- 田中 (3/5): 気持ちの切り替えができなかった、、残念 - クレームに対応してくれたスタッフさん！ 同伴の女性を連れ込みと勘違いして不快な思いをさせられた。勘違いは仕方がないが当事者は、翌朝謝罪にも現れなかった。私の会社では、1200円の商品不良があった場合、福岡から東京であろうと代替え品を持参して謝罪にむかう。 ホテルマンとしては最悪だと思う。

Foi uma pena não termos aproveitado mais poi - Gostamos de tudo, o atendimento na recepção, apesar do grande movimento por causa do feriado, foram todos muitos simpáticos e super atenciosos. Os quartos estavam super limpos, e pudemos dormir vendo a torre do Central Park. O café da manhã estava delicioso, com muitas opções de pratos. Não há nada que não tenhamos gostado.

- Hosomi (3/5): チェックインに時間がかかりすぎ - 久屋大通駅から近く、立地は良かったです 15時ちょうどに到着したのに、チェックインで30分並ばされた。これでは15時からお部屋を使えますというのは実質嘘になる。 アプリも持っており予約も取り込んでいたのに、支払いが現地決済になっているという理由だけで並ばされ続ける。 しかも、その場でオンライン決済に変更くらいできれば良いのに出来ない。 大浴場が小さい。大ではない。またロッカーがL字で向かい合うように設置されているせいで、誰かがロッカー前にいると他の利用者が使えない。

We didn't get to explore much of the city but the location is nice and the room was spacious. We tried breakfast once and I think it could be better. It surprised us that we couldn't have lighter options like cereal or fruit The lack of lighter options for breakfast and the lobby is very small and it can get crowded when you check in (check out is very easy because you just drop the card and go

- miki (10/5): 初めての名古屋旅での疲れはよく寝れたのでありがたかった - 提携の駐車場がすぐ裏にあって、アパから割引券を、いただくと２４時間2000円で止められてとても良かった 大浴場があったのでゆっくりお風呂に入れた ペットがヘタレでなくて良かった アナログ人間なので予約サイトから予約するのも、現地で受付が難しかった。なのでフロントに人がいてくれて良かったです。自動販売機が新千円札が使えなかった。

- Akari (4/5): 車いすには向かない - チェックインの時に対応してくれた女性のフロント係りが丁寧な対応だった。 大浴場も専用のカードキーが必要でセキュリティはしっかりとしていると思った。 隣にコンビニがあって便利。 部屋のベッドは可動式でフロントに言ったら動かしてもらえた。 車いすでは部屋が狭く、部屋のトイレやふろも段差を登らないとならず、一階の多目的トイレまでわざわざ降りて行った。(写真に段差がある写真もあると良かった)部屋に戻るのにもエレベーターにカードキーを当てなければいけないから私には大変だった。

- James (6/5): - Good central location and facilities are good. Depending on the side of the hotel your room is on you get a good view of the tower luckily we got that side. A lot of complaints by other tourists on staffs levels on English this is kind of correct but they make a solid effort and IF YOU ARE NICE they will google translate and make it easier for you and others.
