the property is right in the middle of the markets and restaurants yet very quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was perfect for our needs and the coffee was delicious! There was nothing to not like!

- Ken (8/5): Lives up to the term “boutique” - While many places call themselves a “boutique” hotel this one actually has that vibe. Too was great. The staff pleasant and helpful. A very pleasant place to stay with great value for money. There isn’t much to complain about or even dislike. Very few smaller asian hotels do breakfast well but it was ok for where I was. That’s easy to fix if it’s an issue.

- Bo (6/5): Decent hotel downtown Vientiane. - This is a little boutique hotel - now in the shadow of the new humongous Doubletree by Hilton next door. Location is good and the value for money is ok. However…..the hotel does seem a bit tired and quite a lot of maintenance work in the rooms is needed. Things like tv, curtains etc are coming out of the walls. The room decor is still nice enough - a little 2010ish. Staff was nice and friendly, wifi decent, breakfast ok.
- Gilles (8/5): Hôtel très bien situé - Cet hôtel est parfaitement situé dans Vientiane. Très central mais calme. La chambre était spacieuse et très agréable. La literie était très ferme mais, d'après notre expérience, c'est la norme au Laos. Le seul point négatif aura été pour nous le petit déjeuner que nous avons trouvé très fade (plats laotiens). Dommage car le cadre était très sympa.
- Richard (10/5): Great central hotel - Great hotel, comfortable and friendly staff. Breakfast was included and you choose the day before. Location was central in Vientiane. To the left was the Hard Rock Cafe to the right a restaurant bar called Kip Chai Deu, that was great and had live music, jazz style. Prices were good. The only issues are, we had 2 rooms and 1 didn’t have a security box. Not for people with poor mobility as there are no lifts and a flight of stairs to get to reception.

Friendly staff and the cafe which we went for breakfast in (included in our stay) was gorgeous. I’d absolutely stay again and i’ll defo be taking some interior inspiration from this little gem!

- Verified traveler (8/5): 不錯！ - 酒店位置位於巷子內，租車司機也找不到，要打電話到酒店詢問，而且正門面對一個地盤，不過噪音不多。附近有很多咖啡店、餐廳、找換店、便利店等等，一般遊客需要的基本一應俱全，而且步行距離已可到達永珍市內大部分景點。 接待處職員十分有禮，而且英語很好，很快回應住客問題。 酒店內很整潔，床亦很舒服，基本設備亦齊全，惟窗戶近距離面對對面大廈，景觀一般，而且沒有升降機，如果行李很重會比較麻煩，不過以包括房間連早餐而言，這價錢也不需太挑剔了。

I requested her to check our reservation by on-line few times, but she didn't and she said we don't take reservations from hotels.com. finally, she found our reservations by on-line. It took half of a hour. Hotel was clean and comfortable, but we felt not good.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Awesome hotel - I booked a standard room but the hotel upgraded to a suite room. The hotel located in the centre of the city and the reception was very helpful too. There is a cafe on the ground floor and the breakfast is served there. Although I missed breakfast, the interior of the cafe seemed very cosy. The hotel seemed new. There was no elevator a little exercise needed if your room is on the 4th floor. Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay.
